Oh my goodness...I was in a bit of a pickle and Central Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep really helped me out! Many years ago I bought my first dealership car here and I m so glad I went back for another! Mo and Nosh worked with me and what I could afford with a limited credit score. Their attentiveness, understanding, and honesty was greatly appreciative. Even though the dealership was busy, Mo and Nosh did not make me feel rushed when asking questions. I love my Jeep and I can t wait to share it with my little expanding family. My wife and I live in Manhattan and have been without a vehicle since 2009. We have family in the Northeast and find ourselves always having to rent cars for trips. we have done this about 6-8 times for the past 5 years. It is always a hassle since we rent cars from the airports where it is significantly cheaper than renting from Manhattan. As you can imagine it is quite costly to rent vehicles especially when we are renting SUV's to go up north in the winter.

We are now expecting a baby in October and plan to be out of the city by next year. We decided it would be better just to go ahead an purchase vehicle. Where do we start though we thought to ourselves. Living in Manhattan without a vehicle limits the accessibility to dealerships. Our first visit was to Manhattan Chrysler Dodge and we immediately fell in love with the Durango Crew. They gave us a good price if we bought that day. Seeing that it was our first visit we told them we need to talk to other places and make sure we were getting the best deal. So during the following week I talked to several dealerships and none could reach the price or even come close to what Manhattan had given us. We rented a zip car and visited a dealership in Bayside, Queens. Needless to say we were in there less than 10 minutes. At this point we decided to head back to Manhattan to purchase the vehicle. When we got there we were told that the price given to us less than 6 days earlier during the same calendar month was no longer on the table. The price had no gone up almost $3,000. We proceeded to walk out and I had an uneasy feeling when we left.

Two days later I was determined to find a dealership to buy our first family vehicle. I work on Long Island and borrowed a coworkers car Monday morning and proceeded to visit 4 dealerships that morning. Three out of the 4 were rude to me saying that there is no way Manhattan had offered me such a great deal. I left Long Island quite discouraged. Even on the train ride back into the city I talked to 2 more dealerships to no avail. When i got home I finally called Larry at Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Larry had been recommended to us my my wife's cousin who had bought a Durango from Larry last summer. He told us about his experience with Larry and how positive it was. I got in touch with Larry Monday afternoon and told him my story and gave him the best price we had been quoted so far. He told me that was a very good price and he was going to see what he could do. Not 15 minutes later he called and said he could not beat it but that they could match it. Even though the other dealership was probably more convenient to us, there was no way I would do business with a salesman who basically called me a liar. I talked to the wife and we decided to go ahead with it. We had a deal in place and a put down a deposit over the phone. Larry made us feel comfortable over the phone enough to make a deal without ever visiting the dealership. Their attempt to help us did not end there. The finance manager asked us if he could shop our loan around to get us a better rate than we already had. We said sure, how could it hurt? Less than 30 seconds he gave us a rate that was half of our original rate.

We were excited to pick our new car the next day. We took the train and then a cab to the dealership. Larry introduced himself and then proceeded to show us our Durango and explain in detail every feature in the vehicle. We were there less than an hour and felt very comfortable the entire time. We would like to thank Larry and Central AVenue Chrysler Dodge for getting us in our new Durango. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Next year we when we are in the market for our 2nd vehicle, our first call will be to Larry.

I want to thank Felix Camilo(manager), Moe(salesman) and Central Ave Jeep for helping me and my family with the purchase of our Jeep. Moe paid attention to our needs and our budget. He also was very patient as we had our 10 month old with us. He allowed us to put our car seat in and out of several vehicles when test driving to make sure we found the right one that fits. UPDATE: Let me start off by stating that the above review was NOT written by me. The salesman actually wrote it himself hence all of the typos. The only reason I gave them one star is because that's the minimum requirement to write a review. My whole experience with this dealership has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!

I am an out of state resident but chose to try this particular dealership as I was in town and needed to purchase a second vehicle. I purchased a used car with super low mileage from this dealership and at about 1,900 miles of driving, the "maintenance required" light came on. I was puzzled to what would be needed as I didn't even have the vehicle for 2 weeks at that point. Turns out that the car needed an oil change. Why would the dealership allow a car to drive off the lot without performing the necessary maintenance? After calling and speaking with the salesman he tried to give me some BS about dealerships being allowed to sell vehicles with 75% of oil. When I persisted to ask questions and asked to speak with a manager the salesman acquiesce and agreed to provide an oil change at no charge.

The other issue I had with this horrible dealership is regarding my plates. I was given temporary tags as I am an out of state resident. I was told by the sales person that I would have to go to the DMV in my state to have a VIN verification completed. I was told that I could email, fax or bring a copy of that VIN verification into the dealership. Since I am an out of state resident, I chose the option of emailing the necessary documents. I even followed up with the person that handles this confirming that the documents were received. About 4 days before my temp tags were due to expire I realized that I hadn't heard back from the dealership. I then called to inquire and was then told a copy of the VIN verification could not be accepted via email. I was so confused and annoyed because 1. Why wasn't this communicated to me when I called to confirm receipt? and 2. Why didn't anyone call to communicate this to me if this was the case? I then took the required paperwork into the dealership and was told that they would expedite the process as it was a mistake on the dealerships end. You would think that they would rectify the issue and actually keep their word but NOOOOOOOOO. It has been 2 weeks since temporary tag has expired and I still have not received my plates. I have tried contacting the three people I had been communicating with (Richard (the sales guy), Amanda and Mildred (both of which handle the administrative work to obtain registration and plates) only to be transferred continuously and eventually disconnected EVERY single time. I have even tried calling to speak with the general manager and managers James, Felix and Jared only to be told that they were not in or busy EVERY single time.

Moral of the story....STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! You will be more than disappointed if you are expecting any type of customer service

Just got my 2nd Jeep from Central Ave and an awesome, easy-going experience yet again!
I worked w/ Joe Carino last time but he works in a different department now but over saw my new lease process that Larry Memoli did for me! I really appreciate Joe taking the time and effort to make sure I was well taken care of. I went in because I had to turn my lease in early and in about 3 hours I left with my brand new lease :) Quick and easy - no hassle! Larry is a great salesman and took his time with me and answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable. I STILL can't afford a Wrangler yet, hopefully next time!

What a pleasure to work with. The owner John put me in touch with one of the sales reps named Klara. She was amazing with communicating and making this transaction seamless and easy. I didn t see the car till the day I picked it up - never even walked into the showroom and it was perfect just like I expected. I went with a 2018 Jeep altitude - color - Rhino. All in all I would recommend Klara to anyone looking to buy a new car. I am actually sending two of my friends this week who are looking at Wranglers.

The valet and the service department were also great - superior service and a pleasant surprise.

Nosh (Finance Manager) worked out a great deal for my wife and I and he made it his personal mission to deliver maximum value for the two of us. Antoneta (Lead Sales Person) took my wife and I through a comprehensive needs analysis to make sure that we were getting the right car for our needs, and Clara (Sales Person) made sure that by the time we drove off we were experts regarding the bells and whistles (SO MANY FEATURES!) that our new Grand Cherokee has to offer. My experience was one for the books.
After a major accident in December I was carless for almost 2 months now. I went in yesterday 2/5/18 told Klara Coku and Nash, who are beyond helpful, exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Within a half hour I was making my deal on my exact Jeep that I asked for. I walked in today 2/6/18 and it was all ready for me. The staff and experience go hand in hand. It's a dealer, although the staff is friendly, you don't always get the best service here. This isn't their fault, but I'd recommend going early for service because wait times are long due to customer volume.

So I called 8 plus dealerships and unfortunately 7 of them didn't want to listen to what I wanted. I was lucky I was sitting on the beach and reached Jimmy Ingenito. This was the most honest and obliging salesperson I have dealt with in years. Very refreshing. So we decided to go with Central Ave Jeep and ordered a 2020 vehicle. It was delivered to us last night and I cannot say anything else but kudos to Jimmy. I would like to say that i have been a customer of the Yonkers Jeep family since 2012. Andrew Floyd was the manager at that time and Jared Daniels, the salesperson. He was so helpful and treated me like family. He didnt let any stone go unturned. Andrew is no longer in this location,but because of that first interaction, i remained with Jeep in 2015 when i leased another one. This time i worked with Jared Daniels as the manager. They primote within and when you return you always see a familiar face.Jared is an awesome manager who deals with all customers with kids gloves. I am back in 2019 and all i had to do was call Jared and he got the job done again. Leif Johansson was the sales consultant. He made sure to answer all of my questions. He was very patient with all of my request. I have to add that Tynisha Fountain, the front desk clerk was an awesome host! She offered me lunch and drinks. What dealership can you go to and get great conversation and food,but Central Valley!
Last,but not least, i have to give a big,warm thank you to Neal Matos! He is the Finance Director who i have dealt with for all of my transactions! When i called to speak to him, he remembered me by name and vehicle. He has worked tiredlessly to get me into all of my vehicles with great rates! When i say this place is like family, i mean that! Had a trade in and was promised verbally that they will take care of Everthing then I receive a bill from my old dealer.. Called back and forth didn't go nowhere. Liars and if. There is a way to take back Everthing I would. Now stuck with a $500 payment and $7000 down 4 a Pacifica lol what a joke.. Be careful make sure Everthing is in writing. Go other dealers these are liars and theifs.. I can't get hold of owner. Sale Management the worse name is Andrew liar as well. Smh

My experience with Central Ave Jeep, has been nothing but a nightmare. After they damaged my vehicle and sent it to their certified shop. They are refusing to pay for the damages. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership. They do not value a customer, and they just don t care. I was offered $250 for $1200 I m damage to let it go . You would think they d have more integrity.

Orlando delivered my Jeep Cherokee to my house about two weeks ago and his customer service was great!. He was very accommodating with my schedule. Orlando was also very knowledgeable and made sure to educate me on the car before leaving. And to add icing on the cake, one of the owners of the dealership(Jonathan), showed up and was very nice and accommodating as well! My experience overall was nothing short of amazing! Klara was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door. I came in just to browse my options and she presented a deal no one could ever turn down. The staff was also extremely friendly, making it seem like a family. Everyone worked well together. They also didn t have the usual car dealer pushy approach just to get you into a car. Walked in there, greeted very friendly and nice people. Once they referred a sales person to me, I told the woman what I wanted. She told me it's not gonna happen for the price I wanted. She started showing me used cars right away. I ended up getting the same car I wanted in another dealer for half the price she told me. Kind of brushed off what I wanted and gave me a sense of discouragement.

My husband and I leased a jeep and the personnel was very helpful and professional. Michael, Neal and Sebastian were exceptional. The process was hassle free and I would recommend this dealer.

Went up and down Central Ave looking for a car, went into 3 dealership and go the run around. Never owned a Jeep before, went in on a Sunday, they were packed! Nice guy Mike, came over to my wife and me and helped us out. No run around, no lies, we told him what we wanted he gave us a price - then he sharpened his pencil a bit and we had a deal in 15 minutes. Way better then the other dealership I went to. He produced the exact car he said at the same price not one change. The best part is I love the new Jeep Cherokee I believe way better value than the Toyota and the Honda I was considering.

One of the best experiences I ever had, everyone is so welcoming, nosh and Orlando are a must see they will work with you and make a deal possible. My brother had to get out of a 18 month lease and they sure worked magic happen. I am sure everyone who walked in here will come back with more people to recommend.

Clara was great! We worked a deal after having gone previously to Bayside Jeep dealership. Bayside started me at $480 a month and around $4,000 down for a Jeep Wrangler. I was going to move to the Cherokee, at a lower payment, The business manager was very rude when I stated I didn t expect to pay that much, he snapped at me, well what did you expect pay . I left putting down the first month, but my wise wife encouraged me to check other dealerships. I checked out Yonkers, and Clara basically made a good deal over the phone after I emailed her the deal from the Bayside dealership. In the end they made a great deal for me in the wrangler, and only then did Bayside try to come down in price. Even though Bayside ultimately went lower the. Yonkers, the Yonkers service was better, the people kinder, and between Clara and Nush it was a good experience. The deal was pretty quick and I didn t waste hours and hours like at the Bayside dealership. I pray I would glorify God with this new purchase (1 Cor 10:31) and be a good steward of the vehicle.

I went to check out a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Central Ave. Jeep and that was all. I expected to just get some information, test drive the vehicle and go home and decide where to go next....but when I got there and my sales consultant, Ms. Antoneta explained the key features and assisted me on picking the right wrangler for me, I was immediately sold and bought my new Wrangler the next day! The staff was like a family, they quickly put me at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was relieved that there was little pressure and everyone was very helpful. I'd like to say thank you to Antoneta and Joseph Carino for working on getting me into my first Jeep Wrangler and making the experience a pleasant one. Great place. My wife and I have been getting our car serviced there for over 15 years. They have always been honest and professional on every job. Our Service Advisor Marco is terrific and our mechanic Warren is the best of the best.

This is the worst dealer I have ever been to. I was greeted at the front desk by a wonderful young lady. She asked me what I was looking for and quickly got me a sales representative. The woman came over not seeming to be interested in selling a car. We walked the lot and she asked to view my car for a trade in appraisal. She came back saying that my truck was worth next to nothing. I said thats funny because I just came from a dealer who valued it just under the kbb value. She came back at me with an attitude I bet not. I saw the wright up from the other dealer proving they were giving my trucks value.
This isn t the first time I had problems with this dealer. I would definitely not recommend going here!
