From the outside, the houses have gotten a bit old. From the inside, however, modernized. The indoor pool and leisure activities is good. The price is just a bit high, so three out of five stars.

I think it's a shame that there are still Dutch, unfortunately also staff, the German Razisch against.

Nice park for children.

Nice for a long weekend away with kids. Hang out in the pool, have a little BBQ.

Room and area were getting old but everything was fine and clean. Nice reception and the gastro also good value for money are okay.

What a mockery of a park, big money paid for 1 week of relaxation. We have been going to this Center Parc for 4 years. One of the main reasons is our very short journey.
The park is very close to nature in the middle of the forest.
The bungalows are equipped according to the different categories. That actually goes down to the selection of dishes. Likewise the bathrooms. Whereby these are very neat in all categories. However, the toilets are almost identical and a small drawback. Here we are talking about a small guest toilet, up to a size of 6 people it remains a toilet. Beyond that, I cannot make any statement.
The fun pool is the focus of the entertainment. There is almost nothing negative to say about this. Great slides and pools for all demands. The changing rooms are fine. However, if you arrive on the "wrong" date, the bathroom is so full that at least we are no longer happy. Unfortunately, there is hardly a time in the last two years when it is not full. Be sure to check the holiday calendar of the neighboring countries.
There is also the great jungle cathedral. An artificial jungle was built here. A lot to see for children and a huge climbing frame.
The restaurants are a matter of taste. I would say they correspond to the Dutch standard for vacation regions.
We will come back for sure.

Very outdated cottages, the pictures don't match what you get.
Carpets smell very bad, the house (991) is dirty and you can find hair and spider webs everywhere. The location is fine, but hardly any sun in the garden.
The pool is very small, but it does have fun activities.
If you can choose between this and another park, I would certainly not choose this one. We will never come here again.
The 5 stars / birds this park gets is VERY exaggerated! He doesn't earn more than 2.

Nice, very nice, luxurious park with almost every amenity you could desire. Real facilities, so a petting zoo with several different sooryen animals, a large pond to be able to pedal, a whopper from a riding school, tennis courts inside and outside .... you name it.

Fairly outdated, the pool is below par compared to other center parcs. The food is tasteless. Few activities for the little ones. A park I will not return to despite the people who work there being very friendly.

Unfortunately, the rules were tightened even more by the corona, making it spontaneous even on the plaza was gone. Also how it was arranged at the pool was not great.

Service was underground ..... Many of the attractions closed. Swimming pool so stunk so much of solvent that a longer stay was not possible. They will definitely never see us again .......

Great park with many activities. The Aqua Mundo is great. White water slide, long waterslide, hourly waves in the swimming pool. Safe baby and small children's pool with slides. In the park several playgrounds. The Jungle Dome is also great.
Lots of suspension bridges in the trees, watercourses, caves and some animals make the visit an experience for both young and old.
In the entrance, under the pavilion hang bats. The negative reviews I can not understand.
All Center Parks staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately on the departure day the bread delivery did not work out.

Houses may be cleaner. Parking space is very tight. But once at the park you don't notice much of the crowds

Kids have had a great week, I myself have been suffering from various tropical diseases, hay fever, dust allergy, food poisoning and hearing damage .. (all greatly exaggerated, but it felt that way) sorry center parks you do your best. Which is true .. nice week with family and enjoyed our kids so happy and active ... so the slogan "really just together" is true!

You can have fun all day long. This applies to large and small.

Old bungalows, defective kitchen appliances and cupboards that do not close. Market Dome is not special. Nice park and handy that there are electric cars for rent. Holiday ended early due to poor facilities.

Wow what and cool park, that Jungledome is beautiful !! Kids can go on an adventure, you can do everything in the Jungledome.
Stroll along or along the river, climb to the top, discover hidden bats, turn river clay into something beautiful, too much to mention.

Without the Corona it would be a great park, we still had a nice weekend in our house

We stayed in a premium children's holiday home for a week. It is just as old and showing its age as all other houses. In the reviews, the owner repeatedly wrote that it will be renovated in 2020. However, I do not understand why the cleaning has already been stopped. It's dusty almost everywhere. The corners of the rooms, high shelves, sockets or the floors under the couch and beds are really dirty. That is disrespectful and, for over 200 euros a night, also outrageous. The house should be full of toys according to the description. We found an old motor skills loop, which can also be seen in the photo on the website. Well. The prices for food and drink in all center parks are known. The leisure activities in the park are really great (even if a cockroach scurried through the family locker room in the Aqua Mundo ...) and most of the employees are really very friendly. The children are happy and satisfied, they don't mind the rest of the way. There is another star for that. If the prices don't get even more drastic after the renovation in 2020, then we'll be happy to come back. Certainly not in this condition.

Very nasty experience with regard to customer friendliness. It has come so far that I have instructed our corporate lawyer to make a summons.

I recently visited Center Parc with some friends. You can tell that the park is getting old. You can also see the pictures (that's why my 3 star rating). That was not a problem for the purpose of the trip - a comfortable weekend with friends - but for the price I would have expected a slightly better standard.
The rest was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, both check in (I had previously recorded online) and check out worked fine.
Unfortunately, I can not comment on the existing leisure activities, as we did not use them.

Great premium house, good beds etc.
Nice park, lots to do with super nice pool. Sauna pool floor was very dirty but according to the lifeguard they got a new hydrogen cleaner in the new year so that it was remedied.

Forgot to bring drinks twice, after the waiter himself because they did not see us, on ham pineapple pizza a lot of pineapple but 4 very small pieces of ham, 1 pizza had a very "crispy" bottom on one side.

Beautiful park I definitely recommend you to go to the jungle dome where you can also barbecue in the evening if you reserve for that I also recommend that you do it once is a unique experience

Was a nice house, some small things like the cutlery that I suddenly had in my hands, the sink in the toilet that was loose and the bar that was loose. house was also quite noisy. Swimming pool is top nice hard whitewater course. The 1.5 meter was not maintained properly and many people came too close. (Especially the Germans) but is a nice park with fun activities in and around the park!

Unfortunately we were unable to arrive due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The information policy prior to the cancellation of the travel ban was a disaster: it simply did not take place. No mail, hotline not available, no customer service. The trip should start at Easter. Centerparcs has not yet reimbursed the travel price illegally, despite repeated requests by email, registered mail and now by lawyer, and thus violates valid EU law. An employee on the phone then explained jovially that the management had made the decision not to pay out. You can't believe it ...!

Enjoy a few days in between in a beautiful wooded area

We went to the Holiday Park Center Parcs Het Heijderbos with the whole family. We had two bungalow cottages. These houses were close together so that we could easily visit each other in the evening. At the park there is a beautiful swimming pool with a wild water course. The children thought it was great. The pool was very busy. There is also plenty to do for the children at the park itself. They have mini cars that the children can drive. There are indoor and outdoor climbing playgrounds. As a family we had a very nice weekend away. After the weekend completely exhausted, but that means that we have everything out!

It was the fifth time we had been there before 9.18, it was frightening to see how the system got down in just 11 months. Stumbling blocks on the sidewalks, on the playgrounds no more seating for parents and grandparents, decaying tree trunks and palisades, dog feces bags of predecessors on the terrace. Only one cook in the activity hall had to wait 45 minutes for a pair of bitterballen and fries daily. The young friendly staff was visibly overwhelmed. The prices olala lush. Profit optimization seems to be in the foreground because the bungalows are in need of renovation. These are just examples, but do not want to be too long. Pity

It is a pity that there is quite a bit of litter in the park and the many stray face masks.
But house is great.

The Park itself is nice ... we were with the children and grandchildren. Nice activities despite the Corona time. Well arranged with "time lock". What was disappointing was the house. Not clean on entry. The curtains fell half off and the holes were closed with fabrics. I did not give a nice appearance. You can use a lick of paint on the walls. The beds were ok. But carpet on the floor dirty ..

State of the park is poor.
The park does not take into account different types of visitors. Example, q-base visitors. These were simply placed between the families.

Great spacious park with many attractions. Aqua Mundo is great. The right thing for families.

Centerparcs is always fun and cozy, ideal for the kids .. a slightly more expensive holiday park

The weather does not really matter in the Center Parc, no matter if it's rain, snow or sunshine ... there are so many possibilities to make your holiday nice with children. Many offers for indoors and outdoors. Great swimming pool, nice shows, very child friendly ... just great and always worth a holiday ...

Very nice, many activities but very confusing easy to get lost

Great park. Only a few times in the parking lot is a drama.

One of the nicer CenterParcs. The cottages are a bit dated, but well kept with renovated kitchens and bathrooms. The pool is a nice one, with multiple slides.

We have only been in the pool. Very large and nicely set up. Perhaps it is better to watch the whitewater course i.v.m. collisions and accidents, but nothing else to complain about. Tip: bring diving mask! Watching fish works better with diving mask.

Enjoy a wonderful weekend, just like you are used to from CenterParcs!

Beautiful park, especially the jungle dome is wonderful for children. Swimming pool (especially the water course) is fantastic. For children aged 7 plus there is a lot to do. For children up to 7 years, but especially up to 4 years, a covered, fenced playground (a different indoor playgrounds) would really be a solution. We now had to continuously follow the smallest children in the jungle dome and at the covered mini golf.

All in all a horror! The house (if you may call it that) is dirty and with foxing on the curtains! Everywhere are spider webs and the only thing that seems clean is the bed! The house is old and absolutely not inviting. So I certainly did not imagine my vacation. At least the staff is reasonably nice.

Highly recommended this park you can relax and enjoy !!!!

The area and the area in front of the bungalows could be more well-kept and renovations are due. The interior is relatively neat and looks much better.

Very nice park, nice swimming pool. Delicious food, the service takes a bit at live shows. Prices are slightly higher, but acceptable for holidays. When booking you should pay attention, center close book, as the park is very spacious. All a pleasant atmosphere in which one can feel very well.

Visited different parks in the past 20 years. The attractions in the park are good and also suitable for (young) adults.
However, the bungalow was only insufficiently cleaned on arrival. The mirrors in the bathrooms were smeared and there was still hair in the shower drains. The sofa cushions were covered in dark hair, probably from a dog. And in the ventilation duct of the heater there was packaging paper and sweets.
This complaint was not processed during the stay, despite reporting to the reception.

Become a very nice vacation. House has been cleaned properly. Also done a lot of activities in the park. That was all great

The park has pleased us again. The staff is friendly and we felt comfortable. Unfortunately, it is still the case that in all possible places is trying to generate further sales. This spoils one or the other ...

A nice CP. Partially the year of construction 1985 is visible and in some corners would need some renovation, but on the whole positive. The premium kids bungalow as seen in pictures, nicely decorated, of course you should not look in every corner. The park is nicely landscaped and clean, the activities good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, clear recommendation.
