My sales person was awesome, but everything else was disappointing. Came here looking to buy a used Jeep. First thing I noticed was the lack of customer parking. I had to maneuver around a sign right in the middle of the driveway and park on a super steep hill. My sales person didn't even have his own desk and had to work off a coffee table - how discouraging. Pre owned sales manager low balled me on my trade in and wasn't even willing to negotiate on the price of the used Jeep or my trade in. These people aren't hungry for business, so I won't give them any.

Rich and Antonetta were the best sales people in the world. They got me the car i wanted at the payment I needed... they even washed my car themselves. I would recommend this dealership to my friends because of them.

The service was wonderful I recoment you go there if you need a new or used car. Ask for Klara or Nosh they are the best they will definitely give you the best deal there is out there. I walked in as a new costumer and left feeling like I was part of a new family.

Hey I love this place they always try their best to make sure you walk out happy. They try their best to satisfy your needs along with making sure your budget is met! However I worked with Klara and the account manager he is amazing also they both made sure what I wanted was done! I went in for an oil change on my 2016 Lease Grand Cherokee with them and ended up coming out with a 2019 Wrangler Sahara Edition ! Thank you guys very much !

Upon searching for the next best car for me, l came across Jeep, which I have always wanted. Was set up with Klara in sales who helped me take a look at a few different Jeep models. Test drove a Cherokee and a Compass, instantly I fell in love with the Compass. Klara made my car choosing experience easy and pressure free.
Klara set me up with Michelle and Nosh in Finance who exceeded my expectations. Michelle and Nosh worked me in the best way that they could to keep me at an affordable price range. They were very detailed and helpful answering all of my questions. Megan & Earl helped us quickly and efficiently with the insurance process. I have been to many different dealerships and never was a I treated with so much respect. I left a few hours later with the car of my dreams! Couldn t be happier. I left feeling like family. I especially enjoyed my interaction with John Rosabella. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and very easy to speak with. He explained the entire process clearly and explained each item I was asked to sign. He walked me through all of the features on my Grand Cherokee Limited and even paired my phone with the car. He also explained all of the features of the Uconnect App and encouraged me to use it and explained why it was a smart app to use. So another example of excellent relationship building from this dealership! Little over a week ago I went in for an oil change. My service advisor Alex Veras informed me of an ongoing tire sale until the end of November. I was actually going to wait until the spring to purchase new tires. This was a deal I just could not pass up, considering how expensive my tires are. Alex my service advisor always goes above and beyond to ensure I always have the best experience. Once I decided on a set of tires I wanted, Alex ordered them right away and scheduled an appointment immediately to have them installed. The whole process didn t take more than a few days. Luckily the tires were in stock and were overnighted to the dealership. This dealership is always looking to ensure the absolute best consumer experience, and Alex my service advisor has guarantees it!! Thanks to all of the folks who were involved during this recent experience.

Absolute awesome experience with Nosh and Klara. It s so great finally finding a dealership where you don t feel like a floating dollar sign. These two helped me out so much finding me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Everything went smooth I was in and out of the dealership with zero headaches a brand new car and 2 new friends. For anyone looking to buy a Jeep or whatever else you want they are your go to people. I m telling you I hate going to these places and dread buying a new car but now I feel great about it. I went into Central Avenue Chrysler this morning to check out a 2015 Certified Town & Country minivan. I met with Rich Reid who was the most personable salesmen (any industry) I have had the pleasure of working with. He was very knowledgeable about the minivan, showed me how everything worked (all the bells & whistles) - reviewed the entire car with me to ensure it was a gem.

This one had 30K miles on it so it still had a factory warranty in place - how much more at ease could you get? Visit any Chrysler dealer in the country for service!

We discussed pricing (no pressure), then I put down a fully refundable deposit. Confirmed the document fee was only $75.00 (Long Island dealers are charging $800-$1,200). Rich went over the paperwork with me to ensure it was refundable. I said I needed to bring my wife to check it out before signing - again I was told no worries.

I came back at 6pm, took the car for a test drive with my wife and within an hour I drove off the lot. Truly a great experience! My easiest one to date.

In summary (TLDR) - I went into the dealership afraid the experience would be a high pressure sale pushing me to get a deposit then beating me up later with crazy fees, rates, etc - THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!

Rich Reid was like working with a good friend. He always had a smile, treated me wonderfully, and made it an excellent car buying experience. The next time I am looking for a car I will be sure to call Central Avenue Chrysler - that will be my first & last stop!

My fiance and I had a long day a head of us trying to find a car that was comfortable with his lower back. Right before we came to Jeep my mental capacity for salesmen was reached and reluctantly let him bring me to Jeep - I was ready to buy another car we had seen in the AM. Orlando was truly a breathe of fresh air that day. After letting us browse some cars and their features - we really liked a Jeep Cherokee and was a great fit for us - so we settled on a deal that was handled professionally and he didn't make us sit there for hours like other dealerships. Of course - to complicate things I had gone online and really wanted an upgraded package for more safety features - Orlando took time out of his day to help find the car we wanted and got it for us before our road trips. After our trip this weekend - thank you!! My fiance's back felt much better after a long drive than our previous car. Picked up a 2015 Dodge Durango for my wife Today 3/7/16 at Central Avenue Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep on Central Avenue, Yonkers, N.Y. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. I made the deal on Saturday 3/5/16. The staff from all angles could not have been more friendly, or accommodating. The young lady at the reception desk when you walk in was great and directed us to Larry(our salesman). We also dealt with Danielle, and Ross both managers. The managers came over introduced themselves and made our purchase extremely easy. They also kept my three children busy and happy as we spoke to Larry. Larry did all of the paperwork efficiently, and quickly. Larry also promised the Durango would be ready at 2pm for pick up today and it was. My wife and children love the Durango. Thank you Central Avenue Dodge for a new vehicle, and an extremely painless process. We will be back again.

I worked with Michael Taheri in sales and Nosh Margilaj on the business end when I bought my new Jeep Wrangler. Michael was beyond patient -- I started a custom purchase of a Wrangler, backed out, he issued an immediate refund, I went back a month later and he put through my custom order answering all my questions and completely 110% professional. And a really nice guy. i would buy another car from him tomorrow. And Nosh was the same way. These are great guys and a great dealership. I love my new Wrangler but I have to admit that these guys really made it easy for me.

The deal fell thru.
Sales rep Leif (very nice)took the deposit.
I ve called and called No refund. Today is Jan 14th 2020 still NOTHING

Picked up our new 2014 Chrysler 300C on Saturday and couldn't be more happy with the experience at this dealership. Thanks to our salesperson, Walter Parker, this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Walter is down to earth, honest, helpful, not a typical pushy salesman. He was able to get us a good price on the exact car we wanted even though the car was located at another dealership. We live in NJ and had been to our local dealer but were not satisfied. I walked in the dealership and was immediately greeted by Larry Memoli. I knew the car I wanted. His first question was who I worked for. My company was on the Chrysler discount list. He said the price is fixed at dealer invoice because of my company relationship. No haggling! I put a deposit down inside a half hour. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Conversely I went to another Chrysler dealer before visiting Central Park Ave Chrysler and it was as sleezy as I've ever experienced.

Larry had a bit of trouble getting the vehicle I needed because they had to work a swap with another dealership. He was awesome though and communicated with me the whole way.

The day of pick up the car was not ready on time so without asking the GM Jim ( forgot his last name) offered to have the car delivered to me at my home and he threw in all weather mats ( in addition to the fabric mats already included ) for the inconvenience of not having the car ready on time. Larry even included an extra perk too.

The day he was to deliver my car Larry faxed me the sales agreement. Every detail matched exactly what we agreed upon. I still checked the math as a conscious buyer and I was so pleased everything was right.

Buying a car always has some bumps and Central Park Ave, and Larry Memoli in particular, handled them all with my interests and buying experience in mind. I highly recommend Central Park Ave Chrysler as a great place to shop. No need to fear here.

I just leased a car from jeep on Central in Yonkers. What a wonderful experience. Ernie was my salesman and he went above and beyond. He texted me through the process, answered all my question in depth. He wasn t pushey. He was very personable, attention to detail, and very patent. He found out it was my birthday and even brought a red bow for my car. When I picked up the car he went through every feature of the car in detail. I felt that I knew the ins and outs of the car by the time I drove off the lot. I was sooo pleased with my expirance.

From the moment we pulled into the lot, Mo made our experience at central ave Jeep as good as it gets. He never tried to pressure us into getting a vehicle just so he could make a sale. He listened to what we needed, what we could afford; and did his best to make it happen. In the end we ended up with a 2020 Cherokee altitude. If he s still here when I need another car, I ll be back!!!

My wife and I bought a 2015 Town and Country and cant tell you how happy we were with the salesperson Bianca and the manager Jimmy. They took there time to answer all our questions and concerns. Negotiating was a pleasure! It even took under 30 min to do our trade-in and pick up our new car everywhere else it took almost two hours. I have a new car!!! My car broke down right on time for the beginning of the school year. This mom almost lost it. I moved a month ago and my pockets are ... More than low.. I walked in with $800 and walked out the same day- to-day! With a 2017 Jeep Renegade. 33k miles. Under 20k. Oh! Also my credit is non existent. Like I can guarantee your credit is better than mine. My dealer: Orlando Goshroy - the BEST- straight forward, took all the time in the world to explain my options and zero pressure to buy. That's a good feeling. The director of finance Neil Ramos opened his office door for me and didnt ask me to leave that seat until I had insurance transferred, registration, temp plate and papers to sign. He spoke to my insurance rep himself. he also spent about an hour plugging in numbers for me and rechecking stock for the best deal- all in front of my face- complete transparency. My family is back tomorrow to replace my old man's car that he doesn't want but NEEDS to part with. I know who my men are!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me like family

I really recommend finding a different car dealer. We leased our car through them a year ago and have had issues LITERALLY from day one. We were in a loaner car for the first week of having our car. And the issues have only piled on since then. And customer service is horrible. They are so unaccommodating. Definitely go somewhere else if you can!

I had a fantastic experience with Central Ave Jeep when it came time for me to move ahead with leasing a brand new Wrangler. Compared to many many other dealerships in the region their selection of trim levels could not be matched. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and they had it in stock for immediate delivery. Other dealers promised me they could order me what I wanted but it would take months before I could get it. That was not an option so I did the proper homework that needed to get done and paid them a visit. Mike T advised the vehicle I was interested in was still available and I was offered a fair and honest deal without having to fill out massive amounts of paperwork or having my credit report run. I had to think about it and was contact by Danielle V a few days later after I found a better deal at a dealer much further away. In the end a very fair deal was agreed upon and I didnt have to travel far to get the exact Wrangler I wanted as soon as possible. I'm very very happy with Mike and Danielle! The Wrangler is fantastic!

I have brought two jeeps from this location and with both experinces I was pleased and impressed on both occassions. Mr. Jimmy Green sale consultant was especially helpful with the purchase of our new jeep 2013. He showed patience and he handle all papaer work making the purchase of this vechicle as easy as ABC. Because of the professionalism and dedication of Central Ave sales dept as well as thier services dept I would personally recommend this locations to family and friends.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would honestly give them zero stars if that were an option. On 5/12 I went to the dealership to purchase a Grand Cherokee that I was told was on the lot. When I arrived the vehicle was not there but I was told it was 25 minutes down the road at the lot where extra vehicles are stored. This specific model is difficult to find so against my best judgment I left a $3000 deposit in cash and was coming back on Monday 5/14 to get the vehicle. On 5/14 I received a call from Klara, my sales rep, that somehow the vehicle was sold even though I put a deposit on it. They could not locate another vehicle for me and instead tried to convince me to wait 6-8 weeks for one to come in even though they knew my lease needed to be returned by the end of the month. After I said no and that I wanted my refund back I was told it had to be mailed in a check.. ok that s fine. I call on 5/18 and was told the check was still not mailed out but should be mailed out that day. It is now 5/29 and I still have not received my refund, no one will return my calls, every time I reach out to the dealership I get the run around from every person I speak to, I am promised that someone will return my call which does not happen. I have left numerous voicemails with not one returned phone call. This dealership does not care about you unless you buy a car from them, which I planned on until they lied about having a vehicle and tried to push me into another one. Don t buy a car from this location unless you are looking for horrible customer service.
