A great location to go with the kids and family. The staff is really friendly and helpfull.
We had a small hickup with the child bed not beeing provided, and had to ask several staff member to have it solved, but in the end it worked out ok.
Sleeping in the jungle dome is really nice, and the kids loved it.

Very nice. Many things very expensive. Food in the restaurants not so special.

We have arrived Monday, Oct 7 trug ma here we will never go close to the plaza because of disabled father well this was not the case everything you wanted to do you had to reserve and you guess it all full ma nobody to be seen houses very badly cleaned bedding moldy and the plaza is just too small for the number of houses opt park and sorry mom can say nothing positive about it piss beds were running over the bed also seen cockroaches in the pool hope that there is nothing left

Six people in a VIP cottage for a week during the summer holidays.
Cottage: Very spacious, beautiful interior, nice beds. However, incredibly hot inside without any air conditioning, the only solution being open all windows. Due to its location next to the riding school, our house was completely full of flies. Eating inside was not possible, unless you continuously want to chase the flies off your sandwich. A simple screen on the windows would solve this. People who were here in the same house five years ago had the same problem. Really bad that this is still not resolved. In any case, I personally don't think the park is worth the five center parks birds.
Swimming pool: The only luxury at the park is the swimming pool, which also has an outdated atmosphere. I haven't been there in ten years myself, and nothing has changed since then.
Restaurants: We went to Nonna's which was really delicious. The service was friendly and fast, and the food tasty.
The buffet restaurant, however, was a disappointment. What seemed like a nice end to the holiday turned out to be a meager buffet with limited choice. Lots of side dishes but almost no main dishes. The ham and desserts were tasty, as were the pancakes for the children.
The cocktails in the Marketdome were delicious, well balanced and plenty of choice.

Nice and wooded park. Beautiful houses but very dated interior.

The classic among the Center Parcs. Should be one of the most beautiful ever. I can confirm that. The system is a bit old, but you can definitely count on it. Prices, as usual, relatively high, quality of the goods, as usual, pretty good. Very large and beautiful swimming pool. Here, attention was paid to the smallest details at every corner.
All in all, one of the best Center Parcs! We would love to come back!

Are super nice even when they are stressed. Exactly the right holiday destination for families.

Cottages are very outdated a makeover would not be a luxury. Unfortunately everything is due for a makeover. Take a look at Landal green parcs.

Top park, lots to do for children. Nice pool and the cottage was great too!

Slightly older bungalows

Despite the Corona measures, we had an (almost) trusted Centerparcs experience. We had a children's cottage for the first time, especially the low sink in the bathroom was very popular with our toddler. I had high expectations for the pool, but we found it quite disappointing compared to the Eemhof and the Huttenheugte, where we had been before. But now we were only allowed to swim for a maximum of 1.5 hours and that time was quickly filled.
The only criticism is that Centerparcs, in my opinion, started to renew a bit late. It still has a high 1980s-1990s content. We are now working hard on innovation, but that should have been earlier. We would like to try a renovated cottage next time, am curious if it will be a 5 star experience.

Wonderful day of swimming here with our sons of primary school age. It was very busy, but still well organized. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice and warm water.

Beautiful house and nice to be able to swim ... the only downside was the mattress that had sagged slightly

Nice to go with the family and children up to 11 to 12 years old for a swim or even stay for a week for holidays. Also nice for older children, but wouldn't want to stay there for a week (the entertainment and swimming pool mainly aimed at young children).

Also very friendly and pleasant staff, laughed a lot in the cafe and eateries. Also an eye for children and special diets.

Excellent vacation apartment. The jungle is especially suitable for small children. Great water access, too-fast slide. The food at the buffet restaurant is excellent. Most of the paid attractions are too high.
Hiring a bicycle early closing at 17:00.

Market dome is super fun! In some places, however, rather old things

Large and beautiful park. A lot to do. There are Jungledome, Aquadome and petting zoo among others. Cottages somewhat dated but clean.

Great park. We had a VIP house, which was not worth it. Some was broken and cleanliness was not top. Heat cabin on the other hand was great. The park is really nice. Unfortunately, a point deduction, because it is really very expensive there.

Lovely park where there is plenty to do for young and old. Cottages are fine only some extra maintenance can not hurt. The hospitality industry is unfortunately less and less in recent years. Asking to take an order is unfortunately not strange.

The pool is ok. Not waw. It is a pity that you are not allowed to bring a pram inside.

So I am totally disappointed!
I am there with full anticipation that my child can have fun there.
At the entrance I asked for a plan and I was told that there was a park there (very unfriendly).
We were the first to go to the Jungle Dome and noticed that we had no access.
Then we are at the reception.

There they said that we only paid for Aqua mundo.
I was totally amazed, you pay 70 just to use this swimming pool.

So for me the park is a rip off 70 you pay for a dirty, run down and small swimming pool.
Where underpants in the hallway, pampas and much more. that were not cleared away within 6 hours.
So it is clear that cleanliness is not the top priority.

I will never go there again.
Because the park is all about money and not customer satisfaction.

Luckily I didn't book a whole weekend or whoever I went crazy.

So you'd better go somewhere else with your kids.

It is a beautiful area with the squirrels in the back garden. Lots to do for the youth, you don't actually have to leave the park

We had two 6-person Eden-Vip houses by sliding wall to a very large 12-person house. We had a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 saunas, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi and two terraces. The house we liked very much But the water quality does not seem to be right as the milk in the tea has flocced. Otherwise, the park is very nice and has much to offer. Also fishing is allowed.

Awesome! There is a wave pool and even a recreated jungle with real tropical birds and turtles

Het Heijderbos, midweek spring break from 24 to 28 February 2020, bungalow 468

You make a good holiday together. But the environment is also important.
Upon arrival at the Heijderbos one has to wait an hour longer, because the bungalows are not ready on time. We already receive the keys to the bungalow at the entrance. As compensation received a coupon for free coffee and cake. Unfortunately the Plaza was overcrowded, so we had no space and the hour passed painfully slowly.
We peeked at the bungalow at 3:10 pm, but nothing had been done by the cleaners yet. Around 4 pm at the bungalow. Upon entering it smelled like riding stables. Immediately opened everything and let hot water run into the kitchen sink with cleaning agent. There wasn't even vacuuming, or so it seemed.

There is something wrong with the bungalow for 4 people:
1. Some cutlery is missing
2. Some glassware is missing
3. Some crockery is missing
4. No normal broom, the handle is there
5. No dustpan and brush
6. Filter in the bathroom loose and dirty
7. Fire detector defective
8. At the terrace a number of stones have risen annoyingly, creating an unsafe situation
9. Because the vacuum cleaner had little power, the vacuum cleaner bag was examined. Turns out the filter on top is moldy. This could also be the reason that it did not seem to have been vacuumed. But yes, the cleaners can do something about this too!

Furthermore, the bungalow is old. It is of course a hype, vintage, but this .... It looks like the interior of 30 years ago!
WC is very low and the storage room leads to the toilet ... Bit strange ...
The bungalow has a very dark appearance.
The second bedroom has 1 lamp not working and the heating is not working properly.

Plaza:
The Plaza has had a makeover, but you can still see that it is old. Staff in the supermarket are friendly. The toy shop staff is ok, so is the snack bar.

Orders often go wrong. For example, you order two beers, soft drinks and a snack. Then comes the snacks first and 10 minutes later the drinks.
Or you ask for ketchup and it just isn't brought.
Even if you sit on the terrace, you can see that things often go wrong.
Today, Thursday it went well. Friendly and less intrusive staff and that should be rewarded with a tip.

The parking is also a drama. Because no boxes are defined, so no lines are present, the car is sometimes parked very wide, which makes parking a challenge.
Then the next problem, the asphalt and the roads.
In the event of heavy rainfall, the personnel must use a shovel to ensure that the water is drained properly. In some places there are huge puddles of water. The asphalt, roads and paths are also due for renewal.

It is also clear that the Heijderbos cannot handle a large flow of holidaymakers. This could be seen on arrival on Monday, but also during the week.

Then the last. On Google, Center Parcs responds as follows:

A standard response from someone who is extremely dissatisfied and cannot do anything with it. Good for them, because the standard story contains an excuse that the park still needs to be renewed.

But one does not approach the relevant customer once. That is why I have removed the first review and replaced it for this review.

A bit run down but worth a holiday. Cheap outside the main season.

An ideal family destination.

Strong concept: nature, car-free, self-sufficient and plenty of entertainment.

Downside: WiFi is really shitty (pay extra for better, I didn't).

The bungalow looks a bit dated from the outside, but was comfortable and well equipped with inventory. Only a real about was missed. Why a microwave? Underfloor heating, special children's room and fireplace complete it.

Swimming pool and Jungledome ideal for the rainy days. We were there at the end of November and our little one could not be knocked out of the water.

Located in beautiful nature. Close to Maasduinen, but also Nijmegen and various German cities.

Staff very welcoming. Good to see that there were also people who were older than the minimum youth wage.

Several restaurants, especially aimed at children of course, price what you can expect for a park, but quality was not disappointing.

Very large park, if you are far from the activities then you really have to walk a lot so I recommend bringing a bike or something.
House where we were in was very dated. This also makes it look a bit grubby. Curtains and sofas I really couldn't do anymore.
Activities almost all cost money, which is a shame as a company. There is also no reduced rate offered.
When I reported that the sink in the toilet was not running smoothly, this was immediately repaired. I thought this was neatly arranged.

The bungalows were very come down. It was very stunk and the sleep there, unfortunately was not so nice. The park area was spacious and you had many activities for children. We thought that was great! We have done a lot

A beautifully landscaped park. Whether you want to chill out or do sports, there is something for everyone. The Aqualand leaves nothing to be desired, there is even a special pool, if you dive down there you can see an aquarium with great fish and sharks. A carriage ride is really nice and affordable for a small budget. A highlight for me is the indoor jungle play park ...... real animals that fly around freely or run and you can disguise everything. The small petting zoo is well visited the goats and sheep are happy about each of the leckerlis brings. The houses are designed so that one does not feel observed. Inside is enough space and the open kitchen gives the feeling that the room is even bigger and brighter. Supermarket and restaurant as well as bicycle rental are in the park and should use. There is more to discover. Price / performance is ok.

Stayed at the end of May 2017. Fantastic holiday, rooms were really clean (Eden VIP). Fantastic pool, staff really friendly. Definitely recommend.

House was stale and smelly very much. Need to have a makeover.

Super park for a short but certainly also a longer holiday. Our children are 1.5 years old and 5 years old. They think it's great!

Mediocre. You have to pay for all games (jumping the trampoline, cars for kids). Houses are very dirty and everything just about breaks down. The only plus point is the aqua mundo

Despite all the Christmas bustle, there is plenty of time and attention for everyone. Nothing is really crazy and a solution is always found. In the meantime our second year in a row and certainly not the last carefree Christmas. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Day trip to the swimming pool. Been nice. Only way too expensive. 1 adult and 1 child 32 and then 5 for parking. Pity. That's why I never go to the swimming pool at center parcs again.

We were with 4 children (11, 9, 9, 7 years) today we came back. It was our 5th holiday in Center Park. We were 3 times in the Eifel 1x Belgium and now a week Holland. Now it is enough, the parks are old nothing was new in Het Heijderbos. The whole area was not maintained, I felt like in the autumn forest. Everything is totally overpriced (a bottle of soda in the supermarket 1.25 Euro. A whipped cream 200 g 1.46 Euro) Of course there are many activities, but there is not nothing in vain. Even in the kids club you have to pay the baking. The staff was very friendly and the best was the taster course while diving for 45 euros but that was ok. In the supermarket there are many things for the oven but unfortunately there is no house (very smart). We had a premium house the parasol was broken in the middle and glued together with armored band. The garden table has wobbled like a cow's tail. I can only say never again and very overpriced.

Was once a great park, unfortunately, in the last few years much has been standardized and the staff is increasingly unmotivated.

Nice park with a very good swimming pool. There are several restaurants that serve reasonable to good food. They are slightly more expensive than usual.

The houses are a bit old-fashioned on the outside. The inside is better. However, there is still room for improvement there.

The park itself is very beautiful and green. Furthermore, it is car-poor and that is nice.

This is a great park with very friendly employees. Nice pool and a nice park in the forest. Just good quality center parcs. The cottages are also very beautiful. (especially the renovated houses look spick and span)

The pool is very large, the whitewater course is definitely recommended! It may be far to the market dome, but that depends on where your house is.

House incredibly worn and dirty. In the swimming pool unfortunately also lack of hygiene and much in the years.

It is a shame that centerparcs only thinks big money and not its visitors. Example: which park does the pancake house close every day at 4 p.m. Which car-free park puts the (speed and safety of) motorists above the safety of playing, walking and / or cycling children. You only experience that at centerparcs heijderbos!

Houses should be freshly renovated again. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. But otherwise the park is okay

Much better than expected ideal for all ages.Bungalow perfect, clean and cozy, very well equipped to spend the days. The only thing missing is the food and there is a supermarket in the resort, as well as restaurants and bars. Very friendly service.

Cottage at the top. Very quiet area.
Too bad we were warned once on site that we are entitled to 1 single 45min slot (departure from the front door threshold) during the stay (5 days).

When staying in Centerparc there is always something for everyone ...

The apartments are practical and nicely furnished, but in detail not well maintained (with us a part of the ceiling down) and in the details not well cleaned (we found a used diaper under the sofa) ...
But in a family vacation, this somehow also belongs to it ...

There are mushrooms growing on the inside of the rael in the bedroom, mold on the slatted base of the bed: pool way too short for swimming and still paid full price even though we couldn't do any activities !! In bowling you are only allowed an hour because of the measures and yet you have to use the same ball as the people playing next to you; only 1 pan for a bungalow for a bungalow for 8 people, our microwave oven did not work, after notification it will not be made or replaced *; too little toilet paper for 8 people, too few chairs on the terrace 'no jet in the shower and bathroom old! Mattresses need to be replaced
