When I call they are very professional & responsive to my concern. The customer service technicians are always considerate & genuinely seem to care about resolving whatever issue I may be having!

We have had HTC now for about 4 years when we bought our place out in the country. We had problems for at first, but they were so responsive and came back until they got it right. They were able to upgrade us and we have had a great experience ever since. I have had several of the large companies in the past but I wouldn't switch to one of them if I could.

I forgot my password on my wireless router, tech support was unable to walk me through the simple process of resetting it, he even gave me the wrong IP address to get into the router. They sent a service man over, it took him 2 minutes to walk me through it. I was then informed after the fact there would be a $65 charge. What a rip off, and what poor tech support.

Excellent customer service!!! I just wish Hart Communications offer just streaming only package without having to buy basic cable package for like $15-20 like previous provider I had that was not offered in my area I moved to.

Terrible customer service. We had an issue on a Friday night and they can t resolve it because their office is closed until Monday = no internet for the whole weekend

This internet service is very poor. It cuts out at least twice a day. I JUST HAD A THIRTY minute lag in service. I have to turn off the modem and turn it back on to regain service. I do not recommend it.

Very nice people however the internet goes out at least 3 times every two weeks

Great people BUT...expanded, non-digital cable costs 100.00 a month?? Great service but the worst communications product I've ever experienced. The products are so overpriced.

Most unreliable service I've ever dealt with, god forbid an internet provider knows how to provide internet, what the hell do I pay u people for? Wish I could be this bad at NY job and still expect a check

I've been with Comcast, Bright House, and AT&T in the past. None of them compare to the customer service offered by HTC. Where I used to time outages by the number of days, it's now hours (and sometimes even minutes). Love my HTC!

The representatives there dont want to assist you. They just dont realize that customers are the ones that pay there salary.

I do not get all the ch i should get like HSN ch390 they said this morning when i called thst they would send a refresh to my boxs so it would come in but it has not i am getting upset at them.

All interactions with HTC have been very positive. Internet works better than expected. And even with just a little over 2 upload speeds, I can still access my security cameras from anywhere! But best of all, we just had a terrible storm blow thru, 3 poles snapped into. 5 trucks in our neighborhood , cable restored in 2 days. Thank you HTC, your service was excellent!

From the first call through the install I ve had a very positive experience. I m a new customer and from the time I spoke with Vickie in customer service. Then had the pleasure to have Bob, Brent and Skip bury our cable. Then Kyle came out to finish the install. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I m a retired manager from BellSouth/ AT&T in Outside forces. It would have been my pleasure to work with any of your employees. I give all of them all praise and my thanks for excellent customer service.

Best cable company I've ever had! We have all the channels we like and watch on a daily basis. I would never want to rely on Dish ever again. Whenever the weather is bad and the cable does go out, HTC gets it back up and running fast...much faster than my old cable companies.

Your 50g package is a rip off. Now that you added 3 more pack with more gigabits the 50g is not as good you throttled it down to make more money. Your company is a RIP OFF.

I had internet with them before and they got it installed quickly. This time a whole month has passed by and still haven't received internet on the days they said they would come out, they said that it would be today because the weather would have dried up so they wouldn't get stuck now it's 5 pm their closing time, still nobody here to put in the internet I paid well over 100$ for. Very dissatisfied I feel like I have to pay to get gravel put down just to receive what I payed for

HTC has been an excellent company to do business with. The office staff and technicians are all so polite and eager to help. We have had HTC for almost a year now. We recently started having trouble with internet in our back bedroom. I called HTC and they had a technician at my house in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this did not completely fix the issue so I called back a few days later. They were super eager to help and had a technician at my door within the hour. He changed out our router to a newer version and had all issues resolved in no time. I understand that electronics/internet can be a tricky thing to deal with and I absolutely appreciate their supreme customer service.

10/9 Friday night at approximately 11:15pm Internet goes down for unknown reason. Called support they place me on hold, turn off modem twice, no solution. Now told the technician will be available on Monday. Unbelievable! I have to work online. Unable to now. Unacceptable. How can you not have an on call technician during the weekend?
