Overall outstanding experience with my first car purchase in over 14 years! After searching for over a month for a specific configuration of ML350, we finally found the perfect vehicle at 21st century auto group and we selecting this vehicle from this dealership. I was personally visited by the general manager during my wait for the paperwork to be completed and was delivered the vehicle at the exact price that was agreed. It was in perfect condition with a fresh detail! There was no haggling or additional fees other than the finance office trying to sell me an extended warranty and pre-paid service which was easy to decline. The 21st century auto group team made me a believer in the their product! I cannot more highly recommend them.

Staff is very professional, efficient and courteous, also, the showroom is beautiful.

The 5 stars for Oscar and Karina. We walked in to test drive a car. Oscar was extremely knowledgable on all of the models and features, but most importantly he was patient as we worked numbers and were making our decision. He was sitting with us going over all of the details of the car and how to use different features, again staying past close to make sure we were comfortable driving away. His priority was making us satisfied customers over everything else. Financial process was super smooth (thank you Karina)

obvious bait and sell technique. We called 10 minutes before and they told us the car is available. When we got there, they told us the car is no longer availavle due to inspection failure. The worst dealer I have ever been to. STAY AWAY

The experience at 21 auto group was a great one. From the sales associate, Osacr, to the manager was easy to work with. Very competitive with prices and knowledgeable to all aspects of the sale. No hassle to buy as I went to the dealership three times. Was able to find the car I wanted at a fair price.

THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR A CAR... I bought a bmw from there and 2 months later i have an oil leak and my idrive went.. and they wont help me with anything.. And i put warranty on my car months later they say it didnt fully go through yet...So i had to comer out of pocket to fix my oil leak .. SMFH worst place to shop for a car...

I went there not decided on what to buy, but I was pretty much focused on BMWs. I was greeted and served by Jeremy. A great salesman that led me around and let me take my time exploring each and every car I was interested in. He also introduced me to a beautiful Mercedes C250 coupe that caught my attention and we closed the deal in no time.

After driving the Mercedes for a day (I really liked that car!) I still felt like I might need a notch up to a BMW 5 series. Back to Jeremy the next day and there you go, a 5 series that I was looking for was right there and in a few minutes it was ready and running outside and the paper work was all adjusted and updated in no time.

Thanks to Jeremy and the great team of people working at 21st Century. I guess I finally found myself a permanent dealer.

This dealership has an exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff. From the front desk to the sales staff, everyone was very kind and honest. As a female going into a car dealership, there is always that fear that sales people will try and take advantage of you. Not at 21st century auto group. I had been to several different dealerships and was beyond frustrated with the car buying process. My bank set me up with 21st century auto group and got me in the car I wanted with an awesome deal! DIego was very helpful and very quick to respond to all my messages and answered all my questions thoroughly. The service I received at this dealership exceeded my expectations and restored my opinion of BMW representatives. After shopping for several days I started at this dealership very frustrated. We discussed all the details over the phone and through email. The next day I went in to test drive the car and was out of there within two hours. I wish I would've started here and not wasted my time at the other dealerships. Thank you 21 auto group team!

I spoke to the owner and by the looks of it he reads every single bad review he tells me "go ahead bash me on the internet I don't care" after SELLING ME a car claiming it had certain features only to find out that it didn't! I put 3k down on a car and disputed 1K with my bank and WON so take that! Just stopping by to RUB that in LOL

Second car in 2 years and super happy with Diego who once again made the transaction very smooth. We talked the details, walked in and signed a few papers and the car was ready to take home. Beautiful! Finance process was fast with Carina.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED DEALER - seriously! I called twice and they called me once to confirm appointment to purchase a 2014 Maserati Q4 listed on their website (6 of them). I confirmed the price and asked if they are any "other" charges. She said what you see is what you get. Now after taking a day off for myself and my wife, we went there to find out:\
a) the price is not the price and there are TONS of add on "rebates" built into the price that obviously you can't qualify like Military AND a student etc.
b) That price on the internet even if point above was qualified would ONLY be with there finance (because they make money off it as well).
c) The customer service person didn't know that (above)!!!... which I think is a lie as they just want you to come in.
d) The "manager" admitted that they do this just to lure you in and the lower internet price is not valid and they know it since "you" all shop online!!! Incidentally, the price jumped by $3K
e) The 6 cars dwindled to 3 cars. Said that what's on THEIR website is not updated.
f) The clean CARFAX is a sham - I enlisted the services of a professional to do a check for the cars I was interested in and he found out that ALL cars had been painted and fixed. Some body work was so shabby and obvious. The salesman looked at it and acted surprised though it was clearly visible to a naked eye.
g) They try to do a classic bait-and-switch with you.
h) When I left the dealership, the manager ran out to me to lure me in again trying to make a deal. When we tried meeting him halfway, he said we got a deal! Then 5 min later after talking to the "owner" backed out of the deal saying the owner refused the deal the manager made!!!

I can keep going on and on... They have no morals or scruples, are sleazy in dealing and a chop shop!! This is the stuff the movies are made off! I never thought in this day and age any business would deal like this. Seriously people save the headache , heartache and the feeling that you need to take a shower right after dealing with them just to cleanse yourself.

The team here is wonderful. It was a pleasure to working with Diego and Lily. They both took the time and listened to what I was looking for and searched to find the color, and trim, and pricing for the vehicle I was looking for. It was a fantastic experience, I previously had a bad experience else where and they we attentive to all of my concerns and changed my thinking and experience around to a great one. As a business owner I really understand having staff that are an extension of you. I would say that everyone I dealt with at 21st Century Auto Group made it a pleasure. A year ago we we browsing for a new car. Oscar was accommodating and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy salesman. It was nearly a year but we remembered him and wanted to work with him again. I think the experience has been as enjoyable as driving our Jaguar.

Bought a Audi A4 for my mother in law. Greta dealer. Justice, Gary and Karina were all fantastic. They spent time with my wife and I going over the car picking the options etc. No pressure during the sale process, we had our infant with us who started to melt down. They didnt play any of the what can i do to put you in the car today games. We finalized the deal over the phone. Could not have been a better team.

The worse dealer ever. These people are not reasonable and honest. I call to try to take my car back and have them take a look since after one month of getting the car the check engine came on and then the car wouldn't start, they said they will call me back with an appointment and nothing happen, so irresponsible after you buy the car they do not want to know anything. I have not seen anything so slanderous.

Mario was my salesman. He was courteous, patient and transparent! He made the whole car buying process pleasant. My husband was pleased with the process....no pressure! This dealer offers a nice selection of automobiles.

This place is so damn! If you are new to buy a car please don't go there. These people will make you wreck, that's a promise.
1. Thinking the price you will negotiate the price you will pay? You must be a day dreamer for this case in here. They will add prices after you negotiated final price. Some of the fees you won't have no idea cuz they wouldn't tell you. You will see the surprising price added only if you see the bill when signing. And worse part is they won't offer you to read or tell you what you are signing for. You may be trusting them at this point and thinking I'm going to get a copy anyway. You are Wrong. They will give you copy but not right away, only by mail. About 30 days when will receive and see it, there's nothing you can do.
2. Want to finalize but Don t want extended warranty? Doesn t matter. If you finalize the car, They will kind of force you to get extended warranty which they will tell you from your manufacturer company but you will freak out when you will see the contact paper once you get it by mail. Guess what. Is from third party.
3. Want to cancel the extended warranty? If you feel that you don t really need extended warranty. So cancel it. Well. When you call them and ask to cancel it , they will tell you within 10 you could. But how do you know? You didn t even get your copy within 10 days. So pretty haah!
4. Expecting the best financial offer? You gotta be kidding. Even you will be told so. But the worse of the worse one you are getting with 800+ credit score.

Buying a car that fits your needs, your wants and your budget is not a simple task and I got kind of worn out trying to tie together all the pieces.
Luckily for me I have stumbled upon the 21st Century Auto Group webpage.. It showed a very liberally priced pre-owned AWD vehicle that
seemed to come close to all my requirements. I decided to stop by and first thought that I was in the wrong place, so opulent was the showroom ,
splendidly designed, all filled with the fanciest expensive cars, very comfortable waiting areas, and so on. I was greeted with a lovely receptionist who immediately
got in touch with sales people and introduced me to the Sales Representative Johan D. He turned out to be a very knowledgeable, attentively listening person
who guided me in a very professional manner through all intricacies of a car buying process. I also want to point out how helpful was the Sales Manager Jeff who did
everything in his capacity to keep the process moving smoothly forward. His boss, Vadim, (I didn t know what his position was called but it looked like he was the top
gun there) also helped to finalize the deal. Finally I had a very productive discussion with the Company s Financial Officer Boris who showed me the various ways of
financing my purchase, and that was it. An hour later I was exiting this company s parking lot behind the wheel of my new pre-owned Honda CR-V still savoring all
attention and hospitality I got as if I were a hot shot Lamborghini s buyer.

If you are in NYC and thinking of buying a used car. STAY AWAY! from this place. Total bait and switch on me. Looked on line at a vehicle and called to make a specific appointment and referenced their stock #. I told them I didn't have much time so please have the car ready. Arrived not only was the car not ready, but they "didn't have it". Attempted to sell me a "better one" instead that didn't match my needs. 2 weeks later the car is still listed on their site

I was looking for used 2014 Lexus IS 350 and I had a great experience here. I went in for this specific car I had seen online. The sales person, Oscar, was very helpful, not pushy and patient. The finance person was also very straight forward and honest, which is rare to find at any car dealership. Definitely will recommend.

Waste of time, I called ahead to confirm price and availability, then drove for an hour just to find out the vehicle is in service (which I do not believe, they list them for a clickbait) they did not have anything similarly priced, told me will contact once vehicle comes from service. After a week I still see the car listed so I call and same story, they say they have it, say I can come and test drive. I asked to speak to a sales person and explain him my experience, asked him to double check and guess what, vehicle is still in service. I suggest them to remove the misleading add. After a few weeks I see the same add and after I call them and go through exactly same process, sales person tells me they sold it. All I know is they never had that car, at least at listed price

Beware!!!! Price online is not what your going to pay.. What a waste of time. They were selling a car for $25999. By the time I sat down it was at 28,999 because I wasn t in school and didn t have military background and never bought a car from them.. Don t waste your time. If this is how it starts when you walk in the door good luck when you have a problem with the car like other people are talking about.. They like to SCAM people.. STAY FAR AWAY

As indecisive as I am, and with a specific budget in mind, it took me 3 visits to finally decide to purchase a car. Diego was helpful every step of the way, keeping in touch and not giving up until I got exactly what I wanted. Nick is definitely the go to guy here. I came in just looking. Was split between the chevy camaro and the mercedes benz S500 and he didn't let me leave until we found the right car at the right price for me. Good experience.

WARNING.....fully check cars before you buy. Especially if car has no warrantee. I almost bought a mercedes benz with the AC not working in the middle of summer. There was no power to the AC system at all, hence electrical problem. Supposedly car was checked. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ..I was left wondering what else was missed. I was so confident about the car and the dealer from all the positive reviews that I drove 55 miles to check it out. I had finished negotiating with finance guy Diego and I was ready to pay until I decided to test drive and discovered problem. I even filed up the tank with gas totaling $60 since there wasn't enough for test drive and I was confident I'll be taking car home. General manager REFUSED to refund my gas money which was very unprofessional since I had good reasons to not want the car. He even suggested I pump the gas out myself if I want it. VERY rude.! Obviously they gonna be using the gas to run car. But I kept my cool because I felt relieved that I just dodged a bullet with potential electrical problems with a car just out of warrantee. Good luck if you choose to go over there. ..I hope your experience will be better than mine. ...CHECK THE CAR thouroughly..and DON'T put gas yourself until sell is finalized. ...I should've made them put gas themselves for my test drive. Don't repeat my mistakes....GOOD LUCK. ..I hope my review helps.

This is my third luxury car, first with 21st auto. When they say VIP, they truly treat you like VIP. Great deals and will work with you. The extra perks don t hurt either.

I will not recommend this place to anyone because they tell you that they have the car when you call them but when you get there that car was either send back or sold but it still online so please be aware!!!!!!

Slimey place with horrible, bait-and-switch business practices. They put cars they don't have online and then when you show up to look at them, they're actually post-accident cars they bought at auction.

One person wrote: If I could give this place a no stars, I would. I bought about 9 cars in my lifetime and I never met more dishonest sales people in my life. One reason being is after inquiring about a vehicle I was serious about buying, they told me the vehicle was in stock. Then I received about 5 phone calls from a sales rep within 3 days stating when will I be coming in. So I made the effort to drive 2 hrs to come to 21 Century. When I got there they told me there were hidden fees to get the online price. These hidden fees equaled to $4,000 yes $4k. Then to top it off the car wasn t even in stock apparently they sold it a month ago. Not to mention after a month I still see the car online stating it s still for sale. They tried selling me other cars that were the same make and model for more money when the car had 20,000 miles more. I never met such Dishonest Sales Managers and Sales Reps in all my years of buying cars. Their sales tactics are absolutely the most unethical I have ever witnessed. I went to buy the car in the photo in December and it s still online one month later just to lure customers in. BUYERS BEWARE !
Not to mention you must finance with the company of their choice because the sales rep told me they get kickbacks. .

This must be the standard operation procedure at this dealership. Otherwise, how would anyone have a story that is so similar in every way. Classic bait and switch folks.. stay the hell away from these crooks!

I went to the 21 Century auto expecting to get a vehicle but wasn't sure what exactly i wanted. My salesman Jhon took the time to give me all of the options.
