After thorough research,we have recently purchase a 2013 BMW 3 from the dealership. Oscar was our sales person. He was very helpful ,nice and and did a great job making us feel very comfortable during the process.

I wanted to buy a mini cooper S 2012, about a month ago.
We drove about 1 hours the price on the website was $4995, when I get there is was $5895 - the "online discount bonus" the price ended being $7500.
We desided to move into another car we negotiate it for $7000.
I put a deposit, I come back the next day to finalize the paperwork the final price once again end up being more $9795, it was suppose to be financing on 2 years and once again they change everything.
It would have been 5 years with a 20% interest..
I stop the process right away. Today I am waiting to get my refund back.
All the time I call the owner, the manger or the salesman is never here.

This company is a fraud, the salespersons are scammers!!! Run away from them they will robbed you!!!!!

Will not recommend the cars they sell is like all make up. Terrible. Look else where if you re not trying to get scammed.

I came into the dealership with a set budget and Justice, my car dealer, showed me a car under my budget with a better value than I saw at other dealership. While I was trying to negotiate on a deal Justice was very realistic, forth coming, and patient with me. I saw a Toyota camry for 10K. In spite of reading reviews about them, I wanted to give a benefit of doubt to them, I called 3 different times, and 3 different sales people confirmed that the car is available. I confirmed that with a chat session on Face Book. Before I started from my house, again I called and said I am driving for 2 hours and requested them to be courteous to my time and effort, They said the car is available at the same price. I drove for 2 hours.
They said the car is not available. I got so frustrated. The sales man said I have to talk like a man, I told him that the dealership should treat others as a man to behave like a man, Then sales manager came and said the car had some painting issues and it is in mechanic shop. Since the dealership is putting more money the car cannot be sold at the same price I requested him to drive me to the mechanic shop to see the car. The manager asked the sales person to drive me to the mechanic shop. The salesman said he will get some paper work before we drive there. In next 5 minutes, he comes back and says that the mechanic shop is closed. This shop is a complete scam and full of scam artists. I do not see how they can get so many 5 star ratings. I think all these ratings are cooked up. Hope this review helps and saves your time. No one should give any benefit of doubt to them as I did. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

I want to give NEGATIVE stars to them. They do not have any courtesy to their customers and they do not seem to feel sorry about it. I do know know how they can sleep on this unethical business and how they are doing business without state and local agencies not investigating their business practice. My wife and I have had many terrible experiences buying autos in the past. This was by far the easiest, quickest, and most low pressure car buying experience ever. Oscar found the exact Nissan Altima we wanted at the best price. There was ZERO pressure during the quickest closing process ever.

I must say, everyone there treated me with respect and did not give me a run around speech. They were very interested in my needs and what i wanted. I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250 from this dealership about 3 years ago. The price advertised online is $3000-4000 below actual value because you have to qualify for discounts (veteran, recent grad, etc). The cars they have listed online are not available in the dealership so they manipulate you into buying another car.

I noticed from their IS's, the ones that came in, they always had some kind of damage or improper use. The one I bought had only 10K miles, it was like new, essentially. I looked around the car, there was no damage, they advertise CarFax "1 owner, no accident". However, after the purchase, I realized the rear quarter panel was all repainted. Recently, the clear coat started breaking down because they used a really cheap body shop to repair the damage. I have to pay $1000+ nearly 3 years later to get it fixed. On top of that, when I left the dealership / test drove the car, it had a low pressure tire which they did not fix. They tried and made it worse, I took it to Newark that week and paid $15 to get it fixed.

There is 10000% something wrong with ALL of their cars. They buy it from auction damaged / repossessed vehicles. They repair them in a very poor manner, just enough that you don't notice the damage until after. Just use my example, I bought a car with ONLY 10,000 miles, still SMELLED brand new.. and the rear quarter panel was completely painted and I missed it unfortunately.

Bait and switch tactics. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Called at 10:45, received confirmation that several of the cars we were looking at were there and available. Arrived before 1pm to be told that they "had an issue" with all 7 of the cars on their website and had to send them back. Tried to show us cars $4k+ over our budget. Sign at the entrance says masks required yet receptionists and several sales people did not have masks on. Don't waste your time with this place - complet scam.

Bad bad service .No reliable. They dont tell truth information. I confirm with them . They told me the car is available in there shop. I drive 2 hours to get there. They ask all information do all the paper works from me them . They told me they can't find the car. The car is not in there shop . bad service . Wast my time. Wast my all day.

From the moment that my girlfriend and I stepped into this dealership we were treated with honesty and respect. sometimes you worry that the dealer your going to deal with is going to be some type of money hungry shark, but not at this place. These guys deal with some many people from so many financial levels and I am telling you it doesnt matter if you make $15,000 or $150,000 a year. These guys are going to take care of you to the best of their ability.
My girl came here looking for a old model Nissan she saw online for about $10,000 within an hour our dealer (Steve) made us a deal on a brand new Passat that it was almost to good to be true. From the get go he said dont worry I am going to take care of you guys and we trusted him. He kept his word at every turn. These guys are the real deal and my experience with them will stay with me and my girl for life. I would personally recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Worst Scam ever.(Nissan Altima 2012)
They sell you a car saying it is serviced fully and Just in a month the car starts making noise, the breaks start making squeaking noise, the trunk door doesn't open, the fuel tank door doesn't open even they don't clear the car DMV inspection.
And when you go for Service for the above-mentioned issues they say we will do it for free and then when you go to pick up your car they say you have to pay.
The Service Manager is very rude and Naive.
The salesperson who sold the car to us doesn't bother at all.

Bait and Switch! I have been watching an internet advertisement for a month Listed for 55k, called and was told the car was still available. I asked some questions and ended the call. I was searching another car site and the exact same car was listed for 62k same miles same vin# So call Again to confirm that the care was listed for sale for 55k? They said yes it was, made a appointment to see it and test drive it, 30 minuets later I show up to see the car and magically it s sold and no longer on the lot, how ever, the exact same care was available for 62k! These guys are complete scam artists! I will almost guarantee that these positive posts are fake! Posted by the sales guys, or a contract internet image company!

Don t bother speaking to Lisa- she will tell you the car you want is available, no matter what. I specifically asked her to have a salesman ready to show me the car in half an hour. Of course the car we wanted wasn t available. They had us walking around the lot in 90 degree weather, following around a clueless salesman, looking for the car, which wasn t even there. When we complained to the manager, he said he didn t mind loosing us as customers because five more would walk in right behind us!! BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT DESERVES IT!!!

Wasted our entire day. Tried get us to sign onto a deal $3000 higher than agreed upon. They also tried to get us to help commit bank fraud. Skeevy doesn't even begin to describe this place.

Our salesman Denny made the purchase of our toyota quick and painless and was great to work with. I look forward to dealing with him again. Lilia in finance covered all our finance and warranty options in detail so we could make the right choices for us. It was a great experience overall.

First off, you pull into the dealer and the grass is unkept and weeds are growing in the sidewalks. Then, you walk in and the salesmens desks are hidden next to columns and large cars. We came after finding a car online that we were interested in and had set up an appointment to come in and see it. Well we get there and the person online only sets up appointments and was not a salesman. We talk to an actual salesman and it turns out they did not have the car we made an appointment to see. Made up something about getting it within the day or so and gave us 1k off very quickly. We walked out.

On the CarGuru website there was a used car for sale located under this dealer.,The car is a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C Class C300 4 Matic with 42,293 miles for $13,984. We went to the above dealer with an intention to purchase the car. We were surprised and shocked to find out that the price on the website is not the correct price. Since I am not a college student or not in military or not a loyalty member I had to pay $2,535 more. So the final sale price of the above car was raised to $16,519 from $13,984. This kind of practice should not be encouraged. We traveled a long distance to meet the dealer to purchase the car for $13,984.
We requested some time to finalize the deal and had to pay a deposit of $500 to hold the car for one week. The deposit is non refundable if we do not inform them within a week.
We traveled back within a week and said that we would like to purchase the car. After waiting for half an hour, the sales person approached us and informed that they do not have the title of the car so the car is not available for sale. That is ridiculous and very unethical. We returned home without the car.

This place runs a total scam. As others have said, the online price is only good if financing and CCG, veteran, etc.

For example, I was looking at a car advertised at 31,000. I read the reviews and called to find out cash price. After going around and around, the guy finally told me it would be 34,000. What a joke.

Fortunately I'm certain this behavior is not sustainable and one day they will clean up their act or will no longer be in business.

I spend $45.000 in a car that they dont have motor oil , no brakes at all, the car dash was like a christmas tree with the many faulty code alerts lights.

Tried to sell us a car which had obvious body damage and engine had burning fuel smell from the outside with worse when inside the car. Second car also had a rough engine on idle with a broken mirror. Kept us waiting and in the dark most of the time. Told them the exact cars we wanted to see up front and kept pushing us to different brands and models. Can't recommend anyone to this place, specially first time buyers. Not endorsing anyone but we also took a test drive at NJ State Auto Auction and their sales staff are very nice and not pushy. They respect your position and your needs. We did not end up buying a car from them but I'd highly recommend them over 21st Century any time.

Bunch of frauds

Went last month and picked up 2 vehicles (truck and a car). Traded in 2 fully paid up vehicles. My husband and I were very particular that we wanted a monthly payment of $350, but then with some coaxing we agreed for $365 a month as the payment. After waiting 7 hours in the dealership, the finance guy shows us so much attitude the we were signing the paperwork. When I picked up the paperwork for the 1st car, he tells me to put in back in the envelope and not to confuse with the second car's paperwork. I was insulted, but kept my mouth shut. Then he hurriedly got the 2nd vehicle paperwork signed from my husband and hurriedly put in it the envelope, and shook our hands. 3 weeks later we get our billing statements from 2 different financial companies and the payments for the vehicles adds un pt $414. You can imagine how outraged we were. If this is how low they have to go into tricking people to sign, then they shouldn't be in this business. To make things worse, they still haven't fixed appointments to remove couple of dents in the vehicles which they promised. They gave us the vehicle key completely scotch-taped and when we reached home and removed the tape, we saw that the manual (valet) key was missing and they said they can't do anything about it. I have owned 9 cars so far and this is the first time I am dealing with low class frauds like this. Two of our family friends that I recommended to go to this dealership and backed away after they heard our experience. It is not enough if you sell high end vehicles...act like it too - CLASSY.

I must say when I first walked into this place I thought I would walk out quickly. Instead the great salesman that handled all my needs Manny kept me there. After 2 hours I bought myself a Maserati. Great price and very clean car. I can't say enough how Manny handled me with great customer service skills. Thank you Manny and Diego! You guys were exceptional!

I like to say that I was nervous before going there. I thought I would be pressure or would feel overwhealmed. However they truly want to help you achieve your goal and take in consideration your needs and your worries.
