Nice Parc. Houses were fine so far. The swimming pool is a bit small. Getting there without a car is fine, but it takes a long time to walk to the park.

Slightly outdated park with outdated houses but reasonably well maintained

Room was not really cleaned properly. A lot of dust under the furniture was just in sight.

Really nice especially for families with young children, which does not really apply to me. Many of the activities are tailored to the little ones and nothing is dangerous. In the pool it is never very deep and everywhere are lifeguards. The bungalows are very good compared to mobile homes, overall very satisfied if there were interesting activities for young adults

There is a lot to do at the park. Swimming pool, climbing jungle, arcade etc many things are inside. Nice in bad weather.
Some maintenance is needed here and there.
Houses are outdated and the bowling alley, for example, may have a new floor.
Many restaurants where you can eat well.

Third time here, now a bit budgeted, bungalow is disappointing. They call it comfort, we are stuck in the 70s. But yes, you certainly get what you pay for. Comfort bungalow is disappointing.

Center Parcs located in the northern part of Limburg, close to the German border. Nice area to discover, but the park has enough facilities to provide you with everything. Supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf course and petting zoo and plenty of entertainment for the children. There is a Jungle dome where the children can go on a climbing adventure and where you can even spend the night. The market dome has various restaurants and shops.

For years we have been going to the Heijderbos for two weeks in the summer. Partly due to the location and the beautiful nature, our park is the best at Center Parcs, even though a slide could be added to the aqua mundo. Last vacation for the first time the larger 4 pers. had vip cottage with two bathrooms (there is also a smaller type with only 1 bathroom). The interior of the houses is not the most modern, but I think it is attractive. Yet there are also criticisms. Cleaning was poor this time, many cobwebs were still hanging on the ceiling. There are certain things in the house that have been poorly thought about. For example, one of the bedrooms is arranged in such a way that the wardrobe cannot open normally because the door touches the bedside table. Two bathrooms seem like a luxury, but only one has a shower, the entire bathroom is wet when used immediately due to the lack of a shower curtain. The other bathroom only has a bath. A shower bar is missing, which is quite a missed opportunity. The toilet is, after all, a very small space, which is a lot bigger in the less luxurious houses. The quality experience can also be improved. The dishwasher in the kitchen was half loose, in front of the fridge you were looking at a piece of concrete floor and the microwave was not able to properly read the display due to wear. The stereo set in the house seems nice, but has no decent reception. The cars at the park are another big point of criticism. We are never left at the park by car, but regularly cars were driving at the park and almost the entire stay there was someone right next to us who was allowed to leave the car at the park. A big plus is the staff who are almost without exception very friendly and do everything to make it a pleasant stay.

Enjoy a day of swimming in a swimming paradise. With a whitewater course for the boys.

At the moment we are staying on Heijderbos during the corona crisis. This means that a lot is closed and adapted, including the swimming pool. During our entire stay from Friday to Monday we are only allowed to swim "1.5 hours" ... outrageous! Bowling is full, there is nothing to do nearby. It is also very busy and you notice that people are bored.

Also received a voucher of 100 as compensation. I understand that this corona crisis is annoying for everyone, but to set only 1.5 hours of swimming per stay is very exaggerated. We would have preferred to swim all weekend!

Upon arrival we were told that we could be in the house an hour later, for this we received a voucher for a piece of cake and a drink.

Always worth a visit - not only for several days, even as a day trip with children always a highlight.

They remain dated houses, despite the fact that some get a small update every now and then. We were in a renovated VIP house which is better than most of the others. But comfort is still hard to find. We couldn't get the house warm, so we had to sleep under an extra set of blankets. The hot water also got cold quickly, so we couldn't fill the bath more than 1/3 .... All in all faded glory. No more CenterParcs for us.
Oh, and not a single charging station in the park / parking lot ....

We enjoyed the stay at the park. The children enjoyed themselves. The only thing that you want to give is the whitewater course that goes a lot to your heart, you just get sucked in and lives dangerous for small children.

Next year again but then a 4p and VIP we now had a premium 2p for two but you can't turn your ass around the kitchen. And extensive food is not that bad with such a small gas set, too little room to place a bench, otherwise nice walk with the dogs so ultimately enjoyed.

We have been with you previously. It was a disaster, it could have been much cleaner cobwebs everywhere, dust on the cupboards and on the hood in the kitchen, the ventilation grids in the bedrooms were full of dust that no fresh air could enter.

secondly, we were called that we got another house because the house we had booked was renovated, we looked at it and that was indeed true, but we would get a renovated house but that was not correct at all !!

thirdly we have a sauna in our cottage which didn't even matter again. what do you pay for?

4th we had a bed that you might as well put outside and then lie down on the floor because that bed gives you back problems because it had completely sagged, we reported it to the reception and then you get an eighth plank pressed under your mattress while paying for a good mattress.

if we have to, we won't come anymore!

Cozy cottages, and a nice park with all amenities. Too bad that one of the beds and bunk bed.

Old houses with some overdue maintenance. The food in the local "restaurants" was mediocre, after 2 attempts I started cooking myself. A very nice swimming pool, hiking environment and jungle are happening.

Nice house, but unfortunately very badly cleaned, so in other words I cleaned everything again because the kids and husband suffered from it . No green bags for dirty stuff
The food store where you can order pizza and snitsel was also bad we had salami ordered got a completely different pizza and the snitsel was as dry as Sinterklaas they bare ass fries case fries they can not bake was still hard and limp
And if you wanted to order activities such as bolwen
It says hours that you could bolwen and it was full
And swim for 45 minutes then put your big toe in water and then you can get out again.The only thing that was quick that the boy quickly came to bring that table and Dol's guns that were broken in the house

Great whitewater course and for the youngest a nice jungle dome / indoor playground. Some cottages may need a makeover

Spent a week in the summer vacation and all in all we really enjoyed it. We had a new 2 person house. This one was very nice and also quite clean. Little dusty but not extreme. However, we did not find the bar chairs that comfortable. We are a bit smaller, so we couldn't put our legs up anywhere.

Mattresses were on the hard side. It is also indicated that you can turn the TV so that you can see it from the bedroom. However, this was not the case.

We also liked the park. We thought we could only swim twice in a week. However, this turned out to be four times. This was enough for two adults. The catering was also good. A bit on the expensive side, but quality was good. Despite corona, there was always somewhere to have a drink or a bite to eat.

Despite being severely understaffed, the staff were very friendly and pleasant.

What we found very ridiculous for the delivery costs for the sandwiches at the door. This is 2.95 per day !! So if you want to avoid the crowds at the supermarket in the morning, this will cost you quite a bit.

What we also find a disadvantage are the e-cars that you can rent. It is a car-free park, but you have to be constantly careful not to get hit by such a car. They say this is from 23 years old, however we saw many young people driving here. Sometimes children also drive in it.

There are also a lot of ticks in the park. Of course they can't do anything about this, but be sure to bring items against ticks. They even walked outside on our table.

Many people also do not adhere to the corona measures and the hygiene of the toilets was poor. Tables were often not cleaned in between and you could not clean the cue at the pool tables, for example.

All in all, had a great holiday.

Beautiful and cozy park with direct opportunities for hiking in the wooded area.

Despite the difficult corona period, it is a beautiful park to relax from the daily grind. Beautiful wooded area and Germany around the corner. Food can be picked up and special activities are set up for entertainment.

Cottages are cozy and dog-friendly. Cup of coffee / tea on arrival would have been nice.

House: old and dated.
Swimming pool: nice, but too small for the amount of people who usually stay there.
Buffet: price / quality ratio is hard to find.
This was the last time we were in this overpriced park.

Beautiful wooded park. Nice center with shops and restaurants. Very nice Aqua Mundo z swimming pool. Furthermore, fun activities. House was well equipped only the floor was not too clean we noticed when the children were walking around without shoes.

We have been driving in this park for many years but from year to year the animation offer deteriorates and the structure of the building is not maintained.

Nice park, and generally fantastic swimming pool. Houses a bit outdated, but not disturbing. When on arrival the pool turned out to be closed for maintenance (we were not aware of it) we were transferred without problems to the Meerdal, very nice service.

VIP house but very dating. House was still dirty (not properly cleaned) there were no extra things we had ordered and all ants in the house. There was also a smart TV but of course this function was switched off (dawn netflix) otherwise the nature around it is beautiful, but for that money I expect at least a nicer and certainly cleaner house!

Best and most beautiful centerpark the swimming pool is the great and price in there are also fully in order. The park offers many activities to pass the time. The bungalows are price performance moderately fully in order you are not much there anyway. If you take a VIP bungalow you even have a sauner and a jacuzzi and a grill. The price for the VIP bungalow is also. You just have to know if it's worth it because you're almost there just to sleep in there. On the whole super super nice family holiday we spend every year here.

The stay was acceptable. Swimming pool was pretty good. Unfortunately the bungalows are worn, Bj 1985, carpets expired, mattresses are hanging, the furniture was still ok. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as windows dirty, dusty corners and bathroom obsolete.

We are still there at the moment. Unfortunately, still the same experience as 3 years ago. <br/> House are filthy and full of dust. A lot is broken. Bedroom with carpeted floors full of stains that I don't even want to think about. The mattress had sagged so much that it looked like a hammock. Interchanged with a mattress from another room. <br/> Convector well grid protrudes upwards. Can you get ugly? From the fridge to the freezer is broken. The bathroom and toilet are so old that my great-grandmother has experienced this. If I have to call for everything that this house is wrong then I really have a nice long weekend away. <br/> The annoying thing is that you pay way too much money for this expired piece of history. It is quite understandable that (renovation) is coming. But this is just a shame. <br/> plus point. Jungle Dome and aqua mundo and other activities. You will also come here for your rest and you will not get that exactly when you are back in your house and see all the expired broken stuff !!! <br/>

Best center parcs. What is the point of reporting? Had reported on arrival that there were no dishwashing tablets present and that they had probably forgotten that, which could happen. Would be arranged immediately. Fortunately after a day and a half a friendly lady came to bring the tablets. If this were all that was wrong with it, then I was still waiting for your (helpful) employees

A great holiday park. Especially the swimming pool with the whitewater course is an absolute hit. What is to be mentioned is that the bungalows are already very worn.

2 stars for the setting and accommodation, the rest plan your credit card and book 3 years in advance

Worn out and broken. And everything is outrageously expensive. Is not what it used to be. Only plus point is that the wifi is now free ..

First time here 20 years ago. Now for the fourth time. Now feels a bit outdated. Bungalow not neat on arrival, still clothes and the like from previous tenants. Polished? Beds not made, but resolved afterwards. Toaster does not work, they are still the same bags and plates as 20 years ago. This for 2000 EUR / week .. and covid limited range of activities and very limited buffet in the Greenz. Still need new impetus for the future

Unfortunately had an old bungalow. Terrace was full of pine needles, weave in rooms, old-fashioned worn-out decor. Unpleasant smell in bedroom. Partly you could not close the room doors as locks did not go. We found the prices for food, borrow etc. very expensive. In the swimming pool, mice ran around and fetched the remains of soil. Not just two whole rotten ones. In the water basin where the ducks swim at the bungalow are old chairs from a terrace seating. Our was broken by the way, there was a risk of injury to children because the plastic was torn and broken. Do not go there anymore.

The bungalows are very dirty, the dishes stuck in the closets. Everything was dated and it smelled musty.

Nice week just a pity if you get a complaint they do not get an answer

This car mess is terrible. The houses and their environment (paths, grounds) just grubby and hardly maintained. Our house was really dirty and we cleaned only after arrival, cobwebs in the bedroom and bottles under the beds and as had to suck completely. The house makes an old impression and grubby with a dirty old entrance area where the carpet is probably the first occupancy 30 years ago. Outside must be deleted. The bathrooms catastrophic, for a 8 person bungalow, a bathroom with two sinks and another "bathroom" with a sink, no toilet and shower, well in the corner a small with floor drain, but the worst were the cars in the park. Nobody goes through there. Although many cars had a note that they should not park there, but no matter. Surely that is outrageous by these travelers, ignorant and stupid that they do not drive away their vehicle. But then you have to worry about this disappearance. We had 2 children with a dog, we were afraid to let them walk alone, that something happened. Never again in this park.

Houses very dirty. Outside areas of the houses very dirty. No garden maintenance next to the houses. Everything old in the center park. It would have to be renewed. Prices very high.

House in itself reasonable. Back to the 70 ties. How is it possible that there is no dishwasher in an 8 p house. Cleaning can also be improved. Enough cobwebs to knit a sweater. In this day and age, screens for windows would not be out of place. Swimming pool too busy and actually boring. A white water course that is quite dangerous and 1 slide. Furthermore, too many balls and other stuff that is played with, but oh well that is allowed nowadays. It is a pity that the lifeguards do not pay attention to the fact that this causes quite dangerous situations. Even an older man himself pointed out that the whitewater course is not suitable for his 2 year old grandchild without a life jacket.
Catering such as snacks, tip for staff work is through. A donkey walks back faster. You order a family bag of frier with 8 snacks with 1 extra frikandel special. Like you are crazy. First you have to explain what you mean, just an extra frikandel special. You then get 3 frik special. So not what you ordered. Sigh.
Go get your pizza, nice and easy at the pizzaria you think. Wrong you must be in another bar. It is therefore not indicated. You order some pizzas which then takes half an hour. Could have called better dominoes I think would have been faster. It's not math after all. Even the beer that you order immediately takes 10 minutes.
Really in terms of speed of service, it really sucks. When you go swimming, check your tickets. For a week booked, your tickets are valid for a midweek. Also arrange that.
Supermarket there works nice staff. Otherwise a bit expensive but that is always the case.
People say car-free park. I've seen more cars in the park on an average Sunday in Scheveningen. You should therefore not expect anything from security. Note under the windshield wiper that they can and that ends. Security guards can also ring the bell or knock at the tenants. Each ticket has a number so it can't be difficult. Must be difficult. Mini golf was ok. Track recently renewed. For the rest, bring a bag of euros and you can entertain your kids otherwise it is nothing.

In short, if you love your car at the door, slow service with wrong orders, wrong tickets for your swimming pool, authentic houses anno 1975 with flat screen, yes, pets in the form of eight-legged friends, do not hesitate to book. In my experience the least CP I have experienced so far.

We mainly visited the water with the very warm weather.
We were surprised when we found no resto with an open kitchen after the early closing time of Aqua Mondo 8.30 am ???
In comparison with Nonna's Family Pizza and Pasta, the Grand Cafe can still learn a lot in terms of speed of recording and operation.

First of all: 1 star is the buffet - a place with a really good food. The second star is for the mostly very friendly staff of the park. Unfortunately, everything else is a disaster! We were at the weekend with 17 people in this park and had rented 4 houses. 3 of the 4 houses were in a miserable condition. Equipped with old, partly already broken furniture. The houses smelled musty, moldy. At night, we were awakened by sounds produced by a mouse or rat that was very active in the false ceiling of the bedroom. The grounds around the houses were covered with dense and very tall weeds. For years no one has cared for the condition of the houses and the surrounding area! In the responses to negative reviews here, the owner writes that renovations are scheduled for 2020. That is laudable! But until then you, dear operators, should be ashamed to ask for the full and fully overdrawn price !!!
I can not recommend this park in any case!

Come for about 20 years in Centerparcs ... this is our favorite park. Unfortunately, a bit older, but just because of the memories remain awake. Like to be in the hotel. Big beds, unfortunately a bit hard. Whirlpool in the bathtub. Pretty big room with small kitchen. For summer certainly too hot, as no air conditioning.

Day 1 (cottage)
On arrival, our house was very dirty, especially the kitchen. We reported this to the reception who then sent the cleaning service to us. It smelled clean afterwards and it smelled a lot fresher.
Day 3 (snack bar)
My girlfriend caught a virus from spoiled lettuce. It was on the hamburger. Unfortunately, she found out halfway through. Too late because now it is vomiting and diarrhea! We have 4 more days to stay in this filthy park with 2 young children. Centerparcs NEVER again

Remain on my last visit in November 2017 in which my comment was lack of dialogue in French and didactic panels nothing to evolve much damage if not the park remains a good level to do I do not think I'll come back from my comment and wild rivers is aptly named because the second part is still pretty violent I hope this time the direction will take note of my remark Thank you. .

Nice park! Lots to do for the children .. the houses may be renewed ...

I have to say that I am seriously disappointed. Mold in the bedroom ... windows and the beds so uncomfortable that I have back pain. Prices are already really lifted and as a VIP house I imagine something else. Service was partly very bad. For example, Wait for 40 minutes for an operator and then wait a long time for the drink. Buffet was always the same but it was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. Some staff were really super friendly but the big part seemed overstrained and rude. The house was really worn out. 1 miniklo and 2 modern bathrooms BUT without toilet. Carpet in most rooms and everywhere fabric curtains the musty smell. I find that unhygienic and can not understand how to use something like this today. Entertainment was ok. At the casino you are sent out 20 minutes before the end. Unfortunately was also poorly cleaned and the terrace and the garden furniture were weathered. Will definitely not visit this park with my family anymore. A shame about the prices.

The facility is huge. It is ideal for children and adolescents. We stayed 1 week and it was not boring. Unfortunately, the houses are very dated. The activities and restaurants are very expensive.

Ik had bij het online boeken per ongeluk 4x Table Cooking geselecteerd in plaats van 2. De medewerkers mogen geen geld terug geven of het terugboeken naar de rekening. Vervolgens kregen we 45 euro aan vouchers, terwijl we die ochtend al 48 euro aan activiteiten besteed hadden. Uiteindelijk na het doorvragen naar de manager is dat toch met elkaar verrekend. Maar wat een moeilijk gedoe terwijl je gewoon een lekker weekendje weg wil. De protocollen van Center Parcs zijn in ieder geval niet gericht op mensen een fijne tijd bezorgen zodra het neer komt op het corrigeren van een menselijke fout.

We have been going to the Centerpark in Holland for many years. With friends and alone as a family. It's always fun, especially for the kids. Can I highly recommend, even if the houses are getting old. The leisure offer is great. During the holidays, the park can be very crowded. The staff is helpful, friendly and most speak German.

I visited the park with my friend and dog. We had the house 813. It was very clean and newly decorated. 5 * really earned :)

Swimming pool and the market dome have a clear atmosphere, but compared to other Center Parcs it is quite small and already a bit outdated. The cottages are very cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. There is more than enough to do. The strongest criticism I have on the pool; this is extremely old-fashioned and since its construction, it has never been used again. It is dangerous, very little to experience and the whitewater course is a big hell. (I have traveled a lot and experienced many intense rides, but this job is the sadness itself)

The old cottages could have a refurbishment but you have all you actually need in there. Cleanliness could be better too. Service is fine and friendly enough.
The swimming pool is also rather old style but it's ok for a rainy day.
The small zoo at the entrance is nice for kids. Best part of the park are the bikes you can rent and go for a ride outside the park.
We enjoyed our stay but if you have the cash go for the VIP cottages

Really really good, just one thing, the cottage was smelling like an old wardrobe closed for years... Else, all was good

We had a VIP house, it was not what we thought. The armrest was broken in a dining chair. The beds were saggy and didn't sleep well. The cottages were dirty before we entered. A bed was mega rickety. But everything else was great!

The setting is top. In the forest, with animals, around a lake. We do not feel the number of people because the area is quite extensive. Note that I went out of season and on weekdays. It is a center parks so we find the classic bubble with the pool and slides (including a river enough rock and roll), restaurants and shops.

Nice park. They are renewing all the houses so I am curious about the prices then. Our house had some flaws and missing inventory but after 1 phone call this was neatly resolved. Unfortunately due to corona there is not much to do. The bingo could continue with 30 people. Less fun of course, but the 2 ladies who did their best. Lovely walk with the dogs in the woods.

Nice park with extensive facilities. The cottages are true older but modern. The swimming pool is fantastic.

At the beginning of the year we had rented a Vip house for a week, but the house was anything but Vip-compliant.

Accommodation / House:
- Dirt everywhere
-not rinsed dishes in the cupboards
- Mold has already formed under the kettle
- Leftover food in the refrigerator from previous residents
- sagging mattresses
- sand in the carpet everywhere
- Cobwebs in all living areas

Staff:
At check-in we were refused to move into our house on the grounds that not all payments were made. Despite a comprehensive confirmation from my bank, the gentleman at the reception did not consider it necessary to take care of our check-in as quickly as possible. Instead, it happened that other guests were preferred to us at check-in. Only after a full hour were we given the keys in a very unfriendly manner.

Check out:
We left one night earlier because we had severe back pain and sleepless nights from the mattresses in our house. When the keys were handed over at the reception, the staff did not respond to our early departure.
Questions such as: "Did you like it with us?" Or "Is it perhaps because of our park that you are leaving earlier?" Never mentioned. Only the bowl was received and we wished us a nice trip home.

I do not recommend anyone to spend their vacation here, unless vacationing means having to clean everything on arrival.
