Great place, in all honesty. Yes the accommodation needs updating, but the park is well thought out and Dutch are positive, lovely people who couldn't be more welcoming. You won't spend much time in the bungalows anyway, loads to do! The aquapark is fantastic (and open - coronashocker!). Make sure you book the laser battle - awesome fun, almost killed me, bloody kids. 'Go Ape'-esque high adventure activity is fun and the escape room provides something different as well, albeit damn impossible (if the kids insist on joining in, that is...). The bikes are particularly good here as well, made even better when riding round the wooded complex with all its glorious nature.

Bear in mind for a second... This is despite a pandemic going on. The Dutch government allow businesses to use common sense at their discretion, which is incredibly welcome and refreshing. They also report coronavirus figures properly, unlike brainwashed Britain. We actually feel temporarily normal again, however brief that may be. Dreading the return to our confused country of headless chickens with scared faces.

There are no facemasks here, other than on public transport, so avoid coming if you are still cowering away from human interaction. If you crave decent customer service again, definely come! They have copious hand gel and newly installed screens, if you're a bit on the fence and still think that the virus is a bigger threat than, you know, most other things. Lazy coronaexcuses are rare here. It feels more like home than home right now - God bless the Dutch!

Poor service in Grand cafe. It took more than 25 minutes before we had our food and it was already cold. No customer-oriented and customer-friendly staff.

Houses outrageously outdated for what you pay for it. Furthermore, everything at the park is extremely expensive. There are also nicer Aquadomes. For our last time Centerparcs in this current form.

Great house (comfort cottage), fully equipped but not very extensive. Kitchen equipment complete, unfortunately no real oven (or microwave / grill). The facilities at the park have been expanded with a lot of variety. All in all a good price / quality ratio.

Large park great nice pool and nice staff. Are also fun activities to do. Recommended!

OMYGOD started so promisingly until I spotted 3 gigantic cockroaches in the Jungle Cabana, JungleDome Center Parks. Two have already had to work in our room. The idea was to enjoy a day, relax and sleep well, and now lie awake ... Hopefully Center Parks will meet us. FYI: Room 53-54

Ample parking, too bad that the car may not be at the cottage. Somewhat older houses. Nice pool and nice jungle. Many outdoor activities.

You enter the park and are spontaneously reminded of a haunted fairytale forest. No green care, but everything nature has to offer. We were only there for swimming, but the way to the Aqua Mundo was already adventurous. The only thing that seems to be maintained are the shops. What once used to be watercourses today is more like a pond tipped by leaves and decomposition.
Glad to the bathroom ... shock ... changing clothes, which may have been renovated the last time ten years ago. Where the paint was, you can guess, swollen wood, the suspended ceilings are filthy ... Inviting looks different.
In the bathroom then dead plants and of course long lines in front of the slides, too little seating or storage facilities.
Sorry, but never go there again!

Park is fun. Nothing remains of car-free. Guests don't care much about this. Nothing is done about it. House shook. Kitchen was about to collapse. No shelves in the fridge door. One day later one could be placed. Others aborted. Extractor hood did not look. Nasty and worn out. Half of the kitchen inventory was not there or did not work. Kidranden bath very bad. Door that no longer wanted to lock. Heating pit for the door creaky and dirty. In short, we were not happy with this 224 bungalow.

Well-kept and beautiful park. Enough space for children to have the time of their lives. Houses spacious and neat.
What a pity that it cannot fully come into its own due to the corona measures.

Nice park, friendly staff. Pay attention! There are only 2 charging stations with very low Kwh. So quickly occupied and attached to the post for a long time.

Beautiful park choose itself always VIP house only downside is you can nowhere really good food 1 tip right next to the town of heijen 5 min with car is a top Chinese! Hong Kong you can get good food for little money. Park itself has more food sheds. Supermarket expensive at the park.

Great place to stay. Many places to visit if you don't want to stay alone in the park. Nice area for cycling.

As compensation for the complaints a voucher for evergreenz. Normally 93.55 euros (2 persons) was cold and not tasty.

We had premium cottages. Everything was clean. Slept good. Beforehand we were afraid that the houses would not be good because of all the negative reviews but we are positive.

Petting zoo, jungle and swimming pool were beautiful.
Unfortunately, our house was super dirty and you didn't feel comfortable

Nice park for young and old. There is plenty to do, staff are very friendly! Houses can use an update for the price that is asked.

A bit old (90s), however nice and clean. There are a lot of attractions for kids. Very nice staff.

Very nice, nice and relaxed but park is starting to show small old age phenomena. Paint chunks, yellowed seats, defects, ... Not yet disturbing for the time being, but it needs to be addressed.

Beds were saggy.
Cell phone coverage is lousy and if you have coverage it is a German provider.
We did not receive WiFi in your house in the bedroom.
Thermo tap of the bath is at 38 but is just cold.

Car-free park? There are cars everywhere and a ticket is placed on the windscreen once and nothing else.

It was very nice to be there with the family and friends. Thank you for hospitality ... and see you soon.

Summary in 1 word: itch! Houses are quite outdated, full of flies and mosquitoes (while we kept windows and doors closed) ... we are all completely covered with itchy bumps. Partly due to mosquitoes but possibly also (leftover hair from) oak processionary caterpillar or other vermin. Wake up every morning with an enormous amount of new bumps. Park further pretty nice even though it is disturbing that you pay for almost everything (and the costs are also on the high side of those activities). Restaurant Fuego was good, the snack bar a good idea. Our youngest daughter had a wound in the playground and was helped very well by staff and first aid. Riding stables next to the park were nice too. In terms of electricity, the houses are also not up to date: the plugs flew out as soon as you switch on the vacuum cleaner (I think it dates from 1960 ...) and in another house it happened when the coffee machine was switched on. <br/> All in all quite a nice weekend but especially the itch is very unfortunate. And the price-quality ratio is just not ok here.

Unfortunately, I feel let down by the park. Either I have to take the step and, as in Belgium, close the entire park or give my guests, whose money is gladly taken, an adequate replacement. Dad swimming pool may only be used once during his stay, for which you have to unsubscribe and no longer get a free appointment on arrival. Likewise with the jungle! Shows? Evening programme? Painted! Discount or comparable service? Are not offered to you. In Corona times, precautions must be taken, no question, but did not let people arrive. Too bad.

Just home from a wonderful holiday in the heijderbos! Incredibly beautiful and relaxing .. you can walk nicely (also outside the park), we had a clean and cozy house !!! we are very satisfied & especially well equipped !! until next time!

Very basic accommodation. 24hour customer service does not exist as they do not even answer the phone. Not impressed

Far-reaching glory. Poor maintenance on the houses but also on the facilities. Reported of poor maintenance and received compensation for this, this is then again very neat. Swimming pool is a bit disappointing and the jungle dome is nice. No more Heijderbos for us.

Beautifully wooded. Quiet park. Very big. Signposts could be better.

House was good, but dated after the plastered wall and floor.
Extractor hood where you have the handle loose in your hand. Dishwasher that does not close and the soap dish could not close. Another shine shit cover was secured with a screw. Bedroom with bunk bed far from dust-free, probably the carpet has been vacuumed. After walking over it and getting into bed you see everything whirl.

A lot to do.
Bowling, aqua mundo, action Factory, jungle dome, boating (electric also very nice for smaller children), go-kart and bicycle rental. Plaza with a dark atmospheric restaurant where you can eat really tasty food.
Next to the park there is a riding school where there is plenty to do (pony riding, covered wagon).

Nice park, we had a very nice apartment and it was clean.
A lot of vermin (read: insects) but that makes sense in a wooded area. The Germans in particular cannot be beaten away. A good idea would be to place screens on the doors. What I would recommend CP is to make parking bays in the parking lots; there are many "drivers" who occupy several places which is sometimes a bit frustrating.

Very nice park, good service at the food tents, food was tasty. Certainly nice to go on holiday with children. A lot to do!

We had booked a bungalow for 8 people, which unfortunately was only ready for occupancy 2 hours later than indicated, so the holiday didn't really start off optimally.

The first impression was unfortunately confirmed again and again, the best years here are in the past.

A house that is very old and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Beds that are totally worn out, a kitchen that is neither equipped nor sized for 8 people (the refrigerator is too small, an oven is not even available) or extremely musty upholstered furniture and curtains.

When you leave the house, there is one thing you shouldn't forget - your wallet.

Except for the swimming pool, the jungle dome and the totally deserted playgrounds, nothing is free here. On the other hand, the prices are generous (eating out once with 6 adults and 2 children in a restaurant was around 300 euros and that without a lot of frills or frills), an overall very expensive vacation, which must be taken into account in advance, otherwise the vacation will be a suicide mission and the next bank statement will be a nasty surprise.

Well and when the vacation comes to an end, you can't really get down from the park area. The difficulty is that they are all directed to a single exit via a large ring road. And with the mass of cars, this process took around 1 1/2 hours and the basis for the excellent atmosphere for the return trip was laid.

Not that I want to suppress the generous offer from Center Parcs, we could of course have stayed in the park that day, but to drive the car back into the parking lot after loading, you have to take the same route as everyone else .

At this point I would like to summarize that we will not be going on holiday here again because the entire package was not right for us and price and performance are not in a reasonable relationship to one another.

Houses are very dated while you still paid quite a bit for such a house. Pool is large and plenty to do for the kids. I found water at the baby pool too cold

On the whole, really nice, but who has never been there, should plan his activity in advance and possibly book. It will not be Sunday if spontaneous activities such as climbing, etc. would like to be booked. On the first day, the area can be traveled by car and then the self-caterers should also have bought everything. The own supermarket is overpriced, worth the 6Km in the next city for shopping. You are allowed to drive only on the first day with the purchase on the area should be missing in the middle of the week something is hauling announced.

Beautiful Jungle Dome, excellent Market Dome and tropical swimming paradise. All just a bit smaller than the Huttenheugte, but certainly not less. Only old dirty bungalows that you must thoroughly clean, vacuum and mop on the day of arrival, otherwise you will be sneezing for a week or weekend. We have now had 3 Center Parcs holidays and this is the same everywhere - cleaning first. Despite being wonderful because everything is there for practically every family.

I don `t know where to start:
First we had a rather dirty room. The cupboard was already halfway apart, the lampshades were just broken, the sockets didn't work. There was no toilet paper, we had to buy some ourselves for just under 5 . On the terrace were cigarettes, a melon lying apart (probably from the people in front of us) ... the beer crate was still there. A lighted table.
The floor and the kitchen stuck everything and that with a 6 year old child is not that nice!
We drove home earlier. Nobody can take that. The shops are not open long either, everything has to be reserved. It used to be very nice as a child, today I wouldn't set foot in it. Everything overpriced and everything needs to be done urgently!

The bungalow was not tidy. cobwebs everywhere not at all vacuumed. All clean. The park is ok. Pool class and nice service.

Nice place, however it is necessary to speak in English because the staff is not French speaking

A nice amusement park. Well located and with lots of activities.

The nicest CenterParcs park I've been to. Swimming pool is fantastic, with a very cool white water track.

The cottages are standard. We have eaten in the Italian restaurant for 10-15 euros pp. Children's menu 7.50 approx. The food was uninspired.

It is a pleasant holiday park and not really accessible to a truck with trailer

House number 222 is somewhat outdated. The cottage was very filthy on arrival. They did take action at CenterParcs to make it a little cleaner. Furthermore, it is a beautiful park. We will see how it continues the rest of the week.

Very nice park with minor flaws. We had an apparently clean VIP vacation home. Nevertheless, you could see that a renovation will soon be necessary. The lighting in particular should be improved. Everything that was booked by us and was missing upon arrival was immediately delivered to the holiday home after complaint. The jungle world made our children's hearts beat faster and the Aqua Mundo was also very nice. Only the air temperature could have been a little higher. We loved the food. It was brought quickly, was tasty and the price was really ok for the quality offered. The staff were always ready for us and very friendly. We will come back.

They have a pool here Enzo. But actually seeing all those centerparcs same. Fine for a getaway with your football team ...

Little guidance but a lot of nature. It is best to book everything in advance once in a park.

The whole park is shabby. In the bungalows the same and not very clean. Our bungalow smelled very strange! Probably mold! !!?

PREMIUM ?? getting old .. we are not sensitive .. but sofa, armchair full of animal hair .. caution for allergy sufferers there are no bungalows .. pet-free .. so we were told .. complaint .. was within the possibility implemented

Super top time, friendly people always something to experience

What happened ? After our first visit last year, a lot has changed. Little staff, the dinner in the evergreens is not the price. Defective items and playground equipment are not repaired (cable car in the jungle dome and, for example, money changers). We had big expectations in a 5 * park, which were not fulfilled.

Very many cars in this car-free park. At lunch I only got the food when the rest had finished. A rental boat had the engine hanging loose. Swimming pool is heavily overcrowded. No seat in the pool because everyone uses the towel to reserve the seat. Cottage was also not really clean. Very friendly staff.

Two visits, two opinions

In both cases Eden-VIP-House inhabited. The first time perfect, the second time a clearly worn house.

Otherwise super Parc, the jungledome was a paradise for the kids (pity the dog was not allowed in with it ...)

On arrival, the apartment was tidy, but in the bathroom were still towels on the floor and in the bath. There was also a used sanitary napkin in the bath.
After a call in the reception the bathroom was tidied up, but no fresh towels were laid out (towel package is booked in the apartment by default). The front desk has without problems new towels issued, however, one very strong. This does not necessarily leave a pleasant hygienic impression.

Stayed at this Park with the whole family. We currently have 2 comfort cottages. The houses are in dire need of a renovation, to say the least. Interior is old, dirty & broken. Both houses have a dishwasher that does not clean the dishes. Upon arrival we receive a full dishwasher with the dirty dishes from the previous guests. Move your beds aside and you will find the mess of previous guests. We didn't complain about this as we don't feel like packing everything up and moving. Corona walking routes have been installed, but people do not think of less mobile visitors. For example, according to the walking routes you are sent over narrow stairs and through emergency exits with only stairs. Not useful for wheelchair-bound visitors or those with prams.
In general, you also expect more from Center Parks given the price.

The house was really dirty, under the furniture was so much dust and rubbish. I was afraid to use the toilet, because it seemed not to be cleaned for months. Besides there was terrible smell everywhere.

Fortunately another places were in better condition - pool is the best.

Nevertheless, in that price I could have found better places.

Great park. Neatly maintained. Cottages has been renovated quite nicely from the inside. Nice playgrounds and other facilities.
Catering is mediocre, but that is at every CenterParcs ..

Unfortunately very run down. Unfriendly staff! Never again ! We were here for a long weekend. At the arrival about 15.30 o'clock the bungalows were not finished. We had to wait two hours to get it. The premium houses were unclean, the inventory was old and damaged. In the restaurants the staff was completely overwhelmed. In the bowling bar the last round was announced at 23:20. The contents of the glasses were transferred to plastic cups without asking at 11.30pm. The music was turned off at 23.50 clock, then at 23.55 clock just turned off the light! What kindergarten! Unstable condition! Really not recommended.

Outdated park. Not well maintained. Cottages are too far from activities
