Very good prices on vehicles that were in good shape and condition. I purchased a 2011 ML-350. I was assisted by Johan D. He was very helpful and patient, and I was extremely pleased by the way he handled my budget concerns. My only issue is that my car could have been better detailed prior to my arrival; it was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. Overall Johan was a excellent sales person and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Johan to others who plan on making a purchase at 21st Century Auto.

I was looking for a luxury Mercedes-Benz SUV, which would not be too big and give good value for the money. I ended up buying a MB ml-class , largely thanks to Diego. Diego was genuinely interested in selling me the car that would satisfy my requirements. At the same time he was polite, relaxed and not pushy. He was also able to provide technical information I asked about and was pleasant to work with.

Shaq was informative and straightforward. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several vehicles that would fit my wants and needs. No pressure and best of all no hidden costs. The entire process from start to finish was so quick and easy.
This place is horrendous. Bait & switch is done to perfection. I spent five minutes there & could see it was a scam outfit. I question any of these five star reviews I think they put them on themselves or perhaps have the employees do it. They clearly have a great many unhappy people writing how bad they are. If after reading all these bad reviews you still deal with them you deserve what you get.
They have great prices and awesome vehicles but I think they charge you an additional $2500 dealer or something fee to maybe prinkle the car with gold because none of the other dealers charge this fee for that amount. The most I've seen is a dealer prep fee for about ~500.
Worst Experience and worse sales representative ever. Whatever your car is, good or bad, I am purchasing a car not beg you to sell me a car. First of all you don't know how to treat a customer. I met a sales representative called Lawrence, I asked him twice, Is the car at the same rate of what is shown online and No dealership fee? With his half knowledge he agreed on everything. When I finalized the Car he said he needs to confirm with his manager. I ask him to allow me to talk to his manager, I waited for almost an hour and didn't get response from anyone. Finally I asked them to direct me to the office of dealership Manager, I complained there and finally a guy named Diago visited me to solve the issue. I asked him same, Are there any extra charges apart from the price shown online? He said few charges are as shown here and it was all hidden charges he came up then after when I was about to finalize on Car. I was in need of a car as I had to go to Chicago since my job was starting in two days. So finally I bought the Car with high price but he treated me and my friends as if he was giving it away in free. I am buying a Car no matter big or small and I am buying a service from you against of the price you quoted so you are bound to keep your customers happy. If you can't just shut down your store and start begging on the streets.
I've purchased quite a few cars over the years. My last one was chevrolet Tahoe 2016 and its the best car for me! Probably my best experience to date. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family which I have already done. Tried to buy the 2014 GTR black with red leather told them I was out of state and had 800 credit score with 20k down just needed them to help send out the paper work... they said they dont do that and that I would have to come up there.... its a 20hr drive.... I told them that I could send them a check and then have the car shipped...the sales guy still said NO that they are not interested ...price on the GTR was 59xxx car jumped up to 62995... Something is off about this dealership ... Most dealerships would be all over a 800 credit score customer with 20k down...
This place is very sketchy and not welcoming ! I walked in tonight to my surprise the lady on the phone said to ask for her when i got there there wasn t anyone working at this location by that name let alone the safety was aweful ! More then ten people were in store and only a few customers were wearing masks. One would pounder why they weren t wearing masks during the time of covid and there are signs stating to wear a mask this was very alarming i left because i didn t feel safe as no one was wearing masks even the sales person wasn t wearing one and sat very close also they told me something completely different on the phone verses when arriving they asked me how much to put down before i even saw or drove the car do not i repeat go to this people do not !!! It s a health hazard at this time. How can this please tell you go wear gloves and a mask and they arnt !!!!! Very very disappointing and not safe all around.

I came in with my boyfriend to find him a new car after it was in an accident. He was really uspet because he had that car since he got his license. However it was time that he got himself a new car because that one was so old already. After driving by 21st Century Auto Group various times, I mentioned to him that we should try stopping by there first as we started our car shopping experience. The minute we walked in we were greeted by the friendly receptionist and met with Brian. He was very pleasant and showed us the wide range of inventory. We finally decided on the Lexus GX and my boyfriend chose to buy it on the spot! We filled out the paperwork with Brian and were out in no time! My daughter was interested in purchasing a newer vehicle. She originally did some online research and came across a wide selection of vehicles at 21st Centiry Auto Group she was interested in. Upon arrival the staff was very courteous. We eventually ended up working with Justice Hodges. Since this was a new experience for my daughter, I simply coached her on how to handle the purchase of a car. However, Justice was unlike any other salesman I/we had worked with in the past. He took his time with my daughter and explained the pricing and what she could expect as far as payments. He was tactful but not forceful and he made the whole experience very pleasant for her. I was so amazed with his professionalism we have recommended other family members to Justice's attention at 21st Century Auto Group. They have very high quality used vehicles at great prices. Although I am not in the market for a car at this time, when I do start looking I will definitely look at 21st Century and very much look forward to working with Justice again. Amazing customer service with Shaquille mcdonald, I just bought a 2017 Mercedes Bens c43 amg. They gave an amazing price compared to other dealerships near and far. Coming here in a few months to get a car for my mom.
I take my son over an hour away to look at a 2017 Nissan Altima SV for $10,985. He had called earlier to confirm the car was there and he was coming to test drive it. We get there and the car is nowhere to be found. We look around the lot and we see other Altimas but they all had the MSRP on the cars which were all used. This is not a new car dealer so why do they have what car cost when it was new??? We talk to a salesman inside who seemed new and he takes us outside to look for the car that wasn't there. He asked if we liked anything else but why would we like anything when you don't know the real price? We go back inside and speak to one of the mgrs at the big table and he says we have plenty of Altimas, but not the one we wanted. We ask about the prices and he says pick one out and I'll give you all the info on it. I've NEVER had this kind of experience at a used car lot. Then we find out to get the so called advertised internet price on a car they didn't even have you have to meet all these requirements to be eligible for "their" rebates. Such as recent college grad, loyalty customer and active military or veteran. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The disclaimer is ONLY listed on the main page of the site and not the actual page of the car you're looking at so you are blindsided and in my opinion false advertising. Buyer beware! Don't believe the hype aka "fine print". When I asked the salesman if it made sense to put the MSRP on a used car he said don't ask me sir I just work here. At least he was polite smh! Oh and the general mgr got ignorant with my son trying push another car and never offered a reason why they didn't have the car we came to see other than to say it may have gone back to the auction.

Turn around and run! Cars listed on internet are bait and switch.......they dont have most of them. I can live with car shopping and showing up and them not having it, but, I called and asked for the specific 435I that was almost $10,000 under market, and they told me it was there........show up.....no such car......thats infuriating! BS.....think twice?

HUGE waste of time!! 60% of the cars that are posted as available online on their website as well as others DO NOT EXIST!! They will tell you the cars are available when you call, but when you get there they will come up with some bogus reason(s) why they are not there or they can't sell them to you (e.g. didn't pass inspection, engine leak, didn't update the inventory, blah, blah, blah, whatever). In addition, the prices advertised on their website for the cars they DO have contain hidden fees attached to conditions (e.g recent college grad, repeat customer (WHAT??)) -- none of which we were made aware of until AFTER the test drive and AFTER we had already spent 90 mins in the dealership with two kids under 5 years old.
This is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH scam and huge waste of time for anyone expecting and honest and transparent auto sales experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Upon entering the premises I was met by a gentleman named John. He could not have been more helpful. He was very professional.....answered all my questions and concerns. He was helpful without being over-bearing and intrusive.
With John was very good to work with during the purchase of a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, made recommendations based on his experience and answered all of our questions. From the second i walked in with the intentions of buying a car until today i have been met with really nice receptionist but horrible sales people. Usually dealerships will make sure the car is in top working order before they try to resell it but this place sold me a car with a half dead battery which is a simple thing that should have been checked the second they got the car and replaced. I would have been happier to pay the price i did if the battery was new and didn't die on me a week after i bought the car and then being told by the sales person that it was my fault the battery died was rude and nonfactual. Their follow up is horrible. I have been waiting for a call for over a month regarding my registration status and if i can put my plates on the car and have heard nothing and when i call no one that is available can answer any questions and they make promises to call be back in a timely matter and it has not occurred once. Over all i would never recommend this place to anyone because they are dishonest and horrible at customer care. Oh and also while i was still there purchasing the car they had me get online right there and do a positive review of them so they made sure i did it. I felt very pressured by that and it didnt sit well with me and now that i have had time and they have continued to miss handle things I am more satisfied with this review then my original one i made.

I usually don't write bad recommendations as I understand the world of business and the importance of maintaining a great-client relationship. However, I was extremely disappointed by this dealership and the way they handled me as a customer. In good faith, I originally wrote a nice review when literally being asked multiple times by one of their salesman "Tim". When I first got there, the car that was originally listed on their website with a clean carafe actually had a frame rework which was never disclosed. He proposed me another Porsche Macan which I ended up getting from them. The issue is that they failed to disclosed that the break pads were used up and needed to be replaced when I bought the car from them. Knowing I was an out of state resident, they basically lied to me saying that the brake were fine and that it was just a sensor default that they had fixed (turns out it wasn't true). Their head mechanic was also very rude when I asked them to be held accountable for the replacement of the parts and even offered to use my own mechanic to do the labor saying that I had a nice deal on the car and that I would have to pay them if I needed them to order the parts that they should've placed first before selling the car. Had they be honest and upfront in the beginning I would've certainly not bought the car at their selling price. I am not writing this to shame their business but they need to understand that poor customer service does go a long way and that you simply don't sell a car with worn out brakes to a customer just to get it out of the door. They also had all sort of hidden fees that were just absurd. So yes, I would not recommend them to anyone unless they correct such behavior and learn to treat people with integrity and respect.

I'm incredibly pleased with my experience here! Elijah and Justice worked hard to get me an incredible deal on a 2013 Passat. The experience was faster than any other car dealership I've ever been to and at no point did I feel like I was being swindled or subjected to high stakes sales tactics. Classic Bait and switch, they advertised a car that did not exist on the lot (even after i called to confirm it was there and I was assured it would be ready waiting for me, so i scheduled an appointment). Then they tried to sell me a similar car that was a year older with 13k more miles for 1500 MORE?? Don't waste your time here, go to a reputable dealer that actually knows what customer service is...
A friend had told me about this place. He had purchased a car there 2 years ago. At first, I was hesitant about buying a used car, thinking it 's gonna break done and cause me headaches and then no one will help me then. As I arrived at the dealership with my wife, I was amazed at the amount of cars they have. I looked around outside to get an idea of the shape and prices of their cars. I was shocked. I didn't believe how mint the condition of the cars were and how reasonable the prices were. I then decided to go inside with my wife to look further. WOW what a showroom! Huge! there must have been about 30-40 cars inside or more!! Great condition and plenty to choose from. We already had our mind set on getting a mercedes c230. We figured its cheap and practical. The ladies at the desk greeted us with smiles and were very polite. They got us Tony, the salesman. He sat us down and asked us questions to see what we were looking for. By the time he finished, we was able to get us a better, upgraded car for just about the same budget we came in with. We ended up getting the mercedes glk 350. This made my wife really happy. While we were finishing up the paperwork, they were detailing the car. I was amazed when i saw it outside waiting for us. It looked like a brand new car. That made me happy. I will highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank goodness i took my friends advice. I will be back again in the future.
I located a used Audi A8 online prior to calling to see if it was still available at the dealership. It was there and I happened to be free and in the area to stop in. I told them I was coming in to view it. I met my salesperson John within 2 minutes, who then helped me from then on, from the test drive to purchasing my vehicle! Didn t expect it to happen so quickly. Everything was hassle free with great customer service. I definitely was welcomed into the 21st century auto group with open arms. JUSTICE was the name of my sales person who was truly significant. It was nothing less than amazing with the way he guarantee our every need and dream of a vehicle. I was given a honest explanation of my possibilities and options, a detailed background of the vehicle and a plan that fit my budget. This dealership was welcoming and respectful as we walked in. I rode off the lot with a 2016 Nissan Rogue after a long day of Justice negotiating and seeking as many outlets as he can. After a long day it was well worth it. The finance department eases all stress and made sure I completely understood my agreement. Justice worked to infinity and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. I would suggest this dealership to anyone not only because of his thoroughness and efficiency as a salesman, but because of the energy in general. Can I just say purchasing a car has never been so stress-free and painless in my life? Went into 21st Century Auto Group with a mission to get an SUV for a great bargain. Bella Bocoum was my sales person who by the way communicated clearly and professionally. He listened to me and clearly understood what I wanted and NEEDED for the weight of my purse. He laid out options for me in moments. I only spent a little over an hour at this place because I couldn't make a choice between the 2015 Jeep Wrangler and the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
