My wife and I have leased our last three vehicles from Central Ave Jeep and we have been impressed since the beginning! We can't give enough praise and thanks to the wonderful people of the Service Dept. as they treat us like family. The Sales crew is equally fantastic as they always strive to listen to your concerns and help you purchase or lease the vehicle of your dreams. We are coming up on the end of our lease term so we will be heading over to Central Ave Jeep Dodge Ram to get into our next new vehicle!

Neal was very helpful and dedicated in helping me get my Jeep Cherokee. It was a pleasure returning to the Jeep dealership. I left very satisfied.
Moe was a great salesman. He was helpful and attentive.

Best car dealership experience in 10 years of leasing. They provide great customer service. The car salesman were very knowledgeable, up front and honest. Not pushy like at most dealerships. Joe was my go to guy, he did an excellent job and closed the deal. I Will be back and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I recently bought a 2011 Jeep from Brian K at Central Avenue Jeep. The sale I thought went well except that the Jeep did not have GPS and other features I was told were included, and without them the price of the Jeep would have been much less. Would he had shown me how to work the features I would have found out right there, but he rushed me out of the lot and now I feel like I overpaid and made a mistake. I called Mr. Brian K on the phone and he denied telling me this. My friends are telling me to return the Jeep and I am seriously considering it.

I've had plenty of new cars and dealt with many salesmen over the years. I have to say that my experience with Central Ave Jeep was excellent! Jimmy is beyond awesome and was able to get me a great deal on a 2013 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. My salesman Larry was also top notch and made the whole experience painless and enjoyable. I got a hassle free trade in on my old car and no "bs" pricing for the new one. It was the best deal BY FAR out of all the Jeep dealers in my area. I highly recommend anyone who goes there to deal with Larry for a simple, easy, no pressure transaction. Forget about the other dealerships, go to Central Ave and you wont be disappointed!

Best car buying experience ever. It was a no pressure sale and I finally made a decision I called and spoke to Rodrigo my salesman and gave him a deposit over the phone. It was simple. Went a couple days later to pick up the vehicle and I was in and out in 20 minutes. he even walked me trough the vehicle and paired my phone for me. CAUTION: I get an email from this auto stores other store at 130 westchester avenue not thinking much of it. The sender is Rolan V which immediatly strikes curiosity to me. I call my attorney and after a day I get confirmed call that this is the same guy who stole from me. I am amazed this guy still selling cars. I have an open complaint with the attorney general office bcz this guy Rolando aka Rolan (changed name to avoid people i am sure) decided to sign my name to a contract without my knowledge. After months and months and months of back and forth with the bank and attorney g we finally got relieved of the the harsh act from this man. and I was referred to this man i can only imagine if i wasn't. I had credit inquiries from different car stores. He would blame his associate Ed for everything. He is a scammer. I can not wait for the attorney g to shut this person down. I have already called to update all of his new scam.

I Highly Recommend this location if your looking for a vehicle, you will not regret it... Every time we visited the dealership when we were trying to decide on a car, Ernie always greeted us with a smile and great warmth. He is also very professional and knew the Jeep inside out. After our purchase, he continued to extend his professionalism when we had questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. Not only do we highly recommend Ernie, but the Central Avenue Jeep dealership all round, everyone seems very friendly there.

I went into Yonkers Jeep on Monday night not sure if I would be able to get the jeep I wanted and not sure if they would buy me out of my current lease which had 3 months left on it. I met Larry Memoli and within minutes he found me the exact jeep I was looking for in the price range I wanted and took me out of my current lease. I have leased many vehicles in my life, and the process of the paperwork and waiting around for your car to be ready is endless. NOT THIS TIME. Larry had my car ready on Wednesday when I got there. I signed some papers he switch my plates and off we went. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever had!! Thank you very much Larry!!

I recently leased a car at this dealership early January and the experience was great. My sales person was Orlando and was very curtious and kind. He worked with my desired monthly payments and overall made my experience with Jeep Amazing! I love my new wrangler !

Came in to check to see a Jeep Cherokee SRT 4WF ; Steven Sylvester helped me out and educated me more about the Jeep. He also mention they are the second fasted SUV , stating the first the Trackhawk. Once my lease is over i would be in to lease june 2019.

Felicia has been wonderful both times when I have gotten a new lease. When I was shopping around back in October prior to my lease ending they were not pushy as some other locations have been and even told me at that moment was not the best time to try and get a new lease. Her and the manager let me know that in a few months time would be a better sale and when I came a few months later they were right. They got me a great price and exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier.

The worst. Told me yes on everything ( used car I was trying to get) go there, made me wait over an hour, said I should leave and we could finish up over the phone. I had to call 3 time's finally got a manager on the phone to say the car is now not for sale.
It's still available but they raised the price. Stay far away.

Tremendous car buying experience! Jonathan & his staff provided me with the car I wanted (Jeep Grand Cherokee, High Altitude), the service I needed and the right price. Highly recommend them.

After we selected our car orlando broke everything down for us to full understand our lease paperwork. finally, the general manager jim came over spoke to us about is there anything we can do to make our visit better and when we left he came over to thank us for our business as well as orlando. we strongly recommend orlando and jim on your next visit.

You guys are amazing, specifically Alejandro S. Here is my story: I am Jeep loyalty and I walked into another dealership knowing what I wanted. It is my 15th wedding anniversary and I am planning a huge suprise for my wife. They had no problem taking my down payment, promising me I would have my vehicle on the date requested, may I add I was there two weeks in advance of this date. Well three days before I needed the vehicle this dealership told me they could not find the vehicle in question but they could sell me something else. I refused, asked for a refund (that i still have not gotten) looked on line, found you guys, made a call, and the deal was signed in minutes. I picked up on the day I needed it and Alejandro had everything covered and ready to roll. I found me a new dealership. Thank you all for making this day work out perfectly.

If you're in the market for a new car do NOT come here they are liars and thieves. I was taken advantage of because they saw a young driver with little car buying experience. I purchased a chrysler 200 a little over a year ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. First to start it off I was sold the car under the false pretenses of it being a "demo". I come to find out later the salesmen forged my signature on the paper stating I knew the car was pre-owned. After about a month of driving the car shut off while driving nearly causing me to crash. The car had an open recall while it was sold to me and the dealer failed to tell me nearly costing me my life. When trying to confront the owner I was met with late email replies and an aggresive meeting before being cursed out by owner Jonathan Grant. I still have the car and I can't wait to get out of it. Moral of the story stay away from this place everyone is rude and not willing to help you when they are at fault. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!

I showed up and was able to get a representative and find a vehicle in my price range. Anthon was Extreamly helpful and explained the process clearly and what was needed along the way. Even after the vehicle perches the battery died and he personally came to pick up the vehicle and check it out and pick it up. 10/10 really helpful would highly recommend both Central ave Chrysler dodge jeep and Representative Anthon. This place is great, I was having trouble getting approved for a loan because of some credit troubles. Long story short after trying 2 other Jeep dealerships a friend of mine recommended central ave jeep. The whole central ave team was awesome especially the finance department, they were able to get me into my Grand Cherokee LIMITED!!! With the numbers I wanted. I wasn't even looking at that model because I thought it was way out of my price range,but the guys made it happen...I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again...

Will wonders never cease! I was the fifth car in line today@ 7:15AM and was immediately attended to by a member of your check-in service team. Within one hour the OBD connection problem which my long time mechanic Harry Straub believed I was experiencing was examined, and unbeknownst to me, the ORC nuder 2016 safety warranty recall was replaced. I'm writing this letter to commend your dealership and especially "Peter" at the service desk who said, 'he'd see what he could do', in as much as I had called two days earlier on 9/12/17 regarding the OBD issue, three years from the warranty expiration day on which my Jeep was purchased. Remarkable to me that there was no charge for the service 'visit'. In this world of mediocrity that says, 'a lot' re: customer relations and dealer discretion/latitude. I would heartily recommend your dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. You folks are a 'cut above'!

Central Ave Chrysler Jeep Dodge has got to be the worst dealership in business. I found a Jeep I wanted at Central Ave through USAA car buying. I contacted them about the Jeep to confirm that my pre-approved USAA financing would work for the Jeep and that it was still available. They said yes so I immediately arranged a rental car to drive to their dealership to purchase the Jeep. Upon arrival I was informed that the Jeep I had just spoken to them about was sold but they had another Jeep with 25,000 more miles. Annoying, but fine I ll take a different Jeep for more miles and the same price.

Then I was told that my USAA financing would not work and I would have to finance through them at a 3% higher rate in order to drive the Jeep off the lot. (I later purchased a second vehicle at a different dealership a week later with the same financing and had ZERO issues, Central Ave was feeding me a line). I had to have a vehicle to transport our new baby home from the hospital so I went ahead with all of this nonsense despite my better judgement.

The Jeep they sold me was filthy, coffee stains, trash, dirt all over the interior. They promised me I could bring it back for a detail, when I later contacted them for that detail I got no response from the salesman. Then I discovered the heated seats, heated steering wheel, rain sensing wipers, and Bluetooth did not work in the 2015 Certified used Jeep I purchased from them.

I was also told they would mail me the license plates, it s been 45 days and I have yet to receive the license plates. The temporary registration expired 10 days ago so I can no longer drive the jeep. When I contacted them, they first lied to me telling me the registration was good until the 20th (it wasn t), then when I called them on it, they asked me to drive the vehicle illegally to get an emissions test before they could even start the registration process!!

Here is the exact text from the email: Let me reassure you that you if you should get any tickets with regards to the registration of your vehicle, we will make ourselves responsible for those fees. The best thing to do now is to get the emissions done as soon as possible and get us the original receipt. Once that is done, we would be able to register the vehicle for you and the turn-around on that would be approx. 48hrs.

UPDATE:

Orlando and Felix were very helpful at finally getting the Jeep registered and the plate delivered. They also apologized for the delay. I'm updating my review to 2 stars as a result. I am not changing it higher because they are calling me a liar publicly before contacting me and despite written evidence.

I will like to thank Klara for her fantastic work , she is truly amazing, so far the best experience dealing with sales and cars . Klara and Nosh best team Easy to work with, I will give 5 stars to Chrysler Jeep of Yonkers.

This is the worse dealership you can ever bring your car to. They assume that you don't know about cars so they will up sale you. These guys are definitely without a doubt ripping off customers. If you call and get a price on a job from one sale rep, hang up and call again and speak to another sale rep, you will get a totally different price, sometimes hundreds of dollars difference. Not a good dealer to go to. They also do not give customer service surveys. This place has been reported to corporate.

Worked with Neal Matos on a 2020 Durango lease and it was a great customer experience. I had a time constraint to pick up the vehicle and they came through and i was in and out in an hour. Thanks Neal

I had a really good experience working with Michael Libutti. I selected to purchase my car from Central Avenue Dealership because of the service I received before I even committed to buying the car. He was willing to work out the numbers for me to exactly what I wanted and how it would affect my payments and the options available without even stepping foot into the dealership. Again it was a pleasure working with him and will definitely recommend him to anyone who asked.

I want to say that Mohammad was great he helped me out all day and night and gave me the best program option for my new lease I had a Chrysler 300 that I traded I miss that car a lot but this new one is very nice. Great experience at this dealership. Nosh and Klara made everything nice and simple and I got exactly what I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and was in and out with my new vehicle.

Not happy with sales process at all. Admittedly a finance challenge but not impossible. Internet sales called and sent emails often. Finance called 2 times - bad times when I couldn't take a call. Left them 7-8 messages. Nothing. The least they could do is cal and say yes/no. All I was looking for. Not a friendly/helpful dealer

This is one of the nicer places. The waiting room is nice and clean, they have a restroom and of course a flat screen t.v.
They offer complimentary coffe, tea, water and bagels. ( the only thing is if you come later you can believe that people use their hand so unsanitary)
The staff there are very friendly and professional. They have outlets so you can charge your cell or laptop and a counter to sit at as well as several chairs

Steven Sylvester was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to look for our new family car. He explained everything and was very patient when it came to our questions and needs. I am beyond pleased with our experience at Central Ave Jeep. On top of our great experience with Steven, Nosh Margilaj was also very knowledgeable, patient, and informative with his business and I recommend anyone looking for a new car should come straight to Central Ave Jeep!

I frequently travel (drive) alone, from South Carolina to New Jersey/New York for business and family trips. During my last visit, My Jeep required services and the part needed had to be ordered. Due to my scheduling and deadlines, I contacted my mechanic Rob in South Carolina for assistance-was advised to go directly to Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep for Services. The Manager, Dwayne in Servicing and Parts, was truly my life saver. I explained my dilemma and the tight schedule I was on. Mr.. Dwayne was very courtesy, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire transaction. I was able to get back on schedule, and would like to take this time to thank him and his staff, for ensuring my safety and treating me as a VIP Customer. The whole point was to get a car and I was not disappointed by the way they did everything for me.

I had the pleasure of working with Nosh and Klara on finding a perfect deal on my new vehicle, which turned out to be a Jeep. They were incredibly informative, helpful and patient throughout this process. You would be hard pressed to find better customer service at any other dealership.

Had an amazing experience today with Klara who helped me get a new Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. After inquiring a few weeks ago, she was incredibly responsive, personable, and informative and texted and emailed me in follow up. After she helped me choose one today, I then had a quick 5 minute call with their amazing finance manager Nosh to finalize the deal. I mentioned to Klara that I didn t have a ride to the dealer to pick it up and would have to wait until I could get a ride and Klara offered to drop it off at my house and finish the paperwork in my driveway - she went above and beyond for me and truly made my experience a great one. I highly recommend the dealership and be sure to ask for Klara!

This was our first experience with this dealership. Our salesperson was Mr. Ernie Feri. From the minute we walked into the place, our first impression just by looking at him, was that he is someone who takes his job seriously, not just to "make a sale". He answered all of our questions in a courteous manner, addressing me as "ma'am" & my husband as "sir". Every question was answered with the efficiency & professionalism that only the most experienced possess.
This was further confirmed by the fact that we were able to drive away with our car on the same day. We are extremely pleased with our car & our experience with Mr. Feri. If I were the owner of this dealership, I'd do everything in my power to keep Mr.Feri. I know he is part, if not, THE REASON for its success.

My wife leased a Jeep here 16 months ago. The purchase process was satisfactory. Since leasing the Jeep we have had nothing but bad experiences with the Service Department. They are both rude and incompetent. The check tire pressure light kept coming on and about once a week one tire kept needing a few pounds of air. We took the car in to the service department and they said they could not find anything wrong with the tire. Two days later it was completely flat in our driveway requiring my wife to call AAA to help her change the tire. Took the tire into a tire place and they immediately found a nail. How much of an expert factory certified mechanic does one need to be to find a nail in a tire?

Then we started to have problem with the car rolling backward while in park. This is Jeep has a different transmission than the one in 2015 that had all the problem with people not knowing if the car was in park or not. This transmission is clearly marked. This happened twice... both times about an hour or two after the car had been parked it rolled five feet backwards out of our driveway into a public street. We are lucky no one was injured or killed.

I took the Jeep into the service department and the expert behind the counter told me all Jeeps roll backwards when you put them into park. Let me repeat this... the factory certified Jeep expert mechanic stated clearly, "All Jeeps roll backwards when in park." Right there is reason enough to never buy another Jeep product as long as I live.

In addition to the rolling backwards issue, I also mentioned that whenever we ran the heat it smelled like something was burning inside the cabin and I often smelled something burning when walking past the front of the car after parking it. None of these issues could be replicated by the "expert" mechanics and I was told there was nothing wrong with the car in a very rude manner.

When I picked up the car I went to the receptionist and asked to speak with the general manager. She asked me, "Why?" I responded that I wanted to speak to the general manager. She asked why again. This went back and forth three or four times. She then told me to sit and she would get him for me. I walked away from the reception area and watched the receptionist for ten minutes. She made no effort to contact the general manager or have him some speak with me. This receptionist is both rude and incompetent.

So... I found the general manager on my own... a Mr. Jim Ingenito. I relayed all of the above complaints to Mr. Ingenito and he apologized. He said that he had heard some similar complaints in the past. He asked me if I would give him the opportunity to make all of these negative experiences right. I said OK. He promised to call me the next day, have me come back to have his "best man" look at the car and offered me a loaner while they looked the car over.

Mr. Ingenito is NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD! He did not call me the next day... or the day after that. He has not called me at all. Therefore, he did not have anyone look at this defective vehicle.

In my opinion the general manager, the service manager and the receptionist should all be fired. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. I have bought dozens of new cars in my life. Twenty years ago I worked in the auto sales industry. In all of my experiences this dealership ranks among the very worst.

Pete was the best! There was a minor hiccup with some mechanical work, but Pete gave me a loaner and ensured that my life wasn't adversely impacted by my Jeep being in the shop.

I have to tell you that the people at Central Ave. Jeep , have by FAR have to be the best at what they do, I live on Long Island and not only did they give me the BEST DEAL on my daughters new Wrangler, they also gave me more then anyone else on my trade, I dealt with a gentleman named nosh & a woman named Klara, the experience was seamless and I will say this I will now and always not only buy my jeeps { which I have 2 in the family } from Central Avenue, but I would highly recommend them to all of my friends, I consider myself part of their family now, thank you Nosh & Klara, Britt loves her new wrangler !!..wish there were more then 5 stars

After a not so great experience with my first lease and sales person I came back to return and getting into a new car. Klara was extremely helpful and their customer service in general was on point. My First time experience buying a car at a certified dealership was ruined. WE came in last thursday to buy a car, our car salesman Leif Johansson. We found a car we wanted , but it was blocked in so Leif had to move some cars around to get to it ( in the middle of doing so, he actually backs my future car into another one). Now to fast forward to where the real problems began...we met the financial manager and said he would run 1 or 2 banks to get me the number i was looking to spend. The next day i check my credit and he ran my credit 7 TIMES without my consent. When i asked Leif, he didn't have any knowledge. When the financial manager came with the final numbers i asked about it and he said it was apart of the car buying process ( had i know i would get hit with 7 HARD inquires on my credit i would have never consented, i have credit in the 700's so i'm not sure why a bank wouldn't pick up my case but whatever). He said i will only have motor and transmission coverage and not bumper to bumper ( but on the website it says this pre-certified car comes with that coverage...) This is when it starts to get interesting... Leif never gave me the VIN to the car to notify my insurance, so i went online to the dealership website to get it ( i had no idea they had multiple of the same car i was purchasing ). I came back friday with the insurance cards and binder at 3pm, where Leif took the items to "make copies", we sat there until 6pm when leif finally came back and asked if he gave us back the items ( which he never did ) then stated he lost the paper work but thank god i came with 2 copies ! He comes back 30 mins later and says the insurance info has the WRONG vin. By this time my insurance agency was closed, so i could not leave with the car ( even after we transferred plates and everything from my old car to the new car ). I spoke to someone i thought was a manger, he wasn't much help at all. Had Leif told me this just an hr before i could have gotten it corrected and been able to leave with the car that day. The next day i email all the correct info to Leif, when i arrive to pick up the car he was in a rush the whole time to make me sign the papers to leave and wasn't explaining anything i was asked to signed and when i did ask a question about what i was signing he seemed very annoyed and wasn't very informal. I left the dealership not knowing anything. What puts the cherry on the top is Leif never made a copy of the new insurance card with the correct vin to give to me for my own keeping, so i drove around this weekend without insurance cards until my agency opened. If this is how the car buying process works, then i never want to buy another car again!

I ended my lease early and left same day with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Sales person Jimmy Green was knowledgeable and guided me everything. Thanks again!

Ive been to other chrysler dealerships but none compare to the kind personable professional staff at Yonkers chrysler.the owner was there the day of my visit and he was charismatic and cordial with all customers which is very rare these days.my salesman mr.Green and the finance team put my deal together and had me driving home happy in my new jeep.i have to say the staff was most professional and friendly every step of the way which made my experience superior.10 stars across the board from me.i will refer this dealership with everyone and happily return for any service needs.

I have to say the service department absolutely goes above and beyond, and communicated with me very well. They continue to always exceed my expectations beyond belief.
