I spend on the little (no stock) on some flagship products:
* Insulation ... (more glass wool in 160 once ... plus a roll ... no delay of replenishment !!! (30 rolls Bondues this day the ... the guy told me that regularly he had to depanner them for lots of stuff ...) ... and I pass on the very bad advice on the product to ask between the chevron ...
* The placo !!! Even on some dimensions of placo !! The placo brands are changing ... and of dubious quality when the recognized brands are out of order ... (I bought a dozen plates in 60 1 month ago ... with the cut, not dry! !!!! Of the m ....!)
As for the storage / cleanliness of the yard materials ... Never seen something like that ... dirty ... pieces of broken products ... (they have improved very slightly for 2 months ... very slightly huh ....).

I just redo all my bathroom (shower, sink cabinet etc ...) so I had a lot of equipment to buy. Living near casto, I went there several times. So the observation is the incredible lack of equipment. But it was the same for plumbing fittings, elbows for evacuation, for hardware, and even for 249cm plaster rails and uprights in 48 / 35mm! Yes except that I need the material now. So I took the road and went to the direct competitor, where I could find what I was looking for. In terms of price, it is a bit expensive but is what the big competing brand practices. In terms of quality, it stands but I will also say a little below the competing brand (I sometimes have to replace low quality hardware, especially hardware). I can't find them on the shelves. I ask a seller, who takes 15 minutes to find his colleague from the department concerned. The seller takes 10 minutes to start his computer system and then tells me that the items which I give him the references are stored for collection because they are too large to be put in store. He takes another 15 minutes to join his colleague to check if they are really in stock and in reality nothing is available! I finally lost 45 minutes on the spot, left empty handed and made the trip for nothing. Even if I have the castorama loyalty card, I throw in the towel and I will go shopping at the competition, which I hope will have equivalent items and will be much more efficient and cordial to take care of its customers. ..
