In the last year I've purchased 3 jeeps From this dealership due to lease returns and a vehicle for my daughter. My credit has always been challenging But I can honestly say that my family and I are extremely lucky to have Neil in finance in our corner. I was planning on trading in my Ford Escape next month and was just looking around. The sales guy Larry M was a straight shooter who didn't try to bullshit me too much. During our test drive, he got an idea what I was looking for and didn't make any promises. He was able to get me into a new car paying $60/month less than what I was already paying with $0 down, which is pretty much what I was looking for. I probably could've been a dick and haggled for a few bucks less per month, but I was cool with my deal.

Great cars, staff is meh. Nice enough people. But I just don't think they know enough about the vehicles they're selling.

I have been very satisfied with all my experiences at Central Avenue Dodge since I bought cars there two years ago and, again, earlier this fall. Ernie, my salesman, was extremely helpful and obliging. I have also had my cars serviced there and have never had any problems with the work. I recommend the place.

Never really had a problem there. Salesman could be pushy. Also when I leased a car there 3 years ago salesman didn't explain to me fully a few things, which I would expect from the dealer when making a larger purchase. Also limited stock of used cars.

Edit: lowered my review score. They keep calling me trying to sell a car when I clearly told them I'm not interested. Very pushy. Also I tried returning my leased car, and they don't take those in on Saturdays (even though it takes 10 min). Don't explain anything far has to do with leasing a car.

Clearly you did not see my comments regarding the service I received from the dealership. Those are my additional concerns I need you to address. You cannot tell me to reach out to you and provide NO contact information. That is unacceptable and bad representation of the company!

DO NOT GO TO THE CENTRAL AVE JEEP DEALERSHIP! The managers and sales representatives (ESPECIALLY ROBERTO) will do and say anything to sell you a car even if it has THREE recalls on it. There have been several features I was supposed to receive in the car, but do not have at all! When I reached out to the dealership, the manager told be there is nothing he can do except lease another car. What?! I have to pay extra money and take out another lease based on their mistakes? I even tried calling corporate and received absolutely no help! Please do not waste your time or money going to Jeep because they have ZERO value for their customers!

My wife and I just bought a '09 Jeep Grand Cherokee for our son and I want to share how wonderful an experience it was dealing with Central Ave. Chrys/Jeep dealership. We found a quality car for a fair price and everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. *We highly recommend a Salesman by the name of Brian K. Brian K was professional, knowledgable, and most of all a True Gentleman. After bouncing around from dealership to dealership dealing with mostly "Clowns", Brian K was a breath of fresh air. He made finding and buying our son's Cherokee easy and enjoyable while everywhere else we had visited (10+ dealerships) all we experienced was confusion and frustration. Thank you Brian K. for your service, you have a customer for life.

They did not want to fix a alternator another dealer did as a recall job because another dealer did the work. No other dealership turned me down, only at yonkers. Good job, the next time you go to a fast food chain they should tell you to go to where you normally order your food from.

Cashier's are nasty and have bad attitude. Also I had a service done today and was told that there is a 3% charge for using credit card, really ? Is that posted somewhere? How about informing customers before doing the service.

I went there to purchase a pre owned vehicles i saw online. All of them were sold. So we continued too look at what was on the lot. Nothing has prices no one knows the price or if there available. We had to look up the prices on our phones as we walked around over a hour in 95f weather.
We find a car and go inside to talk price. No negotiation on price, like $200 OFF the internet price. So I go for it and they run my daughters credit, not once not twice but turns out 7 friggin times, which look bad on her report now. While we wait its a total animal house, like being in a high school locker room. As customers walk out there talking bad about them for everyone too hear.
So in the end we didn't buy anything. I don't know what happened to this place because iv bought cars there before and had no problems.
By the way , after I put 1 star on the review they call my daughter and start questioning her so I put this up to let them know. Maybe they should've taken the 1 star with no comment.
If your looking for a car go to Hyundai of Nyack. Walked in and left with a brand new car.

These people are lying crooks!!! First they put an ad in credit karma. They claim that they can help people with bad credit and stuff. I called them and they said that not only can they get me approved but that they can give me a check to go to the dealer accross the street to buy the car I wanted. The guy posed as a credit agent of some sorts. I went and it was a seperate dealership. They were trying to sell me their cars. Nothing about getting a loan for the car I really wanted. They just blatantly lied!!! On top of that the person that I was talking to was a female. She was typically trying to flirt with me while I was there with my wife. No class what so ever. Cars are over priced as well. In the end they promised me things that they could not deliver.

This is my 6th vehicle from Central Ave Jeep for my family. From the Financial Dept(Neal), to the Sales Mgr (Jim) , and to the salesman (Ernie) we couldn't be more pleased. Minimal time spent at the dealership, their professionalism and service was top notch. We are very happy with our new Grand Cherokee. Tom C.

I have never written a review for anything. BUT I have to give credit where is due. I went over to this dealership as a first timer, & let me tell you NO regrets! Everything was amazing and on point from the receptionist to my salesperson to the financial manager! Even the new salesperson who was getting trained was so attentive to my son & I. I went in to inquire being a first timer and with a specific budget. But the salesperson Jarred D. and the financial manager, gave me such a great price better than what I was expecting! No hassle whatsoever. No beating around the bush. All my questions and concerns were answered without any hesitation. I am so happy with my Renegade and with the service that was provided. I would like to share my experience at Central Avenue Jeep Chrysler dealership. This is a well-oiled machine. Stephanie set some up, Sebastian fits you to the product, then comes Neil. You're going to find that it's a professional team they've got their ducks in a row I called and spoke to Stephanie in the morning she made an appointment for me to go by and have a conversation with Sebastian that same day at 4 at 7 I was driving a 2018 Chevy Malibu. I would have bet money I would never have bought this car on my own. But I was open-minded I was shown a value and a good fit I took it for a test ride and a road so well I kept driving went on home. And I have to commend the staff there even in the face of unprofessional behavior they will always professional. Would not hesitate to buy another call from them as a matter of fact intend to in about 6 months I'll be buying another car for myself the first call was for my wife and I'll probably go right back there.

The people who work in the service department are fantastic people. They tell you exactly what is wrong with yours car and how long it will take to get it done.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel compelled to in this instance. I came into this dealership because my very old 96 Galant was pretty much on it's deathbed. Upon entering I was greeted by their professional staff and handed off to one of their wonderful sales people, Klara Coku. We all know the stereotypes of a car salesperson, untrustworthy, sleazy and pushy... Klara was non of those, in fact she exemplifies the very virtues of everything you want a salesperson to be, kind, knowledgeable and of course trustworthy. She never pushed, always took the time to answer your questions and made you feel comfortable. When it was time for me to take the plunge and purchase a new car she was there and guided us every step of the way. Then there's Nosh the finance guru, his expertise is unmatched and he went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. He explained everything in plain English and left no stones unturned. I highly recommend this dealership for their tip top professionalism. You can't go wrong.

After 8 cars my family has leased, I can officially say that this will be our last lease with Central Avenue Dodge/Chrysler. The quality of service has diminished greatly in every aspect since our first lease and just can't take it any longer. This vs. an Infinity lease i pay almost $100 less a month on who will do anything for you at any time day or night. D-O-N-E!

Sour is a great description of their cars. Every car has a lot of issues. Awful customer service. Don t purchase from them. My Jeep is a huge loss for me.
