I have very bad expierience with service departmen...

I have very bad expierience with service department in this location .I bought 2016 Honda Pilot there right after 2 weeks leather cover on second row seat come off . This is where my trouble started . Service people do not have clue how fix and this problem . Car 3 years warranty coming to the end and my cover seat is not fix . I talk to manager multiple technician and every visit they claim that clip came off . Then seat was redress , new cover replace .So it is Feb 2019 and i am waiting for new FRAME and the COVER SEAT . This parts are more then month on order and they do not have clue when parts will come in . This is my first Honda car and will be last . If you are paying for leather seat and they put just leather cover jacket on this seat thats not the leather seat which i was expecting and service is giving me GOODWILL warranty . I paid big money for car and they are telling me that they making me favior to fix the car under warranty . Never again HONDA CAR and Service from this dealer .
