Nice park with a nice swimming pool. Thanks for the way to and from the houses are well marked, because otherwise you would get lost there.

Was in Center Park for the first time and also for the last time. The prices utopian and almost only fast food in the swimming pool fast food a man staff disastrous. The hotel room no thanks never again!

A 'real' center parcs. The houses are somewhat dated but that makes the atmosphere, for me.
Swimming pool is fun for young and old.
Unlike De eemhof, the shopping area is covered. Several restaurants, a shop and souvenirs.
Various activities can be undertaken including Jungle dome, a trail at height and various things around the central lake.
A visit to kleve or Nijmegen completes it all.

In the past, as well as today, the staff was very friendly, everything was clean and what you could expect. The food was delicious

The cottage was very dirty. It smelled already upon entering, hair was everywhere in the shower and it was very dusty. So dusty that we couldn't sleep because of it and it made us sick. Eventually I went through a vacuum cleaner, but this didn't work.
To the reception to discuss alternatives, but she was extremely rude. 'Well, we have so many houses .. Sometimes one doesn't go well. No we have no houses left. " Was the response from the receptionist.

We even went home a day earlier to get sick and to sleep again before we had to go back to work.

Really outrageous how we were treated. I really don't recommend it to anyone.

On arrival complained several times at the reception that the cottage is a mess! Was not cleaned up and checked at all! Would you think the next cottage is better ... right? ... NOPE! back to the reception in the now THICK queue ... had new cottage and was clean! Continue after 3 hours !! So it was already dinner time.

Next day .. "well I'm going to squeeze some delicious oranges!: D
In the inventory cupboard I find an "almost ran away" orange press that is covered with mold because the previous dirty resident has refused to clean it properly and the cleaner who MUST check HIS / HER inventory and therefore does not feel like it had it done so .. so BACK to the reception again!

Evening dinner at FUEGO
That evening I and my partner thought to relax a bit at this restaurant ... rest ... DEFINITELY!
We were the first guests to sit at the table.
Just check the menu and we knew what we wanted to order!

The chef was very busy who came into the room every now and then and seemed very frustrated ... no idea why .. but well we just wait for our main dish.
Until the hall became more and more crowded with other guests .. UNTIL a group of about 20 people entered and was accompanied at a large table and all photos were taken .. with staff from the restaurant ...
Soon they already had their meal and so they also started their main course ?? !!

Then I rang the bell and you will never guess !! THEY LOST OUR ORDER! in fact ... it was never passed on to the kitchen ?!

But now it comes:
The waiter I spoke to said that That large group of people pouring in was a soccer team!

Aquamundo is nothing more than it used to be. Everything is decaying in this park .. it is better to go to CP Vossemeren or to book a week at CP Zandvoort than to this park, spend your precious money on it!

Booked VIP cottage for a long weekend.
Upon arrival stale air in the cabin, old underpants found from previous occupants.
Cleaning not great! Park itself poorly maintained, you will find litter everywhere. Entertainment and pursuits for 14 year olds is 0.05 apart from the pool. In short, everything can be better cared for and maintained. Not 5 birds hovered, there are two too many.

I have 3 children and that often gets stressful with the household! I think it's great there because you can relax from the stress at home and everyone can have fun ... I give 5 stars because it's cool and varied ost and the flume was very cool too ....

Our first time center parcs. We will def. go for it again. 3 relaxed kids for a whole week does not happen often. Only remark, the jungle dome is quite challenging for the kids. Not recommended for kids younger than 5. Maybe we try next time a parc with normal indoor playground.

Despite a VIP house, it was disappointing.
The house is really in need of renewal.
And because of Covid 19, there is unfortunately little atmosphere in the Plaza.

Like most parks "old-fashioned" cottages but who care's, the attractions should do it. Wildwaterbaan is very intense and certainly not for younger kids, otherwise great. Jungle dome is also wonderful for the kids, not to "prune" the wine there.

The park is in the woods, which is very nice. Very friendly staff.
The houses, at least in our area, are very worn out. In my opinion urgently in need of renovation to feel comfortable!

Unfortunately very dirty, had to move twice. Organization 5- Friendliness at the reception 5, ask for manager was laughed at. 5- carriage ride 4- no organization

Best center parks

I was really looking forward to going here, received a friendly welcome on arrival but we had to wait until 3 am until we could enter the park. There is a lot to do and there is certainly nothing to complain about, the houses on the outside Look beautiful but inside it is very disappointing ...
1. Ants on the floor, sink, wall.
2. It is drawn on the wall with marker
3. The paint is off the wall so a large part is gray off the wall itself
4. Ants nest in the garden
5. Small rooms, though
6. The bath is also broken (dents in)
7. Stains in the curtain
Spiders on the wall
9. The hairdryer does not work (Yes clicked it on)
10. The beds are dirty, had crumbs on them
11. The good beds smells very strange.

I hope something is done about it.

But once rented a house at Centerparcs. A VIP bungalow this time. Lots of space for the children, sauna, jacuzzi, dishwasher, espresso, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, nice big kitchen. First impression was not disappointing, it remains Centerparcs of course, no golden taps, but everything works. Apart from a broken tile near the fireplace, sagging chewy 'farm-fresh' sandwiches (she's unable to do this even though freshly baked in the morning), a broken sauna timer (heat was good at 85 degrees, sauna just wasn't automatic off), worthless internet, no longer of this time, from KPN hotspots (2 Mbit, 4 connections that fly out every now and then, so you have to enter the complicated code again) everything was fine and the bungalow looked neat. It was even possible to make milk froth for your cappuccino with an espresso machine, although it is more convenient to bring your own frother. Bathrooms and kitchen were spik and span. The location on the lake was wonderful, so you could take a dip directly from the sauna. The disadvantage is that you have quite a lot of noise pollution in the late morning and early afternoon of activities such as Lasergamen, ZipWire and pedal boats with music for the boats. It could be a reason to choose a house a little further away from the crowds. If something was wrong, such as a wasp's nest, a broken fan, internet problems, you could call and someone would come and fix it right away. The staff was generally relaxed, friendly and kind. A * off because of the poor internet and the sandwiches.

Beautiful complex with the famous CenterParcs Charme.
Clean bungalows, swimming pool very good (slides, wave pool, whirlpool, aquarium, ...), action for the kids (laser quest, paintball, mini golf, air hockey, etc. - but ATTENTION: PAYABLE !!!), supermarket very well sorted. Parking good and plentiful.
We will be back!

A nice park to stay in. Not too large, very green and quiet.

Extra thanks to the staff: when our son suddenly became very ill and an ambulance had to be called in, the staff were super caring and provided us with the necessary assistance. We are very grateful to them for that!

We were able to book a VIP Eden house for a bargain price and stayed there for 3 nights. The equipment and size were great for 3-4 people. A sauna and a whirlpool were also part of the equipment. The kitchen was great. There were enough dishes and pots. Only the floor and furniture in the living room looked very shabby and were scratched. Unfortunately the rolls were forgotten the next morning. After a call to the reception, the rolls came within 15 minutes. There was also a small reparation in the form of chocolate croissants.

Cottage was clean. Park poorly maintained. Lots of overdue maintenance

Very much dependent on the bungalow in which you live. Some are very shabby and unclean, others in good condition. There is a lot on offer for children!

What dated house. Park is neat and something for everyone. Do not go in a 2 person cottage, it is all really too tight.

The changing rooms were filthy. The tables in the swimming pool were so glued that it was almost impossible to remove the menus from the table. There are far too few slides, the only good thing in the swimming pool is the white water slide. The water temperature and the outside temperature was too cold. The cottage was out of date. We have been to various center parks several times, this one was by far the worst.

Mega offer, you can have fun all day.

I find the entrance to the pool not so logical. Too much hassle.

Old battered bungalows (but are being renovated), friendly staff, small Aquadom

Had a nice weekend at the Heijderbos in a VIP house. The cottage was super clean and tidy.
There was self disinfection lotion available! A walking route was indicated through the park and the other corona rules were well implemented, that people walking against the direction unfortunately happens everywhere. Staff were very friendly.

We have not been in a center park for a long time. Facilities of the bungalows is good, cleanliness was also completely okay. The swimming paradise is in a good mood and especially the wild water slide was really good . Since we were there on a totally rainy weekend, it was naturally full accordingly. Really bad we only found the food in the snacks. But then it was so bad that we had no desire to eat afterwards and would rather have cooked ourselves. Tip: Bring basics of food, the shop in the park is really expensive.

A lot of entertainment for children available. There was a lot going on during our visit, so you always had to queue up and wait. The restaurant was very busy and noisy.

We had some bad luck with our accommodation. It had to be improved, it was really not clean, but relatively fixed, we were given a voucher of 50 . Unfortunately, our accommodation also had a strong smell of chlorine, so it was very hard to get used to. The entertainment possibilities were consistently ok, our children were not bored. Swimming pool already a bit older but quite okay. Jungledome rather something for smaller children but also ok. For a short week you can do, for a stay in the summer, however, much too expensive in relation to the accommodation.

Center Parcs provided! Huisje could be a little cleaner but it certainly worked. Nice and well-kept swimming pool. I had lost my bikini and afterwards I sent it to my home with the post so for me top staff! Thanks for the nice holiday

Despite the fact that we were very positive because we had booked a premium renewed house for a midweek with a discount voucher through the ing of 150 euros, however, when booking, there was little of the discount left and we had to put this to the ing. Once in the house, we missed the extra space (when we inquired at the reception, we turned out to have been given the wrong house) and the thermostat was loose. The bedrooms were really cold in contrast to the living room. At first glance, the house looked fresh. The service was also not really on. The WiFi which we had purchased extra because our daughter had to do schoolwork, we had not received a code was the mrs. forgotten when booking. So the next day to the reception at 10 am (the lesson started at 8:30) to pick up the code, the centerparcs transmitter with the characters of the kids club did not work when we inquired at the reception we would be called back but that has not happened at all, we had bought items at the kids club workshop (the kids club works were delivered to the cottage due to corona) after you had ordered and paid for them via the app. They had not noticed this and only brought everything after we had called again. We had to be out of the house at 10 am but were still allowed to stay in the park so we wanted to get a coffee to go before we drove home, after waiting half an hour it was announced that the coffee could only be bought at 1 pm .... all in all, we will not return to the Heijderbos any time soon

Nice park to rest and a well-deserved vacation with the family. Pleasant hiking trails in the nearby forest.

It was a great week! I personally find more fun in terms of swimming pool. Multiple baths are available. The whitewater course is too wild for children. On arrival our house was not ready yet. This was very disappointing! You are Friends and can enter it at 1 pm. Eventually this became half past 3. There you are waiting with children and your cooling products. We had rented an ebike which was very nice! What a pity that there were many cars in the park. They were not disabled. That made it very busy! Furthermore, it is a beautiful park to see.

Houses dated. Not cleaned properly. Poor WiFi or you have to be prepared to pay extra. Lots of possibilities to pay extra so you have to sell a lot of no to the children. A nice indoor playground for smaller children is missing. Pool is great but very busy.

The houses are now very outdated and the inventory is very scanty. The park itself is nicely decorated and clean.

Do not order fresh bread service every day because they are unfortunately not fresh but at least one day or one and a half old.

The equipment of the bungalows is very old and rather neglected, some items such as the stove were also broken with us. The indoor playground (jungle dome) and the swimming pool, however, are very clean and really good for children! There would be more stars in it if the system were more well-kept.

Always very nice here. Good service, great swimming pool, great food.

Super cozy for a short relaxing holiday good service and nicely clean

We were from Monday to Friday in a beautiful and well-kept cottage with very good quality (no premium house). All we needed was an oven. The cleanliness of the house and the area is perfectly fine and there is nothing to moan about. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. We would like to come again.

Day center parks

My boyfriend and I stay in a premium cottage for 4 people. We had come in a good mood but in the end it changed into a bad mood, this is because our bungalow is a shack, we mean that there was a bad smell when we came in, the plates etc. were all dirty and we even had broken glass found in between, and then observe that an ant colony is staying in our bungalow ... we think this is already impossible, and we had received a very unfriendly reception, so you do not attract people!

I like this center park. But, as we all do, he's aged. I have compared photos and the bungalows unfortunately only a minimum of care and restoration done. A pity, otherwise we would be here often

Nice park, a bit over the years, a few things have to be done at the cottages, as the first thermostat on heating because the same is full, the floor heating toilet can bake an egg on it, and staff need more time on it the cottages clean, the pool water temperature perfect, the restaurants are also ok, the pizzas good, only it is slightly more expensive than outside, but in everything a nice park for young and old

I am very disappointed, we booked VIP rooms and had to change rooms, which was unfortunately not an improvement. The rooms are broken old and dirty, (hair in bed smeared on all windows silverfish in the hallway) was More

Wonderful to spend a few days. Very nice for families with children. Houses are often in need of a makeover.

Really great there and is the only center park that you will really like since childhood, it is my favorite center park. Very nice and satisfactory staff, I would also give a very high praise for the whole team who always made my stay a pleasant one. Thanks Het Heijderbos

The park itself is beautiful and well maintained. Too bad that the houses are so poorly maintained. I read that they will renovate this next year. As far as I'm concerned, they could have done that 10 years earlier. The prices are out of proportion. We earned 1226 euros for 7 nights. Furthermore, all activities, catering and supermarket are not payable. Unfortunately!

Nice pool, friendly staff. I didn't like the live music but that is a personal opinion. All in all a good experience.

Nice park, has been there a few times! It's always fun, but it's getting old! Houses are really too small! Okay early but no longer fit in the present time, as other chains have moved to CP and also new buildings also larger housing units!

Never again will anyone get me to a Center Parc again.
The grounds around the bungalow are neglected, the garden furniture partially damaged. Old but functional on the inside. But the cleaning lady should be dismissed. It was just dirty and everywhere we found the legacies of our predecessors, including hair. When booking, it is not clear that many leisure activities have to be booked separately. And of course they are chargeable. If you are now hoping for the included services like the fun pool ... they are clearly limited in terms of frequency and duration of use. In view of the princely room rates, a cheek. The restaurant offer ... we only tried one and were full for the rest of the week. For food fried to death at a rather lower takeaway level, there was a bill like in a "good" restaurant.

The parc is great with lots of things to do for kids but when you are in a wheelchair there are a lot of downsides to this location. The bungalows are outdated and should be maintained better.

The comfort houses are practically furnished, no frills. Always clean. The staff in the dome is nice. The escape room is cool - recommended.

The apartments are unfortunately very shabby and shabby, that in combination with an extremely superficial work of the cleaning staff.
Not a nice arrival for us. Dirt on the floor, upholstery reeked of cigarette smoke, bed stained with disgusting stains, lighting hanging from its anchoring, fecal odor in the bathroom.
A shame, as the system was otherwise set up appropriately. Under these circumstances, however, the first and last vacation here.

Children's party in Aqua mundo on a Saturday afternoon was a success. The price is competitive. The pool was crowded, but the layout did not bother much. However, there were far too few seating options, so even the reserved restaurant seats and tables were quickly removed.

Week 15-18.3.19 may be because the nice weather is not everywhere under the roof. But we will last until Monday :-) !!!

I had a super nice midweek here, the pool was great! The lazy river was a great adventure and the surrounding situated restaurants served delicious food. The sandwich service at our place was also great.
To finish I could also witness a dolphin tour, unfortunately spotted any dolphins but that should Fun kidney drukken

Cottage was fine, new mattresses are not a luxury.
