Cars on 21 Review

I don t have any words to describe my experience at this dealership. I would of never imagine a business will operate under fraudulent activity. I will start by saying that this dealership has been sued by the state which was settled in 2014 in addition to being monitored for a year. They are still using the practices that they did before being sued. The use a bait and switch tactic to get you to come into the dealership, fake listings, when you get there they tell you that the car has already being sold to get you buy. In my experience I fell for it I am a young college student and wanted a Jeep which I bought and they ranked up the price, they lied on the contract that was given to me to help me get approved by lying to Wells Fargo about the down payment, the sales rep also told me that I had to give him a cash payment of $500 which I came to find out was not applied to my car payment and mail me a receipt weeks later that I had to call many times to ask for and so much more. If you want to buy a car don t take a chance and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS as they have no remorse or will second guess their unethical practices.

I just purchased a pre owned Alfa Romeo Giulia from 21st Century Auto Group and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and attention that was provided to me by one of their salesmen. Tim is a polite and capable salesman. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that's looking to purchase a vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is literally the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. First of all, they claimed they inspected the car before releasing it, however THE NEXT DAY we got our own inspection and discovered it needed $500 worth of work. So make sure you get a mechanic or inspector you trust before buying any vehicles from them. They also lied about the cars history but unfortunately we found out too late and were already locked into a contract at that point. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They are liars and will rip you off. I don t trust like that

Salesman was either lying or hiding something. Carfax stated there were no accidents or problems however when I drove there to look at a car there was a problem that wasn't stated online. The lot was full of cars and they are sold "as is" typically with problems. Don't bother with the drive and look somewhere else.

I was referred to 21 Century Auto Group from a co-worker who had purchased a preowned Mercedes from there. He could not stop talking about the customer service and how happy he was.

I went on their website to take a look at their inventory and I was surprised to see how big their inventory was. I called them to inquire about 3 or 4 cars which the internet sales person confirmed were all still available.

Although I was a bit of a "pain" because I had to test drive 2 of them when I got there, the salesperson showed me all the vehicles and we test drove.

The salesperson's professionalism and overall knowledge of the vehicles was second to none.

Bottom line, it was seemless process.

1. I looked online.
2. I called in to check the availability.
3. I made an appointment.
4. I test drove two cars.
5. I bought a car at internet price.
6. I drove home happy!

I highly recommend this dealership to any buyer who can appreciate luxury vehicle and premier customer service!

A friendly, honest, and great place to buy a car!!!

First off let me say that their skills when it comes to showcasing their cars is 100%. They are VERY persistent when it comes to you buying a car, which is understandable. On the other hand their follow up when it comes to addressing issues with a vehicule after the sale when it was discussed prior to sale is trash! I decided to buy a 07 dodge nitro because I was looking for a second bigger car. I choose 21 century because there online presentation was great and they seemed to have a good selection of cars at decent prices. I already had my own financing from my credit union which they were not happy about, but as any rate money is money. So I inspected the vehicle a few minor issues nothing major I voice them and it was agreed that they would be handled prior to purchase. I left as I had to submit price to my credit union. I returned 2 days later as promised with check in had for price of vechicle. I had a friend follow me up there so I could retrieve the vehicle and go to work after might I add, for me it's 1hr 20 mins away so I advised them that I needed things to be done and done correctly. It was a Rainy day so it was cool outside. One of the major issues was the air vent was blowing out hot air for the air conditioner and I was assured that it would be recharged/replaced etc. To my surprise on a hot day sweating bullets, I turn on the air unit and yet still HOT AIR! I texted the rep I was working with and got a lack luster response stating the service manager would give me a call to set up service. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ONCE! A proceeded to call 2 times after and got the run around. Yet they called me about a car inquiry I placed 1 month ago (great sales persistence). Not to mention I was told my registration and plates would be ready in 2 weeks as I type this it is 6/23/27 which my tags are due to expire and still no exact time frane to pick them up when I called another 3 times regarding them! I've NEVER delt with a car establishment that has dropped the ball like this. Also this is my first review ever, so for me to take the time to type this I've had to be very dissatisfied. Their cars are lovely, i don't know if it was just a 1 off situation or who continuously dropped the ball when it came to my experience but they can learn better skills on following up!

Straight up garbage, bought a car from them but other than taking cheap shots at customers and making them wait for everything for hours to not doing any paperwork right, they are good for nothing. Didn t even have cars that they advertise online....

You need to read the small print on their ads. To get the price advertised you must qualify for some rebates, in my case they added 2500 to the advertised cost and I didn't qualify for any.

Mike my salesman was super helpful and put me in my dream car for the right price. I genuinely could not be any happier.

Good place to buy a car, no pressure tactics it's either you want to buy a car or you don't very simple. No back and forth haggling, just simple yes or no deals. My kind of dealership when salesman or managers are not breathing down your neck. Also the finance department is great, they make their part fast and easy for me. Purchased 2 cars here. I switched over to Mercedes after being a BMW customer for 5 years. I should have done this way earlier. After looking at another used cars dealer and having a poor experience, I went to 21st century auto group in New Jersey thinking nothing much would come of it. What I walked away with was quite the opposite. Diego is a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who was confident in his product and pitch of why I should be a Mercedes-Benz owner. I was surprised that I could take a test drive that day. He didn't push me too hard to walk away with a car that day. Diego was flexible in helping me get the exact car that I wanted (MB GL63) with a faster timeline than I expected. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends looking for used luxury car.

READ THIS: So drove an hr north to check out a BMW that was posted everywhere with them. Came there and now they can't sell it. The salesman was pushing me to another BMW okay I checked it out and after a bunch of back and forth. Was told i could get the price dropped from 37k to low 20s, didnt happen. Then my trade in was under valued like crazy, telling me there are going to whole sale it, which was a lie. THEY DID NOTHING THEY SAID THEY COULD. I waited to write this review until I traded my car which they said I would only get 7k for. Got 13k 30mins away and now driving a nice 5 series. Literally every car there is over priced like crazy. Showed them 50 other ads for same cars, some newer and some lower miles. Was told don't trust them, okay. Essentially I was treated like an idiot and told i was wrong on every step even though i worked for BMW direct. Ooo and I was working with another salesman previously, they didn't care. They murmured to themselves while I was waiting and essentially said don't worry about him. I'll take care of you. Very much lack of professionalism. Ooo and btw all the reviews they have are people that have only written reviews for them, hence not real. Some not even from this country. That's why this review will be the first you see. Cause I'm Real! Thanks for wasting my time 21st.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service with extremely rude and pushy salespeople. The salesperson we dealt with lost all sense of professionalism the minute we asked for some time to think the sale over. Usual BS used car sales games. Over priced stickers and going back to the nonexistent manager to reduce the price three times. If you don't finance there,they don't honor the online price.

Diego helped us purchase our new vehicle recently. He never made us feel pressured, answered all our questions and was very pleasant.

Went shopping the perfect used car and, more importantly, a great deal. 21 auto group had them both. I purchased a beautiful Cadillac CT6. Fair trade-in and the really worked to meet the amount I was willing to pay out of pocket. NO SURPRISE FEES! Ask for Diego, he was great. After purchasing I found the trunk matt missing and figured it was my loss but they didn't hesitate to order me a new one at no cost to me. I will be buying there again!

Came to this dealership with my eyes on the BMW X5. Long story short the deal went through. Maybe not int he timely manner that would've liked, but a deal is a deal. My salesman Justice was a pleasure to work with overall, and I got exactly what I wanted.

Worst place ever to get a car, was forcing me to finance the car and do not waste ur time.

The sales manager uses fake listings to fish customers in. The cars showed are not even in the website. The price they show on the cars for sale off-system is ridiculous. The manager was like oh you didn t see this online? Here s the price. The one you saw had an oil leak . Mr manager what about the car you posted at 43,434$ with 43434 miles? Oh that one had an oil leak too. It is in the back, i can show it to you if you want, but they re preparing it to send back to auction. Such a waste of time driving there. Manager should get fined for posting misleading information causing customers to waste time from their daily lives. How in the world do you post a newer year car with low miles at a certain price and then show customer an older model car with higher miles and higher price? Ah, it must have had an oil leak!

I called the dealership twice to make sure the car On their website was ACTUALLY at the dealership...... they said YES both times !!!

After driving almost 2 hours to see the car with cash in hand, they said:

If I had to choose between walking or buying from them, I would walk uphill both ways! The staff at this place is unprofessional and obviously do not care about plus one customer service. Very unresponsive and unwilling to help, other than to sell you something you don't want.

My sales rep was Lawrence he is the absolute best. he is patient and do not pressure you he listen and work with you to get the best deal for your car. I got my car with and I am happy that I went to 21 CAG and I am even happier that Lawrence helped me. and number one is he do no pressure you. I was looking at cars before but hate when people try to force a car on me. Thanks.

I recently had my car at 21 auto group and they were fantastic. Lawrence was my sales advisor and he was quick, friendly and very helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about this sales department. Not only are the people nice, the waiting area is phenomenal and even has a movie room and putting green! Highly recommend them!!!

One of the worst dealer you can ever think off. They are no different than others attracting customers to their showroom by lowering price on third party sites and raising it as hidden when you see them in person. Their site quoted a civic for 10900. On stopping by their location found that they are charging me 795 for that I did not attend college in the last three years, 1095 for me not doing military here, 695 for not purchasing any vehicle from them in last three years, 695 destination charges for a used vehicle and finally doc charges of 550. Can you believe these many hidden charges. They literally waste time of people like me. I drove 150miles seeing their advertisement price on car guru. Finally realised that those prices are just their tactics to attract customers to their premises. Do enough research before hitting road to them.
Their professionals are awesome in explaining things but their policy of such hidden charges making this place worse.

Typical bait and switch advertised a 2016 sti for 26,000... got there asked to see the car... i got the deer In the headlight look..knew nothing about it.. mind you i saw the car off their website.. .showed me a 2015 for 28,000... and it was a base.. no power nothing,sunroof... BASE... his anchor point ... car had 6000 miles.... on a 4 year old car.... althou he had nice cars there they were way above.. $$$... went to ray catina down the street and picked up a certified cls 550.with mb warranty... his mercedes were way to high and not certified or warrantied past the 30 day deal. Caution...
