Wishing to buy a worktop for my kitchen, I went to the English store on 7/3 at 7:30 p.m. I was shocked by the dislike of the person in charge of this department. I asked several questions since I needed a work plan. No doubt that I was annoying this person. Very very bad customer experience, so I'm going to change brands and be careful not to spend 1 at Castorama. No will to sell me a work plan, it's really deplorable.
