This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with over the internet. I have helped friends and family buy 9 cars over the past 4 years. The included VW, Buick, Toyota and Honda. I've tend to use the internet experience over walking into a dealership. Tom Koss is one of the best representatives I have ever worked with up to date. I felt my phone conversations with this Gentleman (which I never met) was easy and extremely helpful when looking for another vehicle. I had a budget and Tom was able to fit all my needs within it.
