Everything you expect from CenterParcs, a little older (2012)

A change of scenery that feels good.
If you are in the park you can even see squirrels on our terrace.
A small flat on the cleanliness (butts of cigarettes on the terrace, trash of the bathroom not emptied).

Beautiful swimming pool. Most beautiful whitewater course, only houses are in need of renovation. For the rest we had a nice week with our group of friends!

Had an eden bungalow, supposedly the best category. Definitely priced, not performance. The house was not really clean, traces of smoke from the chimney on the ceiling, houses became unbearably warm thanks to a lack of insulation. The terrace is carelessly poured concrete, there are no cushions for the furniture. The rest of the park is also showing its age, and in some cases it is in a rather shabby state.

In the park, practically everything costs extra, far from paradise for children.

The buffet restaurant is completely overpriced and the selection is limited.
Nonna the Italian is ok, you can eat pizza and pasta.
The quality of a snack in the swimming pool is nothing special.
We then saved ourselves the Mexicans.

Het Heijderbos is actually our favorite park and hopefully it will be again after a badly needed renovation. Unfortunately, you can tell at every nook and cranny that it is no longer true.
But I am very sure that we will invest properly from 2020, because the market is booming and guests expect high quality for high prices and Center Parcs will certainly know that.

Nice park. A lot to do. Only some houses need rejuvenation. And the purchased Wi-Fi works as bad as the free version.

Total great Parc. Actually my favorite Parc. Unfortunately, it has become too crowded even outside the season. There is hardly any room in the swimming pool ... without reservation you can not eat in the evening. For me unfortunately not relaxing enough.

We arrived here today and are disappointed by this very old no longer maintained park. As was 2 years ago in the park bostall lake. Since we were very satisfied with this new very well maintained park and have therefore decided again for center Park. After my impression today of this plant I would not have come to mind with my family again in the center parks to go. The water park old rust in all places and the decor is really out of date, for young and old. Our accommodation reflects the same. I think there are only 6 sockets available for a room for six people and three are already in the kitchen and in the bathroom no ..... On the wallpaper you will find everywhere from our owners killed dead snorts. I could write further but I'll leave it now. The only positive thing is that the park was laid out very generously back then 33 years ago.
After my complaint I was then offered a new accommodation which we then gladly arrived. But that was the least to be able to keep us as a Center Park customers.

Nice park. Lots to do for children. Super nice pool. Will definitely come back here!

Stay during an epidemic. Many closed attractions and most limited (price without changes). After 3 days there is nothing to do! This is 3 Center parcs and I call it the worst in terms of houses, cleanliness, infrastructure and ... cleanliness again. Despite several months of closing the virus in the center, you can see that nothing has been improved. Such a PRL is not worth the price. The real forest in which the resort is located can be a plus. The service is not disappointing again. Aqua mundo great for families. Unfortunately, very limited virus entry.

Beautiful aquadome with cozy market dome. Nice park but large and therefore quite busy. Riding stables nearby highly recommended as well as the jungle dome. As always CP is well priced for all extra activities, too bad.

I was the first time there with my family (two children 6 and 8) and I was already positively surprised at the first moment. Every employee spoke German and was as helpful as I was used to from another CP. Our premium kids house was clean and intact and the inventory worked and was complete. The kids had a blast in their room and were very excited about the decor. Of course we had ducks and geese on the terrace from the first day on, which of course was another highlight (although you knew it from home). The five-minute walk to the center was humane and always worth it. The Jungledome is awesome and the Aquamundo has not disappointed us. A daily visit to the StreichelHof was also a must. The food was excellent in all restaurants. If the prices for the food give a small minus, but you know that. All in all, it was a nice vacation for us and we will go there again.

Never ever again. A waste of money. Arrived at the house at 3 pm. We were told by a grumpy cleaning lady that the house was not ready until 4pm. We waited for this and when we finally got into it, we were amazed. There was a puff of air in the toilet and the interior exhaled faded glory. In my opinion renovation is of no use ... would throw the house completely flat ... also the environment poorly maintained. Litter, nettles everywhere, overgrown roofs ... plus the distance to the pool / supermarket is also a point ... all in all, this park would not recommend anyone. The reaction that the park is going to be renovated is something the centerparcs visitor buys nothing for ...

The grounds are so well just the care around the houses is very bad. At the front of the house, very high grass burns everywhere behind. The houses are getting old and you have to pay a lot extra for the extra costs. It is nice and quiet on the grounds because hardly any cars drive

Great park, overnight stay in an apartment and it is clean and luxurious. Everything close at hand, for example, the swimming pool is in the same building.

Was quite ok except for the opening hours of the shops .. In the evening no big entertainment more .. When bowling we unfortunately bad luck that our train was 'broken' was ..

We stayed for a midweek in June with our family, 3 children and parents in Heijderbos. My parents used to visit Centre Parcs holiday villages 30 years ago on a more or less regular base and took me with them. Unfortunate (shocking) to see that now in 2019 the cottages are still rented with the standard of 30 years back. Renovations are desperately needed. Our cottage had an electric socket with loose wiring in the kitchen. Soon came a young guy to repair this malfunction and our kitchen appliances started working properly.

Then, the cottage that we stayed in was straight grose and unhygienic. We made a complaint at the reception and two workers came the same afternoon to quickly clean out the fridge, dish washer and bath room. The time they were given to clean cottages obviously results in dirty rooms and furniture. Personal that we spoke apologized for the disappointment that we faced. It came clear that they have faced same complaints more often.

We rented the Premium cottage since there is "a little extra comfort for your holidays. Our Premium cottages are the perfect solution for long, enjoyable days", as Centre Parcs suggests in their advertisements. Truth is, a Premium cottage is hardly more than a standard Comfort cottage with a coffee machine. Not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

The reviews star given is for the Aqua Dome, which was a great attraction for our children. Several baths and slides were under renovation when we visited it, but there was still enough to do during our stay.

The parc as such is well maintained without littering.

It was very busy in the pool, the Wildwaterbaan was crowded and no tables and chairs available. The Evergreenz restaurant still has to invent the term Halal. Apart from the chicken legs, everything is pork.

A nice park, unfortunately, the bungalows are already getting a bit old and need a renovation.
The park itself is beautifully laid out, very large and spacious. The swimming pool is nice but also here you can see the years.
The snack bar offers good fast food, burgers, which are very good and also the frikandeln are recommended.

On arrival we had no linen, towels and toilet paper. We also had problems with the toilet. The service was very bad! You must make reservations for all activities. And before you know it, everything is already fully booked and you can no longer do anything. You also have to make reservations for restaurants. The playgrounds are also largely closed off (such as bridges where you can get close to each other) with bad weather, there is therefore not much to do.ooh and the boats and the play cars were also defective! Do you indicate this they say that they can not help it and that you have to walk to another gamehouse to ask for your coin back? The house was also not clean. Found a spider in every corner! So we also checked out earlier! No more Center Parcs Heijderbos for us!

+30 minutes in line for your Aquamundo tickets while you have already reserved and paid online. Must be faster.

It was beautiful. Just a pity that I had to go after breakfast myself. And what was wrong is, I did not get a flashlight for the evening, and no guide was present.

This is a big park and we stayed only 2 days. I start with the negative. Finding your way in the dark is hell. One way streets, bad lights and bad signs make it rather difficult to find your little house. The distance from parking place to house is rather far, so you can get your daily walk easily. The bungalow was a bit Spartan, but in fact warm and generally ok. Probably in summer it is no problem at all. The facilities are very good for kids; a great swimming pool and horse rides!

Were in Aqua Mundo and Jungle Dome as a day trip. Everything was very clean and pleasantly friendly staff.

As bad as here was our center parc stay never! We have been at Parc Parc several times a year for many years, in this parc it was the first and last time. Staff rude, unfriendly and not at all helpful, speak no German and no English. Only the hotline headquarters in Germany could help us for 5 stars but unfortunately not for the park.

Unfortunately we live too close to this park. For families with and without children just the right park. There is everything about entertainment.

Beautiful swimming pool. Top for children, dads and moms. Note: if your children have a study day at school, you will get a considerable discount!

Unfortunately nothing caught fishing, but we still had a lot of fun!

Actually pretty nice there.
But all this costs extra and this is not cheap but (in my opinion) overpriced, leaves a bad aftertaste.
Would recommend real discounts for children !! (for example 13,50 for two people mini golf is already steep (in this train)). The cleanliness of the house was just as ok.
Were so much swimming .... which was not relaxing because it was very crowded and therefore only a short time here and there where you could play with his child without someone gets a ball in the face.
Climbing in the "jungle" found my son good. The rest of this so advertised attraction can be seen piebald. Fast food, a stream, fish and a few birds, hammer!
Only the staff can not complain, all were helpful and friendly, they alone would have earned five stars.

In itself, the range of promotions is very varied and you always have something to do. BUT :
The breakfast service comes very late, especially if you have smaller children who are up at 7. In addition, it is confusing, unstructured and difficult to find out things for newcomers. Nowhere is a note left as to what time the individual activities open. You have to go there purposefully and remember everything. In addition, many things only open at 10:30 a.m., which is disadvantageous for toddlers with an afternoon nap, and close at 5 p.m.
In our Premium Children's House it smelled of mold and on the last evening it was raining through the ceiling. At the front desk they apologized, but since we were checking out it wasn't that wild. From then on the house was shabby and dirty. Again, the park does not come in the opposite direction. We won't go on vacation there anymore.

Large and beautiful park, nice house and plenty to do at the park

Unfortunately not as expected. Everything was getting old. The houses smell and I wouldn't want to sleep here under the VIP category. The most beautiful thing is the bathroom, because it is quite new, but please do not look under the sink
Please wash the towels at 90 degrees, they smell very unpleasant!
The beds were small, but super comfortable! The best thing about the park. Maybe we had new mattresses.
The park itself, I don't think it deserves 5 granic holes, the activity house is very small, no great play opportunities for the children! The Aqua Mundo is also very small and all the toilets are a disaster!
The jungle dome is very cool, but not manageable for smaller children, the parents have to go with it and that is very exhausting thanks to the warmth.
The bowling alley is ancient and rubbish, no real display and totally dark.
I don't even want to start with the restaurant. Only one thing, the "Italian" is not recommended at all!
Oh, forget one more thing, the pony farm is very beautiful, you can have fun there for little money!
Unfortunately, I have to say that the Center Park does not offer value for money.

Aqua mundo a little small, a wild river a little too wild but funny ... Otherwise the park is pretty, full of games for children, very very calm. No French speakers though

1. you cannot properly follow the signs if you do not know it.
2. In the pool, it is easier to keep a distance without corona rules.
people don't want to congregate. but now you float like a herd of animals in the water.
you can't do anything yet. I landed on someone 3 times yesterday.

Actually, this park would have deserved 5 stars..allerdings our bungalow was so dirty on arrival ... and even with a premium house ???? Terrace furniture also eternally not cleaned ...

There is plenty to do and as soon as you drive into the park, you get a real holiday feeling!

Just not nice, old wrecked huts no beautiful facilities just stumbling in the pavement and the fake ponds are just modde holes.

Tasty food in the forest is good to do but not special house is spacious enough but few sockets

House where we were was ok, interior could use a refresh.
Several playground for the children in a quiet environment.
Market dome with podium is a pleasant combination. Better than the stage in the action factory.
Jungle dome is fun for the children, terrace is a bit small

Every year more expensive and the service unfortunately always worse. We have been driving in the CenterPark for more than 20 years and always felt in good hands. For 2 years we have the feeling that we are not so welcome there. The staff is getting younger and younger and we also feel like they are just working off their hours and are happy if they are not addressed. That was a lot better a few years ago

Nice park, great with children. Market dome with swimming pool and especially the Jungle Dome are fun. Food is good everywhere. Downside, the first generation of houses do have their best-before date. You can modernize the interior, but it remains an 80s layout / space. Cleaning houses could also be better.

Sadly not as good as they used to be. We visited back in 2018 and were more than satisfied but this time the bungalow was extremely dirty and worn down. You could at least expect them to remove obvious dirt, but as you can see on the included pictures, there were dead sow bugs just chilling right next to the night stand. Disappointing

I have so many youth in Center Parcs, but it really no longer has the quality it once had. Typically a company that only thinks of making a profit (for the top) and you can see that. I don't mind paying the grand prize at all, but then I don't want to see filthy corners, half dead plants, dissatisfied staff and scanty food. Come on. Efteling can do it too. Why does Center Parcs have to decline?

Because of corona, the services are much less while you pay a lot of rent

The price-performance ratio is unrelated! More than overpriced! Most of the houses are more in need of renovation !!! The sauna was running out & the adjoining bedroom was decrepit .... The staff was super friendly, nice & accommodating!

Most beautiful center park in which we were so far. The jungle cathedral is great! Our kiddies love him. We will definitely be back soon!

Kaolo walk far to the swimming pool friend, also the climbing course is pretty low. The escape room was very nice

Really outdated, dirty and shockingly expensive. Never go to Center Parcs again.

According to Center Parks, the park has 5 stars. We have been going to one of these parks every year for 10 years. Why this park has 5 stars is not clear to me.
It's all very old, the animal area is super small.
The swimming pool has hardly any special features, it is only funny for the very little ones.
There are only 2-3 small playgrounds on the site.
The Jungle Doom is well done.
Due to Corona there are of course various restrictions, which is also OK. Sometimes they just don't make sense, so you can't even dry your hair in the swimming pool, which is not really good at 10 C outside temperature.


Some things are currently being renovated here, so maybe wait a little longer.

Am disappointed. The houses are old, worn. Comfort house looks different. The equipment is minimal. No stove, no shower. Environment unkempt. Restaurant and market very expensive, also the activities. Cosmetic treatment 69 euros! Everything not recommended. Would not book again.

Not everything that was requested was delivered. Upon arrival at the Bungalow (233), the floor was still soaking wet and dirty.
The facilities in the park are great and easy to reach.

The park is beautiful and spacious. The pool, the store and the dining options are great.
- The cottage was unfortunately old, musty and dirty
- The floor was filthy and sticky
- The floor covering in the bedrooms is dirty. A bedroom smelled very bad
- The toilet stunk and was dirty, the tiles were too dirty for words
- The inventory was not complete
- Behind the house were much butts and waste (of the barbecue) from previous visitors
- The curtains were broken and dirty
Ridiculous that much money to pay for such a dirty and old house!

Unfortunately we have to go already. We are since Monday in the VIP Bungalow 436th He was clean and the use according to order. Swimming pool, market dome and Aqua Mundo are great, also the many activities (unfortunately were paint ball and laser completely booked) scooters, horseback riding, etc. were a lot of fun. 436 lies quietly between trees without motorway noise as in the Eden VIP 600ter area. Next year, the bungalows will be renovated according to Centerparcs News and the swimming pool even more ingenious (wonderful plant diversity, impressive as well as in the Jungle Dome).

We have been there for two weeks, June 2020, including the corona measures, and were already booked a year ago . However, we do not notice too much of corona now, because it is all different anyway. We can eat out with reservations, but without a seat on the outside terrace. The bowling is open again, the pool is not too busy and sometimes it is possible to swim extra. With 3 children under the age of 4, this does not have to be daily for us and it saves. You can also change clothes in the pool and there are four periods. You can also sail with boats in the kid's harbor, there is entertainment (with a cart or on TV channel from centerparcs). In theory, everything is perfectly arranged! It is a pity that it is definitely not as lively as normal, but that is now going everywhere . I look through that!

The house (VIP, 266) is also fine. Unfortunately, the rolls are less fresh than before, but we solve this with a mini oven .

Another nice time! Houses are somewhat dated but you have to look through.

Nice resort, for families and bath addicts, some attractions can only be used with money, playgrounds are enough available, swings for smaller children would be nice (where you can safely put them in)

Nice big center Parcs. There are many entertainment options. The swimming pool is very large with many slides and a wild water slide. The restaurants are the taste in order, but nothing more. There are many playgrounds and a jungle dome where kids can do a lot of climbing and playing. We rented a VIP house. This was very dirty and worn. The mattresses were worn. They were quickly exchanged after complaint. A paradise for children.
