I just bought this 06 Honda Civic from Lana. I had been looking for a used car with specific requests, such as low miles and with no accidents at a tight budget, and Lana was there to help me when no one else could. I recommend going to look and see their used inventory online. They have the Carfax available online so you have an idea of the car before you take the time to go look at it in person. The next time I have to buy a car, I m definitely going to Lana first.

Service and parts are lazy, I'll never buy a car there. I went in for an oil change and i asked how long for an oil change and i was told 2 weeks. I go to the parts store to pick up something I called only thirty minutes prior to arriving and was told they are not on a shelf but here is the part number, go down the street to Acura, they should have it.

Pretty darn lazy. No effort to assist a customer and potential future new car buyer. I'm sticking with Toyota.

I been to this place many times since 2016 and I never get any issues with the management and the cars I was always getting from them .i would like to thank more the manager called Nora and sales personnel Harris they helpful with whenever anything I go with plus others that I appreciate the good work they doing to help us and if there anyone need or want to buy acar please go and ask for Harris am sure u won t regret .

As a customer that s bought 3 cars in the last 2 years here following the rest of my family who has always bought cars here all my life and has continuously given referrals and money to service, I ll never come back to this dealership ever again. Faisal consistently told me that I NEED to change my transmission fluid EVERY 20k miles for my 2017 civic and told me that it was a necessity. After doing some research and speaking to mechanics, it was not necessarily until around 30k!!!! As the manager came out to speak to me, Dan said oh I gave you a discount! Dan kept trying to tell me it was recommended so it s justified, but at the end of the day, my finances is more depended on when it is actually a necessity. I would have appreciated transparency on whether the issue needed immediate attention as I had asked Faisal 3 times! Saying something is recommended versus imperative is two different things. I feel as if I was deceived. The point is I could have gotten the service when I was closer to 30k, not having been scared that I must do it at that time! Faisal also couldn t even tell me the mileage on my car when I went to confront him and began to lie saying he stated that I should do it from 20-30k. Very deceptive - learn some customer service.

If you are looking to buy a car, I extremely and highly recommend you go to Mazen Bittar. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I totally would. The professionalism, kindness, and care he gives is unbelievable. Truly the best customer service I ve ever seen in my entire life. Even after you buy a car and come back with a couple issues, he s there to make sure he does everything he can so that you leave happy and satisfied. I m extremely grateful that he was my sales person.

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing time.They let us take a test drive, we traded in a car, signed papers and were on our way in about an hour. Great dealership! Bought a car that ended up having a brake issue I called them about it and they covered the cost of the brakes because it was just a mechanic error. I would recommend to buy used car from them they will treat you like a real person and not a dollar sign. Ali and Yuri, were great to buy a used car from!

I recently bought my very first car( 2012 Honda Accord Sedan EX-L V6) from this place. My sales person was Mazen and I would have to say he was awesome and made my visit very smooth and easy . I saw the car online, called them at 12pm the next day and when I got there around 5pm the car was all clean and ready for me to test drive it. There was no random hidden fee's that was pushed onto me unless I decided that I wanted it, such as warranty. You will be very satisfied if you know what you want before you get there, set realistic expectations, and be reasonable about the car you are buying.

Castle Honda is hands down the BEST car dealership in the Chicago Suburbs! My family & my husband's family have bought many cars over the past 15 years from this dealership because they offer such extraordinary customer service. Just last month in January, my husband & I went there to purchase an Odyssey & the customer service you receive from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out with your new car is just incredible. The salesmen, Harris, is honest, polite, professional & anything we asked for he made sure that it was given to us. He was thorough during the entire purchasing process & made sure that we understood everything. Same goes for his Financial Adviser, Shamoun. He was courteous, so easy going & didn't strong arm you into the dealership financing like how most dealerships do. We live about 30 miles away from this dealership but we knew that if we went there, that we would be taken care of. We value the level of honesty that they uphold there. People have that judgmental thought of car dealerships being dishonest & only want your money. You will NEVER feel like that with anyone that works at Castle Honda. They're respectful, they listen to their clients and they have your best interest at heart. The overall experience here is just wonderful. This is where I buy my honda parts, but the customer service culture is weak. I had the experience of buying all my three cars from Rosen Honda in Gurnee and those guys had a buffet lunch every Saturday to service the customers. That's what I call pampering the clientele. Castle Honda is clueless.

I have very bad expierience with service departmen...

I have very bad expierience with service department in this location .I bought 2016 Honda Pilot there right after 2 weeks leather cover on second row seat come off . This is where my trouble started . Service people do not have clue how fix and this problem . Car 3 years warranty coming to the end and my cover seat is not fix . I talk to manager multiple technician and every visit they claim that clip came off . Then seat was redress , new cover replace .So it is Feb 2019 and i am waiting for new FRAME and the COVER SEAT . This parts are more then month on order and they do not have clue when parts will come in . This is my first Honda car and will be last . If you are paying for leather seat and they put just leather cover jacket on this seat thats not the leather seat which i was expecting and service is giving me GOODWILL warranty . I paid big money for car and they are telling me that they making me favior to fix the car under warranty . Never again HONDA CAR and Service from this dealer .

I had the WORST experience at Castle Honda!!! Do not go here!! Seriously-don t! To make a long story short I was cheated/ripped off of over $1,500 from the finance guy named Brent. I just can t get over how awful the whole experience was. Tom Koss(sales guy) and AJ Mundell(manager) were just as bad because they saw what happened and didn t do anything about it. Makes me sick to my stomach even to think about Castle Honda and that a-hole finance guy named Brent. Also-the people who are rating them highly it s because they were FORCED to make a yelp review in front of them in order to get a free car wash. You can stick that car wash up your ass Brent.

I just picked up my brand new car from Mazen Bittar. I found the one I wanted online and called to get more information easy and stress free car buying process, didn t have to waste hours of my time at dealership, almost similar to online shopping.
Sales person Mazin and finance manager Shamoun was very helpful and professional, courteous and prompt in response.
He gave all the details over the phone and email and also offered me the best deal.

I just experienced a formidable display of incompetence, coupled with the worth customer service experience. Brought my brand new 2015 car to Castle Honda for its very first oil change. Next I knew, on my hour long commute to work, some very strong toxic fumes were coming out of the heating vents, so strong that I experienced symptoms of headache and nausea. It tuned out the mechanic never put back the engine cap on, and oil was spilling all over the engine. Castle Honda service manager was indifferent at best and never offered an apology. When asked, How do you suggest to get rid of the strong smell of oil now all over inside my brand new car he suggested just diving around for a while."

I have purchased four Hondas from Mustafa, and not only have they been fair prices, but Mustafa has stood behind each vehicle. He even went the extra distance to make sure that my Honda was repaired to better condition that it had been when I purchased it used after my daughter had an accident with it. Along the way, he made sure that the repairs did not exceed what he promised the cost would be even when the budget was higher owing to unforeseen damage. I will be back to Mustafa for my fifth Honda when the time comes!

Too small a showroom and the service department is way too far from either used/new car sales offices. Not sure about the sales force. They gave the impression that they were miserable just being there. Went to Muller Honda in Highland Park instead.

I have been a customer of Castle Honda since 2001. The service department has always treated me very well and commitments were on time. I recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord, my sale consultant, Mariam has extensive knowledge of Honda and its products. Mariam has a lot of patience with her customers and obtained for me the deal I was hoping for. I highly recommend Mariam if you are in the market for a Honda.

Went to the Castle Honda for an A/C problem. Rafael listened carefully of what I said, then suggested a logical approach by checking the system for leaks. The real problem was the A/C compressor clutch. Rafael proved to be very knowledgeable about the Honda Bulletins and he determined that this part is under warranty. I left the car there till the next day to be fixed. When the work on the car was done Brian called me, presented me with the result of the repair and also about a suspension issue.
All in all I had a very good experience with the people from Castle Honda.

Probably the first time and last time i buy a Honda Certified pre-owned specially this dealership. After a couple of day . I noticed a damage on the undercar cover and it was barely held together by a few retaining tabs. I noticed the damaged area already had rust settled into it. I took a picture and brought it to them... they wouldn't entertained it as their oversight stating damage was caused after i got the car. I only had the car for a week but the area that was damaged already rusted all over. .
I had owned 5 different honda cars from different dealerships and this dealership disappointed me the most. I don't recommend this dealership

Reason for two stars not one, because when me and my girlfriend recently came inside of the dealership after being for 5 minutes outside, Jesse Suarez came to greet us and was very friendly and not pushy. We let him know that we are interested in buying a Grom for my girlfriend but she is very short 4'11" and we would need to lower the grom. He was supposed to find out while we were waiting. After about 10 minutes he let us know that there's a raffle sometime soon, took our numbers, gave us T-shirts and let me know he would contact me with pricing and possibility of lowering the grom. I waited a few days, he never Called so I emailed him.... NO RESPONSE. I thought to myself maybe I should call, give it another chance. When I called I was transferred to him , let him know who I was, he told me he's with a client and that he will contact me when he's done. It's about a month now and no response. We decided to purchase elsewhere and now we are in market to buy 2 GROMS not 1.

Bunch of Cheaters! I planned to buy my first new car. I was approved for 0.9% APR with Honda financing, they told me it's 4.99% you got approved for. Yuri from finance on top of that told me he can get it to 0.9% APR if I buy the warranty for the car worth 3000. I bought the car from somewhere else. and I asked for my deposit back($XXXX), no one answered my call or my emails. Yuri told me you have to talk to the sales person, Mike, who is also very rude with behavior and hung up my calls 4 times. Big "NO" if you are planning to buy car from castle honda.

Never get your car servicing done here. They are crooks who over charge and deliver poor quality work. They overcharged me to replace/remove my wheel lock. I got my tires rotated a couple weeks later at Costco and 3 of the 4 tires were missing 2/5 lug nuts and my last tire was missing 3/5 lug nuts. I was not able to drive my vehicle home. Not only was this inconvenient but a safety hazard.

I got to their web site and find a 2018 White stick shift Fit Sport so I ask for the ePrice. After filling in the form I get a quick email saying my price is coming. 3 Days later and still no price - and I know car is there because I've seen it parked on Dempster outside the dealer.
So as an unrelated thing I go to Lending Tree just to see what kind of interest rate I could get to partially finance maybe. Lending Tree sends this dealer my info and I get from them a quote on a 2019 AUTOMATIC transmission Fit - nothing like what I asked about. And the quoted price made me laugh.
When I checked the BBB for Castle they give a DO NOT RECOMMEND rating. And that's my rating too because they must find the most incompetent people on the planet for internet sales.
This is my nearest Honda dealer and I guarantee I won't buy from them even though I really am buying a manual Fit very soon.

One of the best shopping experiences - bar none. We were looking for a new vehicle, and the service provided by Harris Fazal and Marion was absolutely exemplary - nothing like we have ever experienced before. This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Castle Honda, and we have to admit, the experience this time was no different from the first one many many years ago. If you are looking for a Honda, this is your destination. If you are not sure if Honda is the vehicle for you, stop by here, and be prepared to be convinced why Honda is the way to go! And make sure to ask for Harris Fazal and Marion - they will do their best to meet and exceed your expectations!

We went to see Jim at Castle Honda to look for a new car. He was very helpful, attentive and patient. He listened to what we exactly looked for even though he told us upfront that they're having difficulty finding the exact color and trim and might not get one with the interior color we wanted, but he surprised me and got exactly what I wanted when we came to pick up the car. Just showing his thoughtfulness and willingness to do the best he could to meet his customer's request, needs and expectations . The whole time he took his time to explain and listen to our questions and concerns, and we never felt pressured to do or buy anything. He's very approachable and always willing to help even after we purchased the car, answering all our questions and concerns. I'm glad that we bought our car from him.We highly recommend Jim Wheeler and Castle Honda.

I prefer the service here over Muller up in Highland Park. At least here you can schedule an oil change within the week, as opposed to Muller who has to go a week or further out because of recalls, supposedly.

First time dealership buyer here and after 2 (next level awful) experiences at other dealerships, I HIGHLY recommend Castle Honda. No runaround, no hokey sales tactics, and no hidden fees. Lana was WONDERFUL to work with and made my car buying experience smooth. John, the manager (nice as hell), and Lana both worked with me and explained anything I had questions about. They let me take my time and never once pressured me into making a purchase. The service department did a wonderful job detailing my new ride and everyone was all around enjoyable to work with. Do yourself a favor and bring your business to Castle!

I found the vehicle I was looking for online and contacted them from four hours away. Mazem was extremely helpful during the few phone calls and text exchanges answering questions and providing additional information. The wife and I drove out to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday morning. The car was ready to go. We took a test drive and the vehicle was as advertised. The paperwork was taken care of quickly and everyone on the staff we interacted with were very friendly. In an out within an hour. Nothing about the experience would lead me to give a bad review.

Lana is the best Rep I've ever seen. She is personalized, honest and gives lots of valuable suggestions for my purchase. She helped settle me in decisions that made the most financial sense to me. This dealer is the one that openly cheat customers at finance department. Mike Fisher in finance department is pushing for service package that I did not blame him. But he made different contract with different terms that actually raised the price about $800 then trying all different tricks to get us signed.

When we found out at home, he completely denied whatever he said. My guess is that most of his customers did not find out at the end since monthly payment is not that much different. We canceled service package at the end. But there are something hidden that we can't cancel.

It is first time we met sale man openly cheat customer.

Castle Honda has always been good to me as I just purchased by 3rd Accord from them. I like that I can walk in and have to find a salesperson to help me. No pressure, no one breathing down my neck. I found Tony Chammas. He was friendly and easy to deal with. I also know he did a lot to make sure I had the car I wanted on the day I wanted to close the deal. As I worked with Tony for only a few hours over 2 days, I felt a personal connection to him and I needed that when buying this car. I know I can go back to him whenever I need something.

The financing was even easier. I have spent hours trying to get through this part of car buying and while I can have a great salesperson, it can go the opposite way with the financing department. Not at Castle Honda. Shamoun Dahlan was so straightforward and nice to work with. He just laid out the options and numbers, let me think about it and decide what I wanted to do. Quite frankly, I asked to be done within 30 minutes and he got through all the paperwork in 20.

All of my car buying experiences at Castle Honda have been great. They have a great selection of vehicles, never any pressure, the price is always good and I like their staff. The service department is equally as good. This experience was the best and I walked away so happy with my car. More time was spent on explaining all of the features of the car than closing the deal. Thank you. You don t know how much I need this experience to be great.

Horrible service!!!!! Do not buy a car from here. I went in last month to trade in my car and buy a brand new 2017 accord. The sales person Harris is a decent guy but my over all experience was horrible. i did end up buying the car but when i got home and looked over the paper work, i realized that they had charged me 1,320 dollars extra for some insurance that i was not notified about and when i went back the next day he told me we have to wait till next month to remove it and some one in the sales department told us they can remove it right away. Don't know who was correct. So i went in today they said my monthly payment will not lower but they will remove the insurance and my balance will be lowered. The finance person was pushy and was in a rush to get rid of us and kept on making jokes that were not funny. He kept on giving us random payment numbers without properly explaining where he was getting the numbers from. i would give them less than 0 stars if it was possible. *DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE*

My experience with the service department was not ...

My experience with the service department was not great. Took my car in because it was failing the emissions test. I explained it needed a drive cycle done since the battery died during the winter and not all of the system monitors were ready for the test. After waiting an hour I knew it was going to be bad when the person brought me my air filters. She explained that my car needed $1,500+ work (filters, spark plugs, transmission etc) and that s why I failed the emissions test. Said no thanks and had to pay $80 for literally nothing being done to my car. I attempt a drive cycle on the freeway myself on my way to the emissions place and what do you know, I passed. I don t trust this dealership!
2 stars because the waiting area was nice and clean.

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with over the internet. I have helped friends and family buy 9 cars over the past 4 years. The included VW, Buick, Toyota and Honda. I've tend to use the internet experience over walking into a dealership. Tom Koss is one of the best representatives I have ever worked with up to date. I felt my phone conversations with this Gentleman (which I never met) was easy and extremely helpful when looking for another vehicle. I had a budget and Tom was able to fit all my needs within it. I'm the kind of person who really hate going to auto dealerships, auto repair shops, or even gas stations. However, I'm in need of a vehicle I can camp with. It was a pleasure meeting Lana. I bought a new 2017 Honda Civic at Castle and was very pleased with the experience. I shopped 4 cars at 4 different dealers (VW, Chevy, Honda, and Nissan) in 1 afternoon -- and returned to Castle Honda the very next day for my purchase. That is because the Civic was the best vehicle I drove and because Tony was the top dealer I met.

Tony was informative, razor sharp, and fun to be around. He never pressured for purchase but was clearly confident in his product -- he seemed to know I would become a buyer before I even did. He taught me a ton about my vehicle. He helped me narrow in on exactly what I wanted. The price was outstanding and the car is one I am really thrilled to drive.

Brent was patient and a terrific problem solver in financing. This was my first car purchase and he explained everything down to the last detail to help me financing within my means. It was a pleasure working with them both.

I went to test drive and had planned on buying a car. I was the one test driving and answering all the questions, as we were trying to purchase a vehicle for me. They directed questions only at my husband. I had an appointment to see a specific car, but they didn't bother to call and tell us it had been sold, and the guy we had an appointment with couldn't even deign to show up for our appointment. Don't waste your time.

I work full time and I also go to school full time. This was the first time i stepped inside a car dealership to lease a car. I was ready to have to be there for hours and get the runaround. My experience was the total opposite. I was literally there for a couple hours and I walked out with one of the best cars I have ever had. I owe it all to Brent and Dan. If it weren't for them two, I wouldn't be driving a reliable car to get me to work and school, safely. Brent worked his butt off to help a student in need. Dan helped me understand all of the ins and outs of the car I can finally call mine. They actually cared and wanted me to have a brand new 2017 Honda Civic. Like I said, this was literally my first time walking into a dealership and because of Brent and Dan, it was my best experience.

Very bad experience !! Spoke with executive named Mike . He gave me out the door quote and when I went to the store to buy it ,he adds extra charges (Added 1000 dollars more for me ) . And he was rude !! Not going to buy the car from here !!!

I have called prior my visit to the service depart...

I have called prior my visit to the service department and the price they quoted me on the phone was honored when I received my service. They also offered the free shuttle service to drop me off at home and pick me up back to the store to pick up my car when the service is completed. Very knowledgeable and helpful people working at this Honda dealership. I had a very pleasant and satisfactory experience this time. Thanks to Chip and Ed for all your help!

Worst dealer, full of scam and they will cheat you, I brought a honda-crv here and I had the worst experience, their finance team added lojack and they cheated saying the component cannot be removed from car and I paid 750$ extra for LoJack which I really dont need. Worst dealer...Please dont go to this dealer. I would not even give 1 star but it did not allowed me to post, I reported this problem to Sales Manager Nora next day and requested to remove LoJack but she is even more bigger cheat. Waste of your money and time if you go to this dealer.

I had a great experience with Mike buying online. I purchased a 2009 Accord EX-L w/ Navi for over $1000 below invoice including extras! He was the lowest cost (via email) and required no negotiation. When I had a question what the price was OTD (in case there were some hidden fees) he emailed me the full price and breakdown (taxes, fees, license & registration, etc..) and there was nothing out of the ordinary. Then he put me in touch with the F&I manager so I could finish negotiating via email on an extended warranty and finalize financing (apply online at [violative content deleted]) so I knew the exact cost to leave with the car. I HIGHLY recommend working with this dealership. They are efficient and don't waste your time up selling you with crap you don't need.

Went here today and had the most outstanding service with everyone but I really have to give a HUGEEE thanks to my sales person Lana she's hands down awesome and a great sales woman in general she really made my purchase today alot less stressful after I been so many other places but I'm glad I stopped in here and got a nice used car with very low miles and most importantly I loved how everyone was so nice to my daughter and kept in her entertain while being there because we all know buying a car is a lengthy process but with them having such good customer service my baby stayed pretty entertained through out the whole process so thank you guys at the Honda castle so much and of course I have to give a special thanks to my girl Lana YOU ROCK!

I am now the proud owner of a two-year old Honda HRV EX-L with Navi - with only 5,000 miles on it! I cannot say enough good things about my sales person, Tony Chammas! From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Tony til the minute I drove away in my new car, he was attentive, helpful, cheerful, and very respectful of my needs. I had identified a few HRVs on the internet that I wanted to look at, but Tony patiently walked me through the decision process to make sure it was the right car for me. I started the process Friday afternoon, when I took a test drive. There was no pressure when I asked to "sleep on it" before making a final decision. I came back on Saturday to wrap up the deal. Tony and I worked out a very fair price. He walked me through all the features of my new car and even synced my phone to its Bluetooth!

I must also commend Yuri, the financing manager. Even though he was unable to meet the loan rate I got through my credit union, he remained extremely pleasant as he walked us through our extended warranty options and gave us the time to make the best possible choice at a very good price.

All in all, the entire process was far better and easier than I thought was possible! I wholeheartedly recommend Tony and Castle Honda for your next new or used car purchase!

Worse place to take your car. They charged $90 and...

Worse place to take your car. They charged $90 and told me there was an issue with my sunroof and will charge me $600 to fix the nosie which was coming from the sunroof. It was Faisal the mechanic there that told me. But when I took my car to another place They said the issue was in my window. So these mechanic working here know nothing and charging everyone huge amount of money. Thanks god I didn t get my car fixed from them.

Wonderful place to deal with very nice people Luis and John was very helpful and make good on their promises. Got a good deal on my 2017 CRV EX-L with 20000 miles love my new car . Car was originally bought at this dealership so that says a lot for this dealership.LOVE MY NEW CRV came over 30 miles to make this deal.
