Nil nil nil. I arrived for the store opening at 9 a.m. with my list of 3 references spotted beforehand on the Castorama.fr site and indicated as in stock at Englos.
I can't find them on the shelves. I ask a seller, who takes 15 minutes to find his colleague from the department concerned. The seller takes 10 minutes to start his computer system and then tells me that the items which I give him the references are stored for collection because they are too large to be put in store. He takes another 15 minutes to join his colleague to check if they are really in stock and in reality nothing is available! I finally lost 45 minutes on the spot, left empty handed and made the trip for nothing. Even if I have the castorama loyalty card, I throw in the towel and I will go shopping at the competition, which I hope will have equivalent items and will be much more efficient and cordial to take care of its customers. ..
