Super nice only the saggy mattresses were a bit annoying.

We have been coming for over 40 years with CP and the like continues, the next we have already booked

We had a wonderful weekend here. Cottage was fine and also pretty clean.

Swimming pool is very nice. The whitewater course was very popular with the children. It is a pity that you are only allowed 1.5 hours because of the corona measures.

We had a wonderful meal at the Evergreenz restaurant. We were helped very kindly. In particular our compliments to employee Jeroen. He was very friendly even though you could tell he was quite busy.

The animation team was unfortunately different than usual, but the children had a great time.

Park looked clean otherwise.

We are Centerparcs lovers. In this park we are the first time and are a little disappointed.

The Aqua Mundo is small but nice.

It was our first time in this Center Parc.
The staff in the Parc is super nice and competent, the Aqua Mundo (swimming pool) was excellent, really unique. There was a lot to explore there and it was totally tropical. Waves, wild water rides and fish have made the whole thing a unique experience. Our "Premium" house, however, was the PUREST DISASTER. It was dirty, it was neglected, disgusting smell and we slept including spiders and dead flies. I would have expected more for the price. Our garden furniture was also dirty and brittle. Other houses (also premium) had better equipment, in my opinion unfair when we paid the price. For children, however, this is the purest paradise with animals and action. But spontaneity was not the order of the day in the parc. You had to plan everything carefully beforehand. We wanted to borrow such a small jeep, but it was already booked for a week. Information about it beforehand would have been appropriate.
We made the best of it and had a wonderful 4 days, but we won't be back anyway. Next time we'll just look for a hotel with a swimming pool nearby

Since a few things don't run so smoothly and the waitress almost fell asleep while running. ......... but all in all to be further recommended.

Very nice park, has everything you need onsite for a versatile holiday. The swimming pool is amazing and has a lot of fun attractions like a really long wild water track and a super fast waterside.

Nice Centerparcs but after all these years that we have been here, the houses are due for renewal, the swimming pool is still the same and could have a tube more and with a rapid acceleration the Max would be, the bowling is still the same as 30 years ago, it is a good Family Center Parcs.

It is a pity that you can no longer get ice for swimming

We were here 10 years ago. All in all, not much has changed. Nevertheless, everything still in good condition. As a negative I felt, the us at the reservation was not informed that the wild water course in the Aqua Mundo is closed. We were looking forward to it the most. Also a diving course advertised on the internet takes place only on Thursdays and therefore also not available for us. Order and cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Therefore, only 3 stars. For the staff and their friendliness there is full score. Too bad that only with a standard mail on the recessions is answered and not individually. Here the responsible ones do not worry.

Booked a whole week, very expensive and you can not register for anything. First 10 days in advance, then on the day itself, but in the end bowling, for example, was already fully booked. Because the people who have booked a midweek should also get a chance, it is said. I booked a full week, for that money I could have gone to Turkey with the whole family all inclusive. And then you can hardly go anywhere, but give a discount.

Nice park with many facilities. At some points, more maintenance can be done. For example, the chairs in the house were worn out and the houses were a little dingy. Swimming pool has a wild whitewater course that is less suitable for young children at busy times. In addition to the whitewater course, there is one slide, which is not very spectacular. There is also a jungle dome present where you can clamber. Furthermore, many other activities, such as a bowling alley and an escape room. In the evening very atmospheric with all the lights

Great park, nice cycling in the region. Restaurants are fine. Houses could use a facelift, but they are working on that. In corona time we were only allowed to swim 1.5 hours at a time, which was a shame because it was 37 degrees outside.

We had cottage with sauna and fireplace.. Even though all facilities were closed it was nice to watch real fire, with occasional marshmallows.. It was really nice..

Outdated park with poorly cleaned cottages that are strongly dated. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants are great. Swimming pool is a success for both older and young children but could use a renovation like the rest of the park. Jungledome has also had its best time. Conclusion: still a great park which has lost a lot of its luster over the years. Unfortunately, you see nothing of this in the price.

Lovely place to spend a week. There are a lot of activities to choose from but I would recommend you book in advance of your stay as it can get quite crowded. The wildlife was amazing. The one letdown was the food which was terrible. Most of it was double fried and old/ UN edible...I strongly recommend you cook for yourself.

A little getting on in years. Wouldn't necessarily be my first choice again. Definitely too expensive for the services. The supermarket is also way too expensive. You should go out here. Partly very neglected. The property also looks very frightening from the outside. Inside it goes so far ... but you shouldn't be blinded by the offered pictures.

Nice experience at the level of the activity but poorly maintained and very very dirty accommodation.

Swimming pool and jungle dome great. In the vip apartment were still things of the predecessors and it was completely un-cleaned. With 2 complaints always only a part was cleaned, the rest we cleaned ourselves. Price / performance is therefore not in the vip apartments. Werit dirty apartments can live but has a great swimming experience.

Centerparcs heijderbos built in 1985 and it is still there.
Houses are due for renovation.
Swimming pool and jungle dome are challenging for the youth. There are plenty of activities but these are very expensive. An example an escape room 6pers 106.
Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is reasonable to good. (Depending on where you eat) conclusion: It is okay but nothing more

The park is very old.
Everything extremely in need of renovation.
Upon entering the 2 person accommodation came unpleasant odors.
The fridge was also not exactly clean.
In our opinion, a fully equipped kitchen also includes an oven.
So we could not prepare our brought food and had to resort to completely overpriced food from the supermarket (which offered a very small selection of food).


As if by a miracle, she jumped briefly in the morning and she did not work again during the day. That's what I call austerity and forgery!
The rental prices for electric vehicles and even for bicycles were very very high. Therefore we left it.
Restaurant and food prices completely covered (Frikandel with fries over 6 ).
You get the impression, the staff is saved, since visually and technically apparently nothing is taken care of.
Plus point: the swimming pool Aqua Mundo and the Jungle Dome was included in the price.
Unfortunately, we had a very different expectation from Center Parcs for the outstanding advertising and will spend our holidays somewhere else in the future.

We are still here and still have a few days left. But January 10th will return here for 1 week (for the umpteenth time)

We spent a week in the VIP cottage. The park is very nice. The swimming pool and the Jungle Dome were very good.

It was very clean and the staff was always very nice.

A star deduction, because of the somewhat getting old facility.

Cottages are enormously dated and the toilet at the entrance smells huge because of the toilet. That is clean, but the urinary air is drawn into the joints. A huge amount of money is requested for a week, but for the same money we were in Landal in a modern and clean BIG house! Even the chairs at the dining table were broken with holes in the upholstery. We now had a house for 8 people but that is quite tight. The signage at the park really needs to be improved. It is a large maze and you walk about 10-15 minutes to your car when you are in the back of the park, but at many crossings there are simply no signs so it is hard to guess where to go. You often go wrong the first few days until you finally know the way. The booths at the pool are also due for renewal. Many booths lack the benches and the door cannot be locked. Far and way too expensive this dated park that is in dire need of a makeover. See photos for the state of the interior.

Center Parks during corona days are a huge disappointment. The profit interest is many times greater than customer satisfaction. 1 week VIP cottage center Parks offers you 5 whole hours of swimming in total. This makes it painfully clear that center Parcs has nothing to offer other than the swimming pool. The houses are outdated. The same furniture as 25 years ago. And no. The wicker sofa in the living room with old brown kitchens is uncomfortable. And the outdoor playgrounds are completely saddeningly boring. Making the only form of entertainment the park's paid solutions. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a cheaper holiday park. Because a square swimming pool that you can use every day and unlimited is a lot more fun than the extreme restrictions imposed by center parcs.

And do not forget. The only ones who suffer from these corona measures are the visitors. Every house is fully booked and therefore you are allowed to swim very little.

1 garbage bag. 1 toilet roll. No more coffee on arrival. 3 dishwasher cubes. The quality decreases every year.

Cottages dated and not clean. Park (facilities) are great.

One of the best Center Parcs, especially for older children.

The rooms are very clean and have plenty of space. The equipment of the premises is very good. Nice at the park is also that there are various points on which you can play activities such as billiard airhocky or the like.

Beautiful park - with beautiful plaza and swimming paradise, too bad that the jungle dome is located separately in the park.

The park is a bit run down. Almost 30 years old. Had mold in several rooms, the drain in a bathroom was clogged and the single shower smelled of urine at first. After a complaint at the front desk was relatively timely taken care of. Are still undecided whether we would go back in this center park. In itself it was a nice and fun short break, albeit with initial problems.

Unkempt facility, the bungalows are old and run down. Cleanliness is obviously a foreign word. Had we not been there with the whole family (we had booked 4 bungalows), I would have left immediately. That much money could have been left much better elsewhere ...

It is a nice park ... only the houses are a bit outdated. Already the same, just like the swimming pool. Maybe an idea to focus more on adults with the facilities ?. 50/50

Jungle fun and swimming fun with the whole family. Be careful with small children in the whitewater course. It is really wild.

Swimming pool is super fun, but too busy with the tropical heat. Multiple accidents on the Whitewater Course. Swimming and exploring among the fish is recommended. A second long slide would be welcome.

Houses are outdated, but meet. Unfortunately, the houses cannot be cooled with the heat.

Park is nice, houses are terrible from the time. Nothing seems to have been done about in years.

In itself beautiful place to relax great atmosphere and you feel very safe. However, the toilets are unfortunately not so great especially in the swimming pool area, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Would recommend it anyway, even if it is only a short trip :)

Expensive! Outdated houses and to top it all off my husband and son got food poisoning from the squabbling from the restaurant. When we lodged a complaint about this, this was dismissed and it was said that this was impossible.

Beautiful domain, friendly staff, fun for young and old.
Unfortunately the cottages are still outdated, but saw that they are renovating them a few at a time. But the cottage had been cleaned properly.
Too bad the grass on the cottage was long, a bit too long for our little one to play in it. But they did put the nettles off shortly after the notification. Which is good service!

Too bad that too few people work at the park. The cleaning lady is at the same time the waiter, the bartender and the animation team 2 hours waiting for our food in the steakhouse, 45 minutes waiting for the fries and 45 minutes waiting for a bowl of pea soup in the grand cafe. There is absolutely no organization behind it. Deep and deeply sad

Great CenterParc.
Very clean, staff super friendly. Activities in the park are great. The atmosphere in the Market Dome is absolutely great.
The Aqua Mundo is well equipped for both adults and children.
Holidays are really fun.
If you have a cent or two left, you should consider booking a so-called VIP bungalow or even an "Eden-VIP" bungalow. Yes, they are more expensive than the "standard bungalows", but it is definitely worth it.
Many advantages and amenities.
Center Parc Het Heijderbos belongs to the category "5 Birdies" park and therefore one of the better parks in Center Parcs Repartua.

Addendum (07/22/2019):

And as promised, we have booked our next vacation in Het Heijderbos, it starts in September. How could it be otherwise, of course again in an "Eden VIP" bungalow.
It is then already the 4th stay at CP Het Heijderbos and the ....... 30. Staying in Centerparcs for 26 years now is a bit crazy, initially with the kiddies and now with the dog, since the children are grown up and have their own families. However, we have passed on our enthusiasm for Center Parcs, because the little ones ..... ohh, I mean the big ones, have already been to different Center Parcs a few times. Among other things in Het Heijderbos and were also enthusiastic.

Had a nice stay here. We stayed in a four person VIP cottage. The house was a bit outdated, they are renovating. But house was still very neat.
The cottage was clean only leftover food between the plates. And the microwave was very dirty. Please note, there is no oven in this house. This was a loss for us.

We had a nice stay, but found it busy in the park with work traffic. They are renovating the park, but we would have liked to know in advance that we were in the middle of the work people who also had to knock on the door now and then because they had to get on our roof. Work vans and trucks drive on and off all day long. It's not too bad, but it did not do the idea of 'getting away from it all' a bit. And it would have been nice to have known this.

You can order home delivery at the park, then you have to pick up your food at the gate.
We often cooked ourselves, which was very good in the cottage.

Internet works well but you get a card for 4 days (we were there 4 days, 5 nights). The moment you log in, the counter starts running. Please note, if you want to watch a nice movie on Friday evening, you must ensure that you do not log in to WiFi on Monday afternoon.

Store is large and neat, you can get everything. Very pricey.
There is also a restaurant that now has take away. Unfortunately, they do not have cottage delivery, so delivery to your cottage is not an option. Would have seemed delicious to us.

Park is also very beautiful, lots to do for children, but of course everything closed due to corona. Park is located in a forest, nice walking and it is also easy to walk to Gennep.

Never again Center Parcs .... Prices for activities too high, service unacceptable and the bungalow are absolutely getting old .... there CenterParc times money in the hand and invest.

Very nice holiday park in a forest near Heijen and Gennep.
Swimming pool with the fastest whitewater course. Cozy covered center with restaurants and a supermarket.
Also bowling alley and snack bar available.
You can also enjoy climbing and scrambling in the Jungle Dome. Here too you can eat and drink on the terrace.
Besides lots of entertainment, on the water, go-kart and bike rental and the area outside the park is also very nice to explore.
