I was lucky enough to be referred to PJ Sing as a salesman at Castle. I went in with an idea to purchase one type of vehicle, was asked very pointed appropriate questions, and ended up with a vehicle that fits the lifestyle my family lives. PJ was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous even when very busy. I would refer him to my friends and visit Castle again just for service like his. Not the usual experience I have had at a car dealership currently. If you go to Castle Honda, just ask for PJ, you won't be sorry.

Super bad service, I went there today to do a car wash. They re washing other people s car. I asked to get a car wash and they disagreed, they said they closed today. I asked why they are washing other people s car. They didn t give me answer.
I would said that s racist!

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Worked with MAZEN. He bent over backwards to get us the best possible deal! He is extremely friendly, treated us like family and even took extra time with us to teach us about all of the features. MAZEN is knowledgeable and carefully listened to any questions or concerns we had. YUIRI in finance was also able to help us get the best finance rate! We live an hour away, but it was well worth the trip! Buy here! We WERE going to go through CarMax, but Castle was able to offer so much more value and service.

I bought a car from Honda Castle motors on September 10th 2019. My family and I drove about three hours just to purchase a 2011 Volkswagen GTI. We agreed on price which was great but I later had some issues with it 30 minutes into my drive home. A Oil engine pressure light came on and I addressed this to my salesman the next day. He said he would pay the price to fix it which now had costed me up to $200 on repairs and I m not even sure if the problem is fixed. My sales rep was Josh he hasn t replied to any texts and proceeds not to pay me back. The car didn t even come with floormats as stated. The buying process was great but coming from a large dealership you d expect to be taken care of better.

Bought a new vehicle here recently, and our experience was great. Very helpful staff, negotiated a great price, and they worked hard to get our specific vehicle specs. We've also taken our older Honda here for years for service. Castle Honda is great.

I just bought a car Honda Civic 2016 this November...

I just bought a car Honda Civic 2016 this November 2016 as i also traded in my one year old Hyundai Elantra 2016. Although the civic is of the same class as the Elantra, there is a mile of diferrence between them. Other than sporty & sleek appearance, my Honda four door sedan
has roomy interior, great sound system with bluetooth wireless connectivity, equipped with rear view camera, quick and smooth pick-up at start up, efficient fuel economy as much as 40 miles a gallon, , , all included in the basic package.
But what is great with this dealership is the kind of service I received. Have you ever encountered a case wherein you are blinded into buying a car & found out later you were ripped off at the front and back end of the bargain? You may find the monthly payment within your means but you could have gotten it much lower if only the salesman took the time to make you understand the whole transaction. This is where highly recommned this dealership.
Mario took the time and effort explaining to me the pross & cons of car buying. He has the patience to show you various car options in terms of pricing, models, financing, resale value, etc. that would suit your affordability or purpose. The information I received from him enabled me to decide the right car for me.
You will also find another guy, Brent, who is very helpful, accommodating & understanding in finding & getting the right financing scheme for you.
In short, if you are a car buyer for the first time, or you need to trade in the present car you have, then better go to this dealerhsip and don't miss to contact these two cool guys. Buying a car is a major investment and the best course of action is to see someone who is naturally honest, trustworthy & knowledgeable. I'm confident that with these guys, you will find car buying a very rewarding experience.

Tony Chammas helped me in the purchase of my new Accord. He was low key, friendly and allowed me the time to make a thought out decision. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all my questions before and after the sale. Because of this, I felt relaxed and confident before and after the sale. Just purchased a new 2016 Honda Pilot from Nora. We had been receiving postcards saying we could purchase new for about the same price or less than we're currently paying.
They did right by us! It is less and love the new Pilot. No pressure to buy which I like. And I am in sales and sell the same way, no pressure.
Mark Fisher the finance manager was awesome with the financing and letting us know all the options available, which we took advantage of a couple, and got us low interest rate. Thanks Castle Honda and all of your team! Mike

Back in 2014 we bought our new Honda Accord from Castle Honda and we were super happy car is still running still in great shape never did any repairs we love it.
Today we bought my son his first new car and again Castle Honda again Honda Accord 2020 we just love Honda s .
But enough about Honda and how great they are , just car shopping in general is full of hassle from dealers they playing there game such let me see my manager what we can do in on and on it is crazy . But not these guys we walked in we asked for Mike Afanasyev first time and as well tonight .We didn t feel any pressure no running back and forth from manager asking questions he give us a great price and great deal All I can say Thank you Mike
But that is not all here comes a paper work I know lots of people hate that surprises when you step in office and accounting guy gives you different numbers way higher than you expected Well not here Shamoun Dahlan Thank you for your accuracy and for your honesty as well we thank you for keeping numbers the same as we expected it was fast 30 min and my son was in his new car happy as he can be on way home

I was buying a used car on a limited budget and every time I found a car on Carfax a dealer would tell me its sold and try to push a more expensive car. My experience with Castle Honda was a breath of fresh air. When we walked in we were greeted by Lana who took our request and found the car we were looking for, again it was sold but this time Lana and the used car manager found a comparable car and reduced the price to fit my budget. We were treated like royalty. Would highly recommend ....

I have been dealing with Castle Honda for more than 7 years. The sales experience has been flawless; honest people, great advice, excellent customer service--patient, understanding, and reliable. Harris Fazal and Nora Choudhary are first class people. I have also had wonderful experiences with the service department as well. No complaints. I would not shop any other dealer for a Honda.

Will never, ever, buy from Castle Honda in Morton Grove, IL. Slime and deceiving are best adjectives to use. Very dishonest, down to lying to me about GM email address I asked for. Seriously I don t recommend buying from them. Buyers beware!!

I would recommend Castle Honda for anybody looking to purchase a car! Mazen was extremely awesome and made the impossible happen! He was very patient and knows how to ensure that you walk off of the dealership happy and satisfied! Because of Mazen, I now own a beautiful and amazing car that I will forever be happy with it! Also, Yuriy in the finance department did an awesome job at explaining everything when it comes to financing a vehicle! Very nice people!!

Great service from these 2 gentlemen, Matesz salesman and Yuri in finance. My 19-year old bought his first car and these patient men explained the financing and helped my son understand the process. He purchased a great low mileage Hyundai Tucson. I have purchased vehicles from Ziegler in Schamburg, Sherman Dodge in Skokie and most recently Evanston Suburu and will happily return to Castle Honda for our next purchase. Great job gentlemen, highly recommended your service. Thank you once again.

Careful for used car Inspection (missed wheel bear...

Careful for used car Inspection (missed wheel bearing noise problem, no road test?)
Around 11 am on Friday, September 21, 2018, the seller and I took the 2011 civic lx to Castle Honda for a used car inspection (I have another 2014 CRV bought new there). I called before we went there and was told just come and it takes about an hour and costs $140.
Lucia Lucy Bueno was the service advisor who accommodated us.
After 12 pm, Lucy went for lunch and somebody else told us the inspection was completed. The items listed for attention are: front brakes, coolant flush, front splash shield hanging, inner liner broken on passenger side, air and cabin filter.
I purchased the civic during that weekend and went back on Monday, September 24, 2018 to Castle Honda for the suggested services. On the road when the speed is above 30 miles the road noise is so high that it sounds like humming noise inside an air plane, and after searching on youtube I guess it might be wheel bearing problem.
While they took the car in to check the humming noise, I complained to Lucy and also another service advisor Brian about how can they did not find such a mechanic problem during the used car inspection. Brian mentioned that around Castle Honda there is no highway for road test so probably they didn t test it. Then the tech staff told Lucy that it is indeed the rear right wheel bearing, and the replacement cost maybe $400.
Lucy talked to the manager inside and came back told me that they can waive the $144.30 inspection charge if I do the replacement of the wheel bearing etc using their original parts. Kudos to Lucy.
They needed to order some of the parts (front splash shield and inner liner) and I didn t have much time that day either, so they just serviced the front brakes and filters, which costs me $335.16 (btw, the previous owner later told me he did brake inspection on May 2018 at carX, air filter change on Feb 2018 at NTB). And Lucy told me when the parts came in they will call me. Today is October 1, 2018, I haven t got their call yet.

Update: On October 1, I called Castle Honda (the service advisor who answered the phone did not know about the parts or the inspection mistake) and made an appointment to service the civic on Thursday October 4. Also, I uploaded the review above when reply to Honda s email survey. On October 3, the manager of the service department, Dan, called my cell phone, and told me that it was a mistake and they admit it, but my review sent to Honda fails the service advisor Lucy, which is not what I intended.
On October 4, Brian helped me with the replacement of wheel bearing (468.17), front splash shield and liners (568.59), engine coolant flush (159.99). I paid $1143.57 after exempting the $144.30 paid for used car inspection (in total 144.30+335.16+1143.57=1623.03).
Since they did reimburse the inspection fee and also because of what the manager said, I changed the rating from 3/5 to 5/5. I hope this is helpful.

To be brutally honest, IT WAS AWFUL. I had purchased a car from out of state. After driving 4 hours to see the vehicle it was what I was looking for with a few minor issues. In discussions for the price and maintenance on the vehicle, I asked the representative to take care of a few issues (blind spot mirrors, few nicks on the body, etc) prior to picking it up. After asking the representative to take care of these issues and putting money down on the car, the rep agrees to do so upon picking it up 4 DAYS LATER. Fast forward to picking up the vehicle, this issues are still on taken care of 100% (given 4 days to do so) but they ask me to bring the vehicle 4 hours to the dealership to take care of them. Upon discussing the options, the dealership gives me no alternatives (no local dealer, auto shops, etc.) to this. All easy fixes by this dealer and it wasn't taken care of. I would highly recommend not using this dealership. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

The only thing that I can say about Castle Honda is the best experience ever. I have never gone in to a dealership were they actually listen to what you want not what they want to sell you. Mark Fisher in finance was the best and the whole experience was very painless I would recommend Castle Honda to everybody that I know. Thank you again for the great service.

This People steal your money.... They tell you one price when you walk in and when you pick up your car. The charge is more than what they told you. Service used to be good I've been going there since 2001 but now they have very bad service. NOT GOING BACK.

I went recently to Castle Honda in Morton Grove to look for a new vehicle. I was part of the Costco auto program and was referred to Castle Honda. My sales rep was Jim wheeler who is the Costco representative he went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Not only did I get a great price but I left with a good feeling and would highly recommend anybody in the market that come and ask for Jim wheeler he is extremely knowledgeable patient and honest! Really good people to do business with.

Hello At first thinking of buying a car made me ...

Hello At first thinking of buying a car made me excited. But in reality, the actual experience not so much. I started as a rude & scamming experience with Wilde East Town Honda, Madison WI (my family and myself thought they were trying to take advantage because we were bi-lingual). Then at Castle Honda I had a wonderful experience with a sales person who was bilingual as well. I told the sales person that I had a WRITTEN VERY DETAILED offer letter and we worked out a deal (I left one copy of the offer letter with my paperwork). Then my mother and I went to finance where our experience was not a lovely. When signing the forms, we were told be owed $2,000.00 more. I told them there is no way that was the original agreement, then I pulled out a copy of my offer letter.
Lesson learned, always have your agreements in writing and we went back and forth. But then the warranty question came up and that was its whole other experience. My mother got comments like, don t you want to keep you daughter safe and worry free (Honestly really . That is a low blow to any mother hearing that) or Don t drive over 100 miles an hour (Honestly is the car going to fall apart here I questioned Honda s might not be as reliable). An experience that was supposed to be exciting and fun was more impolite, suspicious, and thoughtless.

Bought both of our Hondas from another well known dealer, however, we've recently discovered this gem. We've been taking both our Odyssey and CRV here for service for the last year and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I feel that they genuinely care about our safety and our pocketbooks. If there is something that is a safety issue, they'll recommend fixing. If there is something that is recommended, but optional, they explain that clearly and do not pressure you to add on the work. Scheduling is easy, the Wi-Fi is solid, and the waiting area is nice.
I look forward to visiting this place because the people are so nice. Ask for Mr. Martin, the service manager, and he'll make sure you are well taken care of by his team.

Highly recommend advisor Faisal Asghar at Castle Honda. He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and answered to all of my questions. Im a woman and know nothing about cars.... thanks to him for the professional attitude and understanding!

Castle Honda service team are very fast and fixed my vehicle for about an hour!!!

Sorry to mention but the supervisor on duty was very unpleasant person- mean to his team in front of the clients, and mean to clients as well. He tried to put customers with appointment for 6pm in front of me. I was scheduled for 5:30pm. Thanks to the loyal client and rest of the Honda stuff to tell him I arrived first. He was totally lost trying to control without knowing what s going on.

However, I will definitely go back to Castle service because of the team advisor- mechanic that was very kind and helpful to me! Thank you!!

This was my first time financing a car and let me tell u it was a great experience...Lana Khatan was excellent if I could give her more then five stars I would...I give her a 10 she was good with providing details of the car that I wanted and she made me feel pretty much at home and comfortable very easy to talk to. The process was also fast didn't take all day. I definitely recommend Castle Honda...I'm Happy with my purchase thanks Lana Khatan and Castle Honda

I honestly hate going to purchase vehicles because the sales people are vultures and buzzards and trust me that s a understatement. But luckily I came across NORA AND HARRIS, a real cute and sweet mother and son duo lol. They made my experience very peaceful and beneficial to me and my circumstances. They helped me out a lot with a personal issue that I had and no other dealership would help me unless I had a substantial down payment but these two really don t go above and beyond. This is just a review but if you want the real deal make sure you go to Castle Honda and ask for Nora and Harris.

They sell used cars that are faulty and broke down. They promise to fix it after you purchase. Once the payment is exchanged they will forget about it and lie and say car comes as is. Worst dealership of Honda in Illinois. The general manager himself has attitude problems.

The price he quoted me over the phone is what I paid for the vehicle. He addressed all my concerns and walked me through every aspect of the vehicle. The financing process was speedy and offered me many options to best suit my needs. I highly recommend Castle Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and will return to buy my next Honda as well.

Bait and switch here. Biggest lie I've been told in a while. Hamad told me it would be $40/tire to just dismount (remove) run flat tires. When I asked about install, he said $150/tire. He knew these were run flats. When I got there, he said it was $79/tire and said he wasn't aware they were run flats. So he thinks it's ok to charge $200/tire to just remove and install standard tires? It usually costs 30-45 per tire to remove and replace. He's asking for a 400% mark up. Please avoid their service. Worst people I've ever dealt with.

Check engine came on so i took my car to castle honda. Walked in service door four gentlemen looked up at me then looked away. No sign shows where to check in so after a few seconds i yelled out can someone help me. They looked all so miserable except one big beautiful smile. Hammad was about to go to lunch but did help me. He asked one of his co workers to help so he can go to lunch the co worker said no. No team work. No smiles Hammad was the only one not to appear miserable! My car hasnt even checked in yet!
Hammad is the only reason i gave 3 stars and not just 1 just based on customer service!

Avoid Mike Afanasyev at all cost. This guy was extremely rude, clearly doesnt know how to interact with clients. I received a quote from another dealership and Mike said he will beat it. When I arrived, he not only won t beat it but he tried to charge me $1k additional. He was rude And intimidating the whole time throughout our conversation. He definitely doesnt know how to interact with clients. Maybe thats why he s the so called internet manager . My family had made three purchases from this dealership in the past and all the salesperson we dealt with had been friendly. We will not be going back because of our experience with Mike.
