The staff is rude. I completely get that there are rules and protocol to follow but they are very in personable and unsympathetic. They are supposed to hemo women who have been through trauma and all they do is stress them out more. I do not recommend this place if you dont have to go. And they kick women and their kids out from 8 to 12 in the TEXAS SUMMER HEAT!

The coordinator is extremely rude. I escorted a friend to the shelter to take care of things. The coordinator arrived an hour late to the appointment, upon arrival the coordinator did not speak/greet the friend in need, the coordinator moved extremely slow and appeared to purposely try to delay procedures and steps to take get the friend into her home before the leasing office closed. We arrived to the leasing office 20 minutes before their closing. A 20 minute process turned into a 2 hour & 40 minute visit to the shelter. In my opinion the service that a friend in crisis received today is not a good reflection on our city & how we treat our Veterans & residents.

Excellent resources & services for the homeless and otherwise needy I've been graced with Total move in costs, case management and complete follow-ups.
I'm proud to work with the counsellors & case managers. They rate 6 stars on the 1 to 5 scale
