Purchased a 2017 BMW X5 in 9/16/20. My salesman Rico went over an beyond to make sure I was happy leaving with a new vehicle. He was extremely professional, informative and patient. He truly made the process easy. I purchased a vehicle back in 2014 from 21st Auto group and my husband as well. He purchased an BMW X6 which Rico was his salesmen as well ane he was pleased. We will definitely refer friends and family as well as purchase a vehicle next year for our daughter once she turns 17. Owners are friendly and welcoming.
