I was hesitant to try this location because of mixed reviews I've read online. i cannot speak for any of the other sales personal. but i can comment on the excellence service i received from Felicia Liriano. she was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole experience. at no point did i feel like i was being rushed to purchase a vehicle i did not want. she allowed my wife and i to test drive three vehicles before we decided on the 2017 jeep grand cherokee. she presented us with a good deal and that was it. it was a more competitive price for a better vehicle than what i was offered at another jeep dealership. i was more than happy with my purchase. so happy in fact that i was back there within the week to get a brand new challenger gt. she had none in stock.

Felicia went above and beyond to get me a vehicle while i waited just so i could test drive it. again she was not pushy and let me test drive other vehicles as well. this time the deal was even better than before. i could not pass up this offer. i know have two brand new vehicles from felicia at central avenue and i couldn't be happier. i will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend this dealership. so if you want the best, ask for the best, i promise you will not be disappointed.
