My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a Q5 from this location. We initially met with Andrew for a test drive and he offered helpful information without being pushy. That car ended up not being "the one," but he kept in touch when new stock came in. When a car came in that we were interested in purchasing, he coordinated for us to meet with another Sales rep to figure out the finances to avoid a delay while he was out of the office. Jenna handled our closing paperwork and provided honest, helpful advice when it came to the various warranty options. Finally, Andrew gave us a full walk-through of the car technology features and setup some defaults, saving me a lot of time reading the manual. The only negative part of the transaction was when I felt they offered a very low amount for my trade-in, but we eventually reached a fair price. I guess that's part of the car-buying experience, but it does bring the experience down a bit.

Overall, we're very happy this the car, with the customer service during the purchase, and are hoping to have just as great of an experience with the car service.
