Crooks! Thieves! Lots of hidden charges! I've reported them to BBB. They do not even honor the prices listed on the internet plus they ask you to pay $2500 in documentation fee. Even a Ferrari dealer doesn't charge you a $2500 documentary fee.

I asked the sales person to explain the charges and what it covers, he didn't even know what to say. Just kept saying it the dealer fee and you have to pay it.

When he knew he couldn't answer, he used the rude way out to run away from the question saying if you don't want to buy the you can leave. As if I was going to remain seated and pay 2500 in some sort of documentation fee.

The salesperson Oscar sold me my Lexus RC 3 month ago and I returned earlier this month cuz I need a larger car for my growing family. Oscar is really friendly and pleasant to spend time with. I had my children with me, and he made them feel welcome. I appreciate that Oscar is enthusiastic without being overly aggressive or pushy about the sale. He wants to get you in the right car at the right price. Thank you for good service!

This is one of those places that lure people in, advertising very good deals, but when you get there the car they've been advertising is not there ( actually it's never been there or existed) and then they try to sell you something overpriced.

I heard of 21st Century Auto Group from a friend in Philadelphia. I have been looking for a new vehicle at a reasonable price, which i was having difficulty with for a little while. I decided to make the drive up to springfield and check the dealership out. To start off the dealership itself had the the largest selection of vehicles i have ever encountered in my life. All the employees were all very welcoming, and kind. Coming into the dealership like always i had the mentality of making sure the salesman don't try to haggle me in direction where i would have to spend more money. This time it was different, i was given very reasonable prices, and taken care of by the salesman accordingly. I am very pleased with my purchase to this day, and cannot wait until my next purchase with 21st Century Auto Group

We called, inquired about a vehicle. They said they had it and asked us to make an appt. We drove two hours. When we got there they said they didn t have it. They said they use a 3rd party to answer their calls and they don t have the most updated inventory. I called the number back, they said that they would look into it and put me on hold. Then they hung up on me. Blessing in disguise, I guess because I m sure the lies would have continued.
I will never go back!

Was unsure if I d be walking out with a car or not but Mike And Oscar took care of me

Horrible experience... brought a car two weeks later the brakes started making crazy sounds brought the car back was told the brakes was fix three days later car started making the same sound... needless to say this whole brake situation went on for over three months 3 different brake changes after threatening to contact my lawyer. A manager contacted me and the brakes was fixed. A month later the brakes started making the same sound. After being completely done with theses scammers I got the brakes done else where. Now let s fast forward to a year later engine light comes on, find out it s the transmission , called all day trying to speak to someone because we brought a two year warranty we were being directed every way but the right way. So after work we decided to go directly into the dealer. Now their trying to sale us a new warranty once we refuse to buy the young lady stepped out the office to make a phone call ... another guy walks in and say you guys have to wait out of her office because she has important stuff to take care of as if we were not important. I felt extremely disrespected. One of the managers proceed to speak to my husband telling him maybe they can settle on a deal where they can pay for half of work that needs to be done. They don t even deserve 1 star. Horrible.horrible.horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't buy anything here, YET... staff was friendly and patient, eventhough there were lots of other customers there. Prices yet to be determined also. If you're planning to buy here go to their website for prices.

Called 4 times to make sure they have the car even confirmed the price of 10998 over the phone. Got there and they said car is in the shop. I read the reviews but I didn't listen don't be like me and waste gas money and most importantly time.

Chris was totally awesome. Transparent with pricing and very personable.
Special mention to Diego and Angelina who helped work out a great deal in F&I too.
Definately will consider for future vehicle needs!

It s waste of your time if you re planning to buy a car from 21 Century auto.They will add two thousand on the price listed on the website.I spoke to a sales representative before going there about the price of the car and i have emails chat with them.Sales representatives are too rude to me after showing the chat to them regarding the price of the car first they said cars are not available later they said it will not pass inspection later they said car is available
but increased the price of the car.Simply they are cheater s

The car was hit and they did a terrible job in repairing/hiding the accident which wasn't depicted on the carfax. the damn grille flew off the highway as i was driving a days after purchase. The car needed work days after purchase. It's my fault for not checking the vehicle thoroughly.

Another bait & switch by this company. Went there on a Saturday night after calling about a specific car advertised online. Confirmed it was there via phone call and made an appointment. When I got there, the car I was interested in "had transmission problems" and something about a 17 year old kid putting oil in the transmission line. When I subtly said I felt that was a load of BS, we were then shown two other cars that were more expensive, had more miles and had a lesser package than what I originally inquired about. We then had to wait outside for 30 mins while the sales rep "looked for the keys." After walking inside to find out where he was, he was chatting with other employees "waiting for a plate" and we didn't see him for another 10 mins. We left soon after that, definitely for the better.

Terrible dealer. Left a bad taste in my mouth when I pulled up and saw the white BMX X5 smoking up the whole parking lot. If I'm not mistaken the technician left the oil filter loose and caused the oil to leak.

We walked inside and they had a lot of nice cars in display. We had an appointment to see a Mercedes Benz. Aftering talking to the salesman for a few we go outside to see the car. We waited as the BMW contiuned smoking. After a minute they pulled up the completely wrong Mercedes Benz. It was the same model but not the actual car from the AD. The salesman said we must of came to the wrong dealer lol. We then showed him the online AD and acted like he doesn't know what I'm showing him. At this point I was so ready to leave but let them finishing talking. After a couple of minutes the manager came which looked like he just graduated high school. At this point I said thank you for wasting my time and left.

Recently went looking for a used BMW, this location was our third stop. Third time's the charm. Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were greeted but not pushed in any direction. (unlike our previous stops) Our sales associate, was a complete win for our car buying process. He was there to answer any questions, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The vehicle was quickly detailed while we were in the finance department. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely thorough, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They made the process painless, and actually enjoyable! 21st century auto group is the place to go for any Used Car.

these people are scammers and crooks, I drove 5 hours for a BMW with red seats and the rep Big Brianna lied and said the car was available and that she was looking at the car, however when I got there Brianna was no where to be found and someone else said the sold the car 3 weeks ago. Don't waste your time with these scammers and reading other reviews they do this often... STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

I didn t believe all the negative reviews and went ahead to purchase a car and it was total waste of time for me. I agree with all negative reviews. Please don t waste your money and time going to this place TRUST ME. FYI they are NOT a CAR DEALER, they purchase most of their cars from auction and elsewhere. BTW NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The price to buy a car for me was shown website price + $795 (College grad) + $745 (Military rebate) + $995 (customer loyalty) = $2535 (discount that I DIDN T qualify) and also add TAX and TITLE. Even If you qualify the above rebates they WILL NOT honor you as explained in one of the previous review. Even when I made an appointment a day before to test drive the car, it was parked behind 7 rows of parked cars bumper to bumper and did not make an attempt to get it out. They wouldn t let me test drive the car unless I made a deal to buy that car. Over all frustrating experience and waste of time Left without buying Audi Q3... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS place at all..

This has been the worst experience in a car dealership, they have fake advertisement and the prices are just inaccurate with their website.. You go to their website and get interested in a car and when you get there the car you interested on ((did not pass inspection)) just because they want to sell you what they want and not what you want.... On April 20th 2020, Denis Galeneco contacted me about my inquiry for a 2018 Toyota Camry SE. A few days later, I reached back to him and he informed me that the vehicle was still available. I asked on the phone if we could discuss pricing because I was in Georgia while he was in New Jersey, but he stated that pricing can only be discussed at the actual dealership. And so, on May 14th, I traveled to New Jersey to view the car. On the days leading up, I confirmed that I would be attending and he replied that he received it. On that day, I texted him that I would be a little late and he told me to come at 1:00 P.M. I said no problem. I arrived at 1:00 P.M. He was too busy to meet with me and so one of his co-workers did, instead. It turns out that the vehicle I had requested to see WASN T even available it failed an inspection that morning. Go figure? The Carfax was clean with no records of any accidents, recalls, or mechanical issues. I felt their professionalism was extremely egregious in not letting me know about the vehicle s condition until I arrived there! Denis also stated that he did not remember that I said that I was coming from Georgia (if you read other reviews, they have used this same underhanded tactic). I requested to meet with the manager and he tried to do the same bait-and-switch tactic that the co-worker did tried to sell me different cars instead. I have never been to such a terrible dealership that also tries to incur THREE rebates that you must qualify for in order to get the internet pricing. And right before I left, the co-worker in an attempt to not look like the failure of the customer service that he provided stated, nothing changes after the manager left. After reading reviews online, I was not surprised to see that others experienced this. This is the worst car-buying experience that I have ever undergone and I would like to let everyone know that they should stay away from this dealership it is clear that the cars they sell are not in the condition that they seem online. I would give this place 0 / 5 stars if I could.

Second time dealing with these gentleman for a purchase, second time for a reason: they offer great service and their prices for luxury cars cant be topped off. First purchase was a 2006 porche Cayenne about 2 years ago and this time, I purchased a 2008 Cadillac CT. I pick this dealership because they sell quality vehicles, low miles, reasonable prices and Ive dealt with salesmen here and they are honest men. I never had a problem with the staff and never had a problem with my cars that is why I chose to purchase again and probably will in the future.

I must say I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and my experience with 21st Century Auto Group was by far the best and most professional. From sales to management I was treated with honesty and nothing but respect. I purchased a Mercedes Benz hassle free at a great price. I will certainly be back as they have won my future business!!

This place has a great collection of luxury vehicles at reasonable prices. Cheaper than what you would expect. I found this place in the internet and stopped by. Andy went out of the way to help me. He had to come to work on his off day as I requested to get the car inspected by my own mechanic. No dealer would allow this, but they did.

Bait & switch
I traveled from DE to buy a car with prior appointment. After looking into the vehicle, price is $4000 more than online price apart from Document processing fees. Very rude, unprofessional sales person, Manager. Worst place to buy a car based on my experience.

I recently traveled about 3 hours north, to 21st century auto group. Gary S. could not have been more of a help to me. I came in looking for a bmw and that s exactly what i walked out with. Gary was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to provide me with all car features i requested. I couldn t have been more satisfied with this transaction. Your prices are not true, I lost my time when I went to see this vehicle. I LOST 4 hours of my expensive time. This listed prices is not the real price. The price is around 18,000 without taxes. YOU NEED TO BE DIRECT AND HONEST, MORE PROFESIONAL, PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO LOST THEIR TIME. In this advertising does NOT say about the 3 rebate (around $3,000 more that the listed price).

Very shady and unfortunately epitomize the bad stigma used car sale people have and take it to new levels. I came in willing to pay the full advertised price they were listing on Car Guru along with the only fee they originally told me they charged which is a $595 documentation fee. Then, and only then, did they say well the advertised price is only if you qualify for the additional discounts that price reflected which include if you are military, a student, and a returning customer.. Without qualifying for all of these discounts the cost was actually $2,590 additional above published price, and then of course the $595 documentation fees. Bringing the total cost for the car over $3K above published price.
When I challenged the salesman that none of this was in their advertisements and it was never brought up during our original visit where I specifically asked for any and all fees, and said I would file complaints, his only comment was I won't be the first.
Run, don't walk away from this group.

NJ Attorney General sued them in December 2013 for deceptive advertising and sales practices. Case No. UNN-C-0122-13, NJ Superior Court, Union County, Chancery Division, filed Dec. 12, 2013.

Never buy anything from them. Such a pain to buy a car from them. Cars listed on website are really good deal, but dealers will tell you the cars have been sold and ask you to buy another car. Actually the car is still available but they want to sell them for higher price. I am the example. I brought the same car listed on the website for $2000 dollar more. and then they added another $1850 on my final payment. It has been two month since i bought the car. And they still hold my registration and plate. Because dealer said I didn't pay the downpayment which is not true. I mailed a official bank check with overnight mail service, the dealer received it, and they lost it a week later. How can they lost a bank check??? Now they want me to pay them again!!! Why? Why have I response their lost? I don't even know what I am going to do?

Read website very well. Make sure you are eligible for discounted price. The price they listed already includes 3 different discounts. Probably you are not eligible some or all of them. Plus documentation fee.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Called them and took an appointment and I asked them twice if the car at the showroom. Drove hour and half and the car wasn t there. After about month and half called them again for another car and told them what happened before and asked them to double check and make sure the car is there. But again, the car wasn t there. unprofessional and west of time!!
