I would not even give them one star. My girlfriend bought a car from Mat M (M and M). We don't live anywhere near there however they still had the model and year car we wanted. Upon purchase they only had one key to the car. Fastfoward 2 months later, I called to find out about the key and I am transfered from one obnoxious person to another being told they don't know what I'm saying. Finally I spoke to my salesman himself and he told me I am not being flexible. I'm sorry, I have a lease and a limit on my miles. Why am I wasting 70 miles to come get the key when it was the dealer's fault. Furthermore, we tried to do it when we were in the area and were told oh well change your plans, you're not beig flexible. What can I say? A car is a big ticket item and I'd expect a dealer to be nothing but accommodating. The people here at Central Ave jeep are obnoxious and disgusting! We are getting another jeep in October and I would never ever go back there!! Absolutely terrible!
