G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. Review

I ve been in this company more than 2 years and I feel like I m a new employee they don t show no recognition for your hard work and loyalty, some supervisors are very unprofessional like Justin from Fpl Lfo account manager I sent him 2 emails regarding my jury duty and never got back to me very unprofessional and irresponsible person. Another thing you can be in the company 10 years and if you don t have military background or criminal justice degree just a D license you stay stuck being a U.S.O low class no room to level up in the company, also you can work here a long time and someone new can start and probably start making more money then you this company is good to start in the security filled but don t waste your time or loyalty with these people.

Literally used this company to obtain my security license. The process to get hired here is long compared to other companies. management is very rude and supervisors are inconsiderate.

G4S The worst company to work the. Management really sucks, they don't care about their employee all they want is your money. Micromanages every move you make and when it come for help you're on you own!!!!

My training for class D licensing was great!
Thank you to all the trainers and operation managers. Very organized and professional.

Terrible company to work for. Randomized schedules, high turnover rates, sent far away for work ... It's all glitz and glamor for the client who eventually figures out how bad they really are.

By far the worst experience ever , went to the job fair. was there for 3 hours just to get turned around because I have no military background and I am not bilingual, very unprofessional and unorganized, a waste of time...

The worst company to ever work for they are unorganize they never answer the phone for you they don t care about your well-being and your health anything personal going on with your life they couldn t care less about it the site captain at some of the sites are horrible they don t try to help you at all I don t work for this company

My experience with G4S is nothing but all Positive.

So i only work i here for about 3 weeks a d well guess what still haven't gotten paid yet. So dont worrying to work i here. They say we need to best of the best but why you need the best when you dont even paid.

I visited a complex today in Doral in the state of florida, and I had a terrible experience with a security guard, she disrespected me, treated me badly and even flipped me off. The employees lack professionalism.
The company probably doesnt pay this employee much and thats why she has a bad attitude.

I went through a lot of interview, did the drug and alcohol test, psychological test but up till now for over a month, no call no email. Poor services.

G4S is ok company. Not bad. Capt Tillman and Sojo.L are great asset for the company. The most professional Security Officers and high integrity. I would recommend G4S to anyone seeking a professional work place or Top quality security services.

Highly unorganized, poor communication skills, unproffesionally persistent when you can't cover someone else, they don't care about their employees, they schedule you to work super far from where you live (15 miles away by highway) constantly paying tolls and gas out of pocket . Barely have time to sleep between shifts at times. They expect the top best from their employees but they give you the bare minimum. Poor company to work for, they are all talk.
