Great hotel room. Very large selection at the breakfast buffet. The restaurants are very good, even if they are a little expensive. The swimming pool is really great.

Relatively small pool and bathroom of VIP was not remodeled like pictures on website. In addition, the website stated that you could swim at least 2 times (because of carona) but on the spot it was said a maximum of 2 times. All just a bit nicer on the website than in practice. I think when you pay a VIP cottage and the associated price, it should actually be the other way around.

First and last time here it is so dirty in the bungalow it stink all nicotine soil can walk only with shoes and everywhere vermin so our son was afraid to sleep in bed ..... we are after a day already superior because Park leave .... for the money so dirty a joke ...... boungalow 338

The worst park of all! There were rats on the roofs of the bungalow and it was very dirty. Despite the compensation, I think that's a cheek! The food and the Aqua Mundo were still convincing.

We weren't, but we were in the swimming pool.
You can get injured anywhere on the cliffs.
the wave pool or the current pulls you down extremely and children with 6 years go completely under water despite the complete life jacket.

Great park with lots of activities .... You have to make compromises when staying overnight

The park has taken sufficient measures with regard to Covid unfortunately this is at the expense of the guest's stay pleasure.
In addition, we opted for a premium cottage, because we wanted something extra during our stay and the house appeared to be leaking after a rain shower. We have tried to reach Centerparcs in various ways for this, but more than 2 months later, 0.0 response was received.

Conclusion is, new customers are welcome. Returning / satisfied customers do not fit within the company profile of this concern. It is very bad to see that such a large organization that still has to rely on their customers does not focus on that. Next time take a longer look at their competitors.

Thank you for your response, however we tried to contact the response during our stay, but the evening shift could not mean anything for us.
After a month and a half, we received an answer from the Center Parks service desk. But that answer was also not entirely satisfactory.

Arrived with great expectations AS we had very good experience with other Center Parcs. But WE were disapointed by this one. Although Services are okish we were not completely satisfied. Rooms were not completely cleen and the food was not on par with our expectations. Also not all booked services were included until we asked. Drinks were not included in the all you can eat buffet. We did like the pool and the jungle dome and it had still the feel of a Center Parc which we like. Next time though we will visit a different park.

Apart from the pool everything was old dirty and poorly maintained. Spider webs incl. Spiders. A resume that had to be restarted 3 times every day. On arrival I first spent an hour disinfecting the fridge and the rest of the house (once but never again CenterParcs)

Nice spacious park with plenty of opportunities to do things. Premium cottage not very special and could certainly be better. Large dome with good swimming pool and plenty of activities for everyone. Restaurants serve good food for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly there.

There are better ones, the high adventure is highly recommended to give it a try. Be quick though otherwise everything is already fully booked. There are also days such as Monday when there is almost nothing to do about extra activities and that is a great pity if you have your last day!

Overall, bitterly disappointed!
As soon as we entered our 8-man bungalow, the humid air seemed a bit strange. Unfortunately, to be able to sleep at all, we had to keep the windows open. This was of course the welcome invitation for mosquitos. The night hunt turned out to be more difficult than expected, because the walls were already full of "remains of mosquitos".
Breathing problems, nasal congestion, and poor sleep were the end results for all eight. For me as an allergy sufferer and asthma sufferer, this is not a "must have" but on the contrary. Something like that makes me really angry that people are playing with people's health and making money with it.
Swimming pool okay. The slides are recommended.
Unfortunately, the bowling alley also disappointed because the lanes could only be reserved for 1 hour. In other words, in the 9th round, the track ran out in the middle of the game. The question I still ask is why does the gaming device allow 10 players per lane? Well
no service to be found when entering and the "shoe rental".
So initiative is required here. In addition, the search for a suitable bowling ball turned out to be a constant challenge for the men, so that we always had to wait for the same ball after a throw. This was probably also the reason why we couldn't finish the game.
Adventure golf was fine so far. But also here very outdated and sometimes even broken tracks. Despite everything, it is an experience worthwhile for adults and young people, as the tracks are already quite demanding.
The service in the restaurants could be improved, as was the price-performance ratio for waffles and pancakes of all kinds.

Bad and expensive food in the restaurants, Aqua Mundo very nice. Price performance is bad since the houses (premium category was booked) are very shabby and dirty. Mattresses are hell, extremely hard and the bed is falling apart. Carpets ancient and also dirty. Vacuum cleaner did not work either, was at least 30 years old and stank. In the bathroom, the bathtub peeled off and there was hair from the predecessor (bungalow no 259). Each activity costs a lot of money, typically center parcs. The park in the Eifel was definitely cleaner, but the Heijderbos is still a park where you can do the most. Conclusion - we will not come back. For people with extremely low demands the park is suitable, but then the price must be right.

Wonderful relaxing holiday. It is a pity that we have to follow certain rules, but unfortunately it is no different now.

It looks like a messy park and the cottages are soberly furnished, and the interior is only equipped with much needed living facilities. The cottage is delivered nicely clean and questions and omissions are responded to adequately. The attractions at the park are good and numerous. We have been around New Year's Eve and then the price is expensive in proportion to what is offered.

4 person cottage, was very dated and needed major maintenance. very outdated carpets, curtains and furniture. Beds were great, slept well. The parking lot of the park was crowded, everyone was outside the boxes and you had to search for a long time before you could park the car. Swimming pool and other facilities such as the supermarket and the restaurants were fine, food he nannas was tasty. nevertheless had a nice weekend, but next time we are looking for a park with more modern houses.

Very expensive for what you get. Park is quite dated. Could not check in until 1.25 hours later. Cottage was not yet clean. Frozen piece of cake for the inconvenience. Pillows stink. House is not clean properly. Tennis rackets have no covering. Pool tables are crooked .... sigh ..

It is a nice park. There is a nice whitewater course and a nice slide. If you take an apartment you get a free breakfast there you have to pay a little for it but not much for a child, but 15.50 or something for an adult. Definitely go there because you won't regret it.

Well what should I say .. The park brings back old memories for me from when I was a child. And now I make new memories with my daughter! The photos say enough and despite the measures had a wonderful weekend !! Even swam all alone in the large pool at Aqua Mundo. And the safari vehicles for the kids are great.

A quiet place to enjoy with your family, walk or bike with your children in the woods, do small adventure games, visit a small jungle, play minigolf, ride a horse and then relax in the pools and slides, is rewarding.

Beautiful park with lots of activities for the children. Extremely family friendly. Nice houses and beautiful swimming pool. Very well entertained. Fantastic for a long weekend or mid week away. For a longer holiday it can become a little expensive.

Accommodations are offered as a premium house but are not premium .... Accommodation smells ... Carpet broken ... Heating does not work right ... really a pity ..... but if you freeze at night on vacation ... It is not a holiday ..! Park is otherwise very child-friendly .. very many playgrounds .. However, some of the grounds and green areas are not maintained.

A beautiful wooded park where you can relax. There are, however, a few disadvantages where clear jobs have to be worked. The cottage was not clean! However, the cleaning staff works hard. I think they should have more time to clean the cottage. The pool could be modernized with a few extra slides. The whitewater course is fun for teenagers but far too dangerous for children. There is only one slide with long queues as a result. Center parcs may also ask itself more clearly that WiFi is not included. The free WiFi makes streaming impossible. If you want to stream, you have to pay! Not a problem in itself, but then you cannot unpack with free WiFi!

Houses: The houses are a bit old and broken, the cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. I expected more, especially with the price. (But the park should be renovated, so I think they will be better afterwards.)

Staff / Service: All staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them can speak English or even German. We were able to use and get everything we ordered.

Aqua Mundo: Good swimming pool. There is a lot to do there and it will not be boring. In my opinion it is very nicely set up, especially with the plants and stones. However, the staff there takes a lot more relaxed than in Germany, which is not really bad for me was, but for others it is definitely a time to get used to.

Food: The breakfast was delivered in the morning and was good and sufficient. The only restaurant we visited was "Fuego". The prices were ok for such a park. However, it was not really my taste. The atmosphere was nice and the food was served also tasty and served well.

Even in corona time a nice holiday. It's all a bit of a struggle, especially the swimming, but you can see the staff doing their best to make the most of it. Cottage was neat and clean.

Many defects in a 2 person house (missing kitchen utensils and crockery) and not properly cleaned

So I was there with my family. We had a VIP house for 4 people, and we spent 560 for 2 nights. The room was large but unfortunately very, very old, it smelled of mold in the bathroom. The shower didn't really work, and the toilet was so small that it was really uncomfortable for tall people to sit there. The windows were very, very dirty. There is a grate on the floor that looks out, very uncomfortable when you have small children with you (like us, we would have to be careful all the time that our little ones don't get hurt). The glasses and plates that were in the room were full of dust. I found it very unsuitable that you had to remove the bed linen and put them in a bag together with the towels and bring them out, and you had to wash all the plates and dishes. Then you would have to pay for more towels or shampoos. (Towels 1 per person, shampoos 1 small bottle per person, nothing for hair). In the early morning the delivery of bread was included in our price, on the first day we didn't get any bread. The TV was very small and the cinema system didn't work. The only nice thing in the room was the fireplace but unfortunately there was no wood in the room (you would have to get everything yourself). The swimming pool was very clean but unfortunately too small for such a large crowd. It was overcrowded and no chairs, tables, loungers etc. were found in the swimming pool. The food in the swimming pool was not tasty but okay. You would have to make reservations for the restaurants as well as for massage and spa. The supermarket shelves were almost empty. The prices very very exaggerated. The staff was very nice everywhere, I would definitely not go there again and would not recommend it.

There are more beautiful and above all parks with better services.
Just the fact that there is no service outside you have to go in and order, and you can entertain yourself, hello it's still possible.
The bungalows and their equipment are very worn, the equipment was already there 25 years ago, the couch is so down, I can't speak, the separate toilet is no ventilation, sliding door to the terrace worked 20 years ago with a little more care and oil, the door would be fine too, we had to pry open the door with 2 people, and after a little spray oil it was okay.
In the jacuzzi there was so much dirt on the floor at 10 in the morning that wasn't nice, the park looks like the last time it was renovated before 20 or more.
The way from the street to the bungalow was covered with slabs that survived so much that it's a miracle that no one has stumbled there yet.
The entire greening was pathetic, clay, to the right and left of the street, on the terrace you could move about 2 meters square, behind it only clay.

It was clean in the bungalow, the cleaning staff do a lot to keep these old, worn bungalows reasonably clean, the curtains could only be drawn with a lot of force. Plastic ,,,,,,,,
The ceiling in the bungalow was so filthy because a long time ago some coke bottles were splashed against it, while showering water ran out somewhere, the floor was wet, the water came out somewhere behind the sink. All processes like in the kitchen bathroom tub were such that it took 10 minutes until the sink was empty.
Likewise in the bathroom the sink had an almost full basin after shaving ......
On the whole, the park may be interesting for families with children. We were there with relatives and their 3 children, and had rented some bungalows, for kids it was okay, I think, but for us as adults it was hard at the limit.
A little more care and renovation would work wonders, then I would come back.

Rented a premium cottage here. This premium was less than advertised it. E.g. a flat screen TV in the bedroom. This was a very ancient tube tvtje. The Italian after the restaurants were mediocre. The buffet restaurant was terribly expensive for moderate to poor food.
Where we had a lot of fun was the swimming pool, we spent quite a few hours here.

The park and the opportunity are good. But the prices here are just naughty. If you buy something in the park you have to adjust to gas stations praise. Eg. 20 rolls for 18 . Snatch for sticky rolls.

Houses may be a little cleaner but the rest is like top

We had chosen for this park at the start for the swimming pool, the possibility of a sea aquarium and to know that the entertainment at center parcs is usually there and therefore you do not have to leave the park. Because we know that the beds are not great, we had already brought our own topper which had a more positive effect on our night's sleep. Unfortunately, we also have some disappointments. First of all, the swimming pool: it is actually very small. There is 1 main pool / wave pool and it is not great in design. In addition, there is the coral bath, but the diving goggles to see the aquariums were not available (in another park this was ready for visitors), so you are forced to purchase this yourself if you want to see the aquariums. There is a children's pool that you don't actually use as a young adult. There is a normal slide and a white water slide on slides. The whitewater course is of the rougher kind in comparison to other parks where the vertical fall height in various places is more than one meter. We expected that we could entertain for a part of the day, but it was only a few hours.
In the entertainment program, there is little else to be found for young adults: the park focuses very strongly on families or small children in the entertainment. This can also be seen in the "Jungle Dome" which is more of a subtropical playground for children with tropical vegetation and some birds and turtles. However, I would have expected more tropical animal species such as a monkey species (skull monkeys can usually move well between people) or in a cordoned off part more reptiles such as small crocodiles or snakes ... In other words: a pity. The service in the restaurants is okay, you do get your order, but sometimes listening from the staff is a bit difficult and you don't get what you ordered. The pace of delivery is often slower at night, too.
It is the first time that the service package of the house does not contain any detergent to clean your dishes, also informed about this, after which it was reported that they have never done this, something that does happen in other parks so that you can clean their dishes to make.
The accommodation could be cleaner at the start, especially when it comes to dust, but that will be a point where cleaners just don't get enough time from center parcs. It is a pity that the soundbar is not working in the house and I also did not get connected, but that is a point for the technical service.

What we have also experienced as very special with regard to other parks is that the accommodations are not around a lake, but some are and some are not. In addition, it has been noticed that not all facilities are centrally located in 1 Dome, but are somewhat spread from each other (such as the action factory is somewhere further away or there is a 2nd Dome (Jungle Dome)).
We will not return to this specific park after this experience.

In these corona times you can unfortunately not have all the conveniences you are used to from center parcs. Nevertheless, the employees do their best to be able to offer facilities and activities. Their information about that is clear and so is the financial compensation.
Our house is very spacious and clean. Hot tub and sauna have been extensively tested. In the kitchen I only miss an oven to bake the gluten-free bread available in the supermarket.

So now it's my 3rd stay here in het hejderbos and I come to the opinion that the houses are more than shabby.

On the first day the pipe from the toilet flush jumped off and half the house was under water .. By the way, the house was dirtier when we arrived than when we left it, apparently they saved the cleaning here.

Generally everything is very old and the cutlery is worn out and the plates are stained, the glasses are cloudy, the hair dryer in the house does not work, and I wouldn t even begin to furnish the house ..... THERE ARE RATS ON THE WHOLE SYSTEM! !!!, which also run on and around the holiday home and accordingly make noises at night that rob you of sleep. The park still has a good aqua park for which I am giving a star, because it is only for that but unfortunately not worth it I will not come back ....

Very nice environment, the houses and rooms are neat and well kept, beds are unfortunately a bit less. The service is excellent, nice people in service and other facilities.

Special time (read corona time ) just closed everything again, but a good time to completely unwind.

Thank you centerparcs for your response, but it clearly states that I was told that it will have a two-person hot tub. There are also pictures of this on the internet. But now it appears that the photos have been incorrectly published on the internet. And your employees are still giving incorrect information. At the Heijderbos there are no two-person whirlpools at all, such as at Park Zandvoort. And since we could not use anything such as the pool anyway, that is very disappointing. I think it is a bad thing that information is misinformed.

Nice park is really nothing to complain about. What a great pity is that you are obliged if something does not work through the my centerparcs app you send and mail and that you automatically already and you get reply about 5 days reply to you mail .But for urgent questions you can call it costs 1.00 euros per min.You are only midweek at the park.

The premium vacation home was renovated inside and reasonably clean. The outside area is a disaster. You sit in the ground and we were happy about the good weather. Otherwise it would have been a mud fight. The free offers under corona conditions are a joke, the rest overpriced and not a hit either. It would have to be invested!
