Easiest and quickest car purchase ever. I went in for a test drive with no intention to purchase today. Quick, professional and no BS. Shout out to Joel M!

The service was excellent and the car was ready by the estimated completion time.

I m shocked that this dealership has the rating it does. We moved to the state in June. I have been trying (not even an exaggeration) since June to get ahold of someone about my recall. I call and one answers. I call, leave messages, no one responds. I STOP IN and get told someone will call you tomorrow and weeks later I m still waiting. It got to the point I called Freehold and they answered on the first call, and I am in for my recall anddddd my tire on Saturday. Sad that Andrew just lost a sale because I couldn t imagine upgrading to the Q8 and having to deal with this Audi. We really liked him and I really like the Q8. Sorry Andrew! If only you were at a different dealership!!

**Update** Their director called me after posting this review. He left a message saying they know there is a problem with their phones... um no sir there is a problem with your employees being lazy and unorganized.... I called him back within minutes and no answer (shocker) left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. So no, he has not been trying over the last few days to reach me.

I found myself in a position that I needed to get a new(er) car. I really dislike car shopping! I just wanted to let the world know that I had the most honest, hassle free experience I have ever had in my lifetime.....I thank Mark T and Angelo C for hearing me from the beginning and giving me exactly what I asked for. I now have a new Passat and it is so nice to go out in the morning and start my car and not see that check engine light! I am praying for many blessings for the team at Cherry Hill VW!

Top notch experience purchasing our 2018 Audi Q7 from Matt Mazie. Matt went above and beyond working with us and keeping us up to date on the status of our factory order. Additionally, he delivered the vehicle to our home and spent hours helping us configure settings and training us on the car's features.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to purchase a new Audi. The folks at Cherry Hill Audi stepped in and provided outstanding customer service. Bill and Tony were excellent in getting me loaner car(s) right away, so I was never without transportation. When it came to selecting a new car, Andrew was wonderful and knowledgeable and answered every question I had thoroughly. He even sat with me in the vehicle to make sure I understood all the functions in my new car, and even sat on hold with Sirius to make sure my free 3 month trial was hooked up and running before I even pulled out of the lot! Kristen in finance was able to secure the absolute BEST interest rate for my loan. And cannot forget Amanda, who oversaw the entire thing from start to finish, and did not stop until I was comfortable and confident with my new purchase! They truly made it a happy and special experience. Will be returning to them for all my service, and will refer friends and family as well.

Had a great experience recently at cherry hill Audi. Leased a new Audi with the help of Andrew Garber. He was excellent in his assistance, guiding my decision professionally. He gave me all the information necessary and made the difficult process of getting a new car much easier.

Came home today with a brand new A6. The buying experience from beginning to end was courteous, professional, and comfortable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew who walked me through the entire process. He addressed all of my concerns and was available to me at the drop of a dime. With his assistance, I was able to walk into the dealership on Monday and drive a new car home by Thursday afternoon. Mark and the finance team were also up-front, professional and very friendly. Never was there a glimmer of pressure or the feeling that I was getting taken to the cleaners.

Went for an oil change for A8. They tried to upsell everything under the sun. I told him , ....I only need oil change. I did not ask about the cost because what is possibly they will charge for oil change? I usually pay $130-$140 for synthetic oil with the filter change.... Surprise...Surprise..... $300...Sir

My experience today buying a car from Andrew Garber and Mike Didio was one of the nicest and smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever made. The service department is simply awful. I ve had several interactions with them and all but one or two have been bad or worse. If a good service department is important, go somewhere else.

Today s dumpster fire was waiting twenty minutes while the service person has an extended conversation with a customer on the phone. When that finally ended, I was immediately redirected into a contiguous room where two employees were idle. Apparently, I didn t need to wait in main room after all. Well my paperwork wasn t there so the person in this room had to go search for it. A few minutes later and I was checked out and told my car would be brought up shortly. After about fifteen minutes, I was told that they were waiting for the detailer to finish. Mind you, several hours earlier I received a text saying that the car was ready to be picked up so the detailing should have long since been finished. After about five more minutes of waiting, I asked the they please discontinue the detailing immediately and just bring me my car. After about five more minutes, they brought out my partially detailed car.

This experience was only slightly worse than usual. On several other occasions I was told that the service would only take an hour or two, so I opted to wait; it actually took three to four hours.

On the plus side, the sales process was pretty smooth, the car runs great, and I ve no reason to suspect the competency of the mechanics are an issue at all.

The very best car buying/leasing experience I ve ever had! This is especially because of Andrew Garber, the Audi sales professional we worked with. I have been using Audi of Cherry Hill since 2011. This was by far my best service! It s been a little shaky at times with management changes at the shop and major construction (which looks beautiful, by the way). I think they finally have it figured out. I had a great experience at Volkswagen of Cherry Hill. I purchased a brand new 2013 TDI Passat (manual shift)- I love this new car after 17 years with a Subaru Outback. The sales rep I dealt with, Angelo Carolfi, was excellent. He knew the car, he was patient, he wasn't pushy, he was friendly and I felt he had my best interests in mind. I came back a second time to test drive the same two cars I had previously tested-Angelo had no problem at all and took me around warmly. When it came time to negotiating it was a pleasant process and I feel Angelo as well as the GM of the dealership really worked with me and gave me a good deal.

I will mention one point of contention, but you'll find this at any dealership (I found this with my wife's car when we bought her Honda but I forgot!)... when I went to sign the final paper work after I've done all my negotiating, the person handing the paperwork with me hit me up about the extended warranty. I wish dealers would discuss the warranty during the car purchasing process so I could research it a bit and not make an emotional/rash decision in the 11th hour when I'm exhausted and just want my car. However, let me say, just like the rest of my dealership experience at Cherry HIll VW, I feel I got a real good deal on the extended warranty- the financing/paperwork person took care of me!

It was an awesome car buying experience. I live in western NY and wanted to buy a new Audi SQ5 that is rarely found here. Moreover, I wanted to have an OEM trailer hitch that makes it even more difficult to find. Local Audi dealer told me to order one which takes 3 months and also leaves less room for negotiation. I started calling some dealers in Tri-State area with large SQ5 stock and finally Kathleen D'Angelo in Audi Cherry Hill not only found a car with the spec I wanted and secured it, but also added a trailer hitch to it while the car was on its way t the US (trailer hitch is port installed). The car was ready in 2 weeks, and she sent a car for me to the airport. Katheen is also a very knowledgeable in Audi cars. The discount on both car and add-ons was satisfactory as well (thanks to both Kathleen and Kristen Rose)

I leased an AUDI from Turnersville, NJ and unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed with their customer service and relations.I contacted Amanda Hartung, the General Manager at Cherry Hill, Audi. Wow! How refreshing to deal with a true,compassionate,and sincere person. Amanda and her staff, Billy Owens, service manager and Andrew Garber,saleman really worked to keep me as an Audi owner. Amanda, young and vivacious not only listened to my concern but rectified the problem at NO COST TO ME, THE CONSUMER. She gets it, why.....after my lease I would have walked away from ever purchasing another Audi after dealing with Turnersville and Corporate Audi. The process was easy and smooth thanks to Dorothy who was there to answer all our questions and walk us through the entire process. On the day we picked our car she went over all the features and functionality of the car and has since been very responsive to any questions we have had. Jenna from Finance was awesome too and helped us get a great deal. At no point did we feel pressurized or that we were not making the right choice. I live in the DC area and have bought my previous Audis at one of the local dealerships in the area (there are 6 within a 25 mi. radius of my home). In advance of upcoming lease expirations on my 2 Audis, I did extensive research on pricing, configuration, and availability of the models I was looking for. During my research, I came across some great feedback on Cherry Hill Audi and specifically Joel Mazie and his son Matthew. I read some great things about their ability to source Audis at a fair price, and to serve the customer. In addition to getting pricing from local dealers near my home, I emailed Joel and let him know I didn t mind going out of my local market for a dealer and sales person that had the reputation that he seemed to have. He came back with very competitive pricing in a straightforward and clear manner and made the whole buying process very smooth and enjoyable. We were able to conclude the deal over several emails and phone calls with the transaction being easier than any I had ever experienced. He was able to source one of the cars out of state and have it shipped to Cherry Hill for me, and the other one is on order from the factory.

After agreeing on a date to take delivery of the first car, I drove several hours from DC up to the dealership in the morning, the car was detailed and waiting for me, as was the all of the paperwork. All aspects of the delivery went extremely smooth with no surprises, and I was on my way home with the new car in less than 2 hours. As I was leaving, I told Joel I have likely become a Cherry Hill/Joel Mazie customer for life!

I spend 2 and a half hours in the dealership for a simple oil change when asked in the beginning how long would it be they said a hr and a half terrible service

My parents just recently bought a Q7 2021 on Wednesday and Sergio Johnson gave us the quickest and most pleasant experience getting this car. He exceeded our expectations and was very professional, well communicated, and very patient with us as we were deciding. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman and definitely recommend Sergio to anyone who plans on shopping at Audi Cherry Hill!

From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were ignored. Waited in the show room for about 6-7 minutes with not 1 sales associate saying a word to us. We saw about 3 associates at their desks. We looked at the car floor models a little while longer until the 1 associate was finished speaking with 2 customers. He walked them outside and came back in on his phone and didn t make eye contact with us; Went back to his desk. I have been so excited to purchase a vehicle for myself, I ve saved and couldn t wait to get to Audi. After this experience, I will never come back nor recommend. It s common decency to at least tell a customer that no one is available to assist us but to completely ignore my husband and I is absolutely ridiculous.

I just purchased my second Volkswagon from Cherry Hill Volkswagen and it was a noteworthy experience worth sharing. Sales Manager, Mark Tamburrino and Sales Associate, Steve Saville provided me with consistant, top-notch service from start to finish, which made the experience enjoyable. I have honestly never encountered a dealership that has managed to strike the perfect balance of sales and no-pressure customer service. I give them my highest recommendation. If you are interested in a VW, these are your guys. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Had my car there for an oil change. They did a full multi point inspection of my car as they always do, and nowhere on that inspection says anything about an oil leak. In other words my car WAS NOT leaking oil when I took it there for a scheduled oil change! My car is always parked in a tiled garage, so I d know without a doubt if my car was leaking oil it never has!

The day I got my car back from the oil change at Cherry Hill Audi, my oil light came in saying low oil level. I called over there, of course nobody answers the phone, so I left a message. Never got a call back. I added a quart of oil. Few days later the light came back on. Avoid this place, they re crooks! They definitely either manipulated my car, or broke something, for it to leak oil during the time they did the oil change. I am totally disgusted!

What an experience I had at this dealership! Words cannot even describe how happy I am with this purchase. Everything was perfect from the deal we got to the level of experience offered to us by the sales and management team. My sales person was Andrew Gerber he was highly experienced and really worked hard to get to where we needed to be on the car that I wanted and he really helped me out with everything also become a very dear friend/business partner of mine. I plan on doing much more business with this dealership I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Worth the drive!!

Diagnosed my vehicle after I explained the issues and told me the service I requested wouldn't help after my foreign car specialist told me what Audi told him what my option was. 375.00 later I'm no better than I was. If there is a consolation on my first experience, is that Brig was exceptional.

Very attentive service. Love the reusable bag. Car came back so clean I didn't think it was mine. So much winter salt and mud. Dashboard was a little dusty still, car wash folks missed that. Overall as soon as I drove in I felt taken care of. Got mileage service, replacement DRL and wiper blades. Called me throughout the day to keep me updated. I give the service 6A's for my A6.

My brothers and I test drove the RS7 in a cheerful companionship with Andrew, he is a honest, polite and a knowledgeable Audi salesman, always with a smile, always positive. We felt that we as customers were the most important people in NJ.
Despite a usedcar manager that almost killed the deal (he did not even greet us, and second day of trials with my wife she said - No way...). Anyway, on day three today, Andrew was back in the office, he reined us in, we felt we were welcome again and now we are the lucky owners of a fantastic car !

Shower room and staff decent but remodel of dealership leaves very little parking or organisation for browsing new cars and used cars very confusing compared to the way used to be

Walking into a dealership can be intimidating. You know that you are at a disadvantage from the beginning and it is just a matter of how much pressure you are going to get and how helpful the individuals are going to be. However, from the first time I walked into Audi Cherry Hill, all of these negative perceptions disappeared. Bryan Hearn welcomed us with open arms and guided us through the purchasing process from beginning to end. He was responsive and informative without being pushy. He took time to understand our needs and remained patient despite lots of questions.
