I like to say that I was nervous before going there. I thought I would be pressure or would feel overwhealmed. However they truly want to help you achieve your goal and take in consideration your needs and your worries. I struggled before I visited here trying to get an honest person to help me through this process but never did. Not only did I find many someone s here at 21st century auto group but I feel lucky that I was able to be paired up with a great sales person (John) here. And the finance manager (Carina) was great at explaining everything in detail as well. Few hours later I Left there with no questions no worries and the vehicle I chose.
