Flexibility in Wellness Program which allows partner to use sessions in case I was unable to and ability to pay member rate if I decided to bring my partner in for a massage with me that month. The attentiveness to my needs was much appreciated.

I don t care how discounted the service is. You get no value for your money at this place. And on top of that the front desk staff is rude and incompetent. I hate that I wasted so many months of money on this place. Maybe other locations are okay, but this location lacks professionalism and also lacks enough good therapists. A few are good but for the most part, not really.

Even before booking, I was glad to see a profile of each therapist on the website that included a brief bio and some information about any techniques in which they specialize. Once I arrived for my trigger point massage, I was very impressed with the consultation and personalized service that I received from Kimberly. I could tell she was passionate about her work and very determined to provide a quality experience. She made me feel validated that my muscle knots are real and deserve to be addressed to relieve my pain. As she worked on each area, she was tuned in to my body and was able very accurately to recognize where I was hurting and how to release some of the knots. She seemed to know exactly when to check in with me verbally and when to stay quiet. In other words, she wasn't overly chit-chatty, but she communicated enough to make me feel comfortable. Overall, this was one of the best massage experiences I've had, and I will be back!

2.5 Stars. Had a couples massage with my pregnant wife. The guy that did her massage, Chris, was amazing. She absolutely loved her massage.
The person that did my massage wasn't as good. She didnt listen to my requests and was kind of bad at it. I was irritated and had a headache for 2 days. So pick the right masseuse.
Katie is an exceptional massage therapist. I have had a lot of body work over my many yeared life. Katie's skill, deep listening and responsiveness to what my body needs is exceptional. So grateful to have found her!

Was lucky to get Aries the first time I was in - fantastic massage, and lovely presence. I schedule ahead so I can request him. Also had Scott - great for neck and shoulders. Nice facility and staff too - combines for a relaxing and healing experience.
