Center parc app shows different availability then what is available at the desk where I wanted to book with activity vouchers.

we have been there several times but this time we found the service very slow. tables remained full and often had to wait 20-30 minutes before they came to take the order. also the bufet restaurant we found not super or bins were empty or food was not really hot. We also find the houses really outdated and nature was poorly maintained. the pool was super.

Lots of activities, nice environment and nice pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Questions and reservations went very easily and quickly via WhatsApp (which is also necessary since the CP app keeps crashing). The celebrating singers are also quite an addition to the program.

Making a reservation for the swimming pool is ultimately an advantage rather than a disadvantage, because although it seems tight at 1h15m, the pool is relatively (very) quiet so you don't have to queue for long (if there is already a line).

The VIP Eden cottage was spacious and clean, but (as almost always with Center Parcs) with reclining beds.

Bad houses bad service, on the day of departure little open it seems like they want you away as soon as possible, no more Heijderbos for us !!

Previously great for families. Now in need of renovation, partly dirty. Prices for attractions as well as restaurants are completely overpriced.

The wild water ride is really wild! <10yrs probably not a good idea to let by themselves.

Have made the Christmas party here. The park is older, but unbeatable. And this park has by far the best whitewater!

Agree with previous posts. Don't go !! !! Especially for this price and the service offerings. Just choose another provider!

We celebrated our children's birthday there.

Pros:
+ varied employment opportunities indoor / outdoor
+ child friendly
+ helpful staff
+ Prices for activities / supermarket are perfectly fine
+ even rolls are fine :)

Cons:
- Restaurants cook quite unusual and are quite expensive (for example: nachos with guacamole and creme fraiche for 2 - 14.90, baked with a kind of analog cheese or so [in Holland!], Pizza baked the same way with the same stuff - Horror!) The food was fine, steak medium - in a nutshell, in terms of flavor were several dishes (may be due to the local preparation), rather a disaster. It shook me at the Bernaise.

- the beds are nothing for tall (and heavy) people - short, narrow and hammock characteristic
- soundproof housing
- Pets allowed in all "houses" - as far as I know
- Toaster instead of oven (but I can understand in the face of some guests again - unfortunately)

- WLAN quite expensive

To put it this way, in the eyes of our daughter intended a great holiday, only the adults had something to moan ...

The park is beautifully situated and the houses are also nicely decorated. just a little shabby but nothing bad. Staff friendly for us it was a perfect vacation.

We have just returned from a weekend with the entire family (14 adults and 3 small ones). A lot to do and fun, the signage to the side entrance of the market dome may be improved.

Nice park in nature with awesome "Jungle Dome", to feel yourself in the tropics even in mid-winter, and horseriding lessons

The bungalow is spacious, equipped with all necessary, but getting old. Service a bit chaotic but ok. If you find out who to ask you will be helped. Restaurants very different in quality. Reserve a table is advisable. The swimming pool has something for everyone. Opening time at 10 o'clock is rather too late for us as a family with small children.

Away from home for a while. We go away for a weekend with our family with four children about once a year. Usually we go to one of the parks in Landal. Not high quality, but affordable off season and you know what you are getting for your money. Now that the oldest children have obtained their swimming diplomas, we thought it was time for a step up. So it once became Center parks. For the first time. What a deception that was.

When I entered, tears came to my eyes. Not yet consciously, by the way, but because of the mild house dust allergy that is usually fine to live with. We wanted to have a good time so we went the extra mile for a premium cottage.

I estimate that this house was built somewhere in the 1980s. And never maintained since then. Rotten window frames, spider webs, loose doors and above all very, very dusty. Old is okay, but rotten window frames and above all very dirty testify to disrespect for me as a heavily paying guest.
It is that we do not want to disappoint the children, but otherwise we would have returned home straight away. We are a healthy family, but everyone here has wheezing lungs and a runny nose as soon as you walk in the door.

Aquamundo. The swimming pool. Awesome! It is a beautiful and adventurous bath. Too bad it is so busy that you literally stumble. Does the whole area also come here to swim?
No, I really do not understand where the hype of Centerparcs comes from, and how this can be reconciled with the rather hefty price that you have to pay below the line. No, never again Centerparcs for us.

The Heijderbos is a nice park in itself but it also has its flaws. The house we were in was very primitive, there were just missing a lot of things and it was generally still very dirty, cobwebs and dead animals everywhere. The restaurants and the swimming pool are super good and you must have done the whitewater course. The snack bar at the park is unfortunately slightly less, we have had to wait more than half an hour for our order it was not even hot anymore. In the shop you can happily get anything that makes everything that you have forgotten available. In general I look back on a nice holiday and I would still recommend the park.

Due to Corona (some) free attractions are very limited. On the other hand, paid attractions are very expensive.
