I had a great experience dealing with Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep. Everyone from the receptionist to the sales associate to the finance manager was helpful and respectful. I especially enjoyed my interaction with John Rosabella. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, helpful and very easy to speak with. He explained the entire process clearly and explained each item I was asked to sign. He walked me through all of the features on my Grand Cherokee Limited and even paired my phone with the car. He also explained all of the features of the Uconnect App and encouraged me to use it and explained why it was a smart app to use. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and John Rosabella. Best experience with a new vehicle I ever had. Oh and they take great care and interest in safety with masks and appropriate social distancing. Please go see this great bunch of people.
