I didn t believe all the negative reviews and went ahead to purchase a car and it was total waste of time for me. I agree with all negative reviews. Please don t waste your money and time going to this place TRUST ME. FYI they are NOT a CAR DEALER, they purchase most of their cars from auction and elsewhere. BTW NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The price to buy a car for me was shown website price + $795 (College grad) + $745 (Military rebate) + $995 (customer loyalty) = $2535 (discount that I DIDN T qualify) and also add TAX and TITLE. Even If you qualify the above rebates they WILL NOT honor you as explained in one of the previous review. Even when I made an appointment a day before to test drive the car, it was parked behind 7 rows of parked cars bumper to bumper and did not make an attempt to get it out. They wouldn t let me test drive the car unless I made a deal to buy that car. Over all frustrating experience and waste of time Left without buying Audi Q3... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS place at all..
