I came here last month to purchase a brand new Audi S3 and left the dealership satisfied in my new car and the great deal I got on it. I had an amazing shopping experience largely thanks to Jon Alessandri, the Assistant Sales Manager. I had done extensive amount of research to combat any sales tactics that might be used on me. None of that happened, the staff here were very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. My salesperson was kind and personable. Despite a minor mix up in paperwork, Jon Alessandri stepped in and corrected the situation right away and was very willing to work with his client to provide the best service possible. Jon was very professional and hold his words to the highest standards. He will go to great lengths to take care of his clients and do everything it takes to make his clients happy.
