The place was nice but outdoors common areas where dirty. Film was interesting, gift shop was ok. The tours are not the same and we kept running into other groups which was annoying. $40 was a great donation to help support the team, just frustrated with lack of organization and information on the athletes.

If you re a fan of the Olympics, this is the place for you. The basic tour was great, mostly thanks to Taylor the tour guide. Super knowledgeable and had a lot of great trivia. The video is inspirational, and it was great to see the training facilities. Got to walk inside the basketball, gymnastics, wrestling, and boxing facilities, but only got to see the pool and the new training center from a glass window walkway made just for the tour groups. Great view, but would have loved to be in the actual space especially the pool. The guy at the front desk was rude, but once you get past him, it s a great experience!!

Awesome experience!! We (family of 5-kiddos in age 13 to 2) loved getting to see decorated athletes (some who had earned medals in Rio 2016), trainers and Olympic hopefuls in action! We really enjoyed getting to hear the fun facts about the Olympic sports, athletes, and the training facility. The tour guide was family friendly, informative and humorous. The tour was 45 mins so it provided lots of opportunities for the little ones to move around. Lots of great family photo opps! This is a must-do for anyone who enjoys facts, Olympic sports and guided tours. *This was listed as "free" on several sites, but it is not free. Well worth the small fee for a tour!

Went to the mens gymnastics team rehearsal that was open to the public and took a tour of the facility. Very cool and had an awesome tour guide (a U.S. Bob Sled team member). Everything was great until I asked for directions from a staff member at the facility and got a smart ass remark that was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Maybe he was tired of dealing with tourists, I don't know. But, a little more decorum would've been nice.

Great facility! My daughter has been swimming at the OTC through CSST for a year now. She loves being able to swim in such a high caliber facility. The athletes have always been kind and welcoming. She has grown in confidence with our experiences in the long course pool.

Kept hoping someone would notice me. Say to the coach they're walking with "that guy, he looks physically fit, we could use a guy like that on our team." Nope, nothing. Just a security guard that said "You can't be here.."

The tour is excellent, and the tour guides are supremely knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful. If you are at all interested in the Olympics and want something to do right in the springs this is a fantastic use of your time.

A must do item if you're visiting Colorado Springs. The guided tour was great, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, and lots of cool things to see and history/info learned. Much better than I was expecting it to be. Would visit again with friends/family.

I love this place! I first visited in years ago and it was such a treat. To be able to see the grounds and watch the athletes. It was awesome. Back then the tours were free, and I wish they still were free. But I understand why they probably needed to charge. And it s a unique experience that you only have one other place. Fun outing for locals and visitors alike!

This was a pleasant experience. Veronica Day was so great and knowledgeable about every aspect of this place. We did luck out today and was able to watch the qualifying volleyball teams Puerto Rico and Canada play for the Tokoyo games. Super fun time! I m not posting a lot of pictures so you can enjoy it when you go. It was in depth about the training, the recovery and the games.

Was a little disappointed with this. The money's going to a good cause, but the tour seemed a little light on interest. Didn't help that the intro video stopped working half-way through and we were sat staring at a blank screen for a few minutes as our "guide" had left the auditorium.

Our guide was very knowledgeable. We took the standard tour rather than VIP.
It started with a 14 min video that had an overview of the center. Then, we toured the grounds, covering many of the gyms (boxing, shooting, wrestling). Before going, you might want to call and see if they know who will be training that day and when. They don't have an exact schedule, but they know what competitions will be there. For example, when we went, there was a wrestling camp and we got to see a few popular athletes.

Very neat! Great history! Came here on a school field trip with my kid and his class. The tour was informative and nice to see actual Olympians in training from all over the world!! The shop is nice, but of course some items were up there in price. My parents went on a tour when they came out to visit and the tour that they got was more elaborate and included more areas. That makes sense though. I can imagine it's different when you have a large group of smaller kids versus a group of mainly adults.

Very cool experience to see where some of the Olympians train & live. We had an amazing tour guide that was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot. I appreciated the tour guides firsthand stories about seeing some of the Olympians like Michael Phelps on site over the years. We did the Bronze tour and it was comprehensive enough for us. Next time I will try one of the other tours to compare. It was inspiring! Beautiful facility.

This training center showed how Olympians came to be and how important the training is to succeeding in the Olympics. The tour gave great descriptions of what the sports were and what the records were for that sport.

Great tour of the facility that are pumping out world class athletes. The tour is both inside and outdoors so go on warmer days or bring a coat. There is not much memorabilia if thats whats your expecting to see.

This is a fantastic place to visit. You actually get to see current and future Olympians training. We met one of the gymnasts from the Rio games. Very friendly folks here, both the athletes and the tour guides. The tour is informative and fascinating. I'd like to go back and do the upgraded tour that includes lunch in their training cafeteria. Awesome place!
