This is our third purchase from from this dealer and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Our sales team of Joel Mazie and Manager Mark Tamburrino worked tirelessly with us and with Audi of America as we had a very unique situation with our last vehicle. They were able to keep the standard set high as they made sure we were provided with the best available options and prices for our trade in and new car. Both Joel and Mark are very caring and honest people which made us feel right at home while going through the new car purchase experience which isn't something you see too often any more. It's great to feel as though you're talking with friends who have your best interests in mind instead of drones who are programmed to make a sale.

Once we went in to pick up the car, the paperwork/contract process was the EASIEST thing to go through thanks to the help from Kristen Rose. She is amazing at what she does, explains everything in full, and answers any questions you may have. As we finalized our paperwork, Joel took an extra 30 minutes (as the dealer was about to close) to sit with us and go through all the ins and outs of the new car features. Talk about 5 Star service!
