I've dreamed of owning a Maserati for years and this was my first purchase here. I dealt with Oscar and I can honestly say that there was nothing more he could have done to make this a very memorable experience. Email responses to my inquiries were always prompt. I had no trouble getting to see all the models I was interested in. When I was ready to buy my used Honda Accord 2015, even though the car I wanted had just been sold, they came up with another one right away. A special feature I wanted added on was taken care of immediately at the service shop, and I drove the car home the same day.

Went there and enjoyed the atmosphere until all of my hopes of a good experience diminished. We had tried to negotiate with the dealer, who then proceeded to get his financial manager to talk to us. He came out and VERY RUDELY exclaimed: "Is this a joke?". He then got a call and decided to pick it up rather than continuing work with his customers (us). We decided that we didn't want to deal with him, and after we stood up to leave, he followed up by saying, "Can you do me a favor? Can you never come back here again! I never want to see your face again!" The feeling is mutual.

Tim was great but i drove 6 hours and apparently the car I wanted had a problem 2018 camry, so they did have another one for more money of course,plus the internet prices you have to qualify for, so plan on paying another 2 to 3k, also oil change was over 2k, wipers were shot,basically no gas, tires were not the greatest and when putting on my winter tires 2 tires where driven flat so they were junk, just alot of shadiness and lies about everything

I must admit that I was a little skeptical when arriving at 21 century Auto. They surprised me I worked with a gentlemen Named AL he was very professional and catered to my every need. There were some issues when I purchased my vehicle from them (Minor issues) I didn't have a Drivers manual in my car and I contacted AL and he had me come in that day and he went above and beyond to assist me locating it. The entire experience was pleasant and I would defiantly refer people to them in the future. I have had no issues with my car since I purchased it and 21 century has been more than accommodating to me great bunch of guys of their Especially AL he is one of the best "if not the best " salesperson in there.

I saw 2 different vehicles online for weeks, when i went there they didn t have any of them. 3 weeks later i look at their listings online and the same cars are still there. Don t bother making the trip, the inventory is completely different from what you see online. And their princes online don t tell you it has to be financed through their own banks, therefore raping you with the interest rates. Suck a scam!

I've been looking for a new car for awhile now. When I called for some info on the cars I had looked up online, I wasn't given the typical "in-your-face" approach. Daniel was genuine and easy to talk to. Made me want to come in without the dread that comes with most car buying experiences at dealerships. Overall Excellent experience.

I have purchased a Mercedes Benz CLS-class and VW from 21 century auto. The sales and service experience is beyond excellence. I am really demanding person and have made difficult requests of both sales and service and based on the way I have been treated, I will never buy a car from anyone else. I am a very loyal customer and I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. They are the greatest dealership of used cars in the NJ and NY. Of course 5 stars!

I found a great price on a vehicle here. The "if it looks too good to be true" statement totally applies here. Listen to the reviews that say they promise a vehicle and then they don't actually have it. I thought I could verify over multiple calls and not get burned but they are set up to get you into the store with false promises. After finding the listing through their website, I called to see if they still had it and set up an appointment for the following day with John. After reading some reviews of the dealership and before driving all the way to New Jersey, I decided to call to confirm that they did indeed have the car and that I could come in to test drive it. I arrived for the test drive, John was nowhere to be found and guess what, neither was the car I had called to confirm that very morning. The salesman was quick to blame their phone call center and their inventory not being updated to reflect what they actually had. When pressed why they didn't have it after explaining that I had called earlier that day to specifically verify they had it, the salesman story changed and he stated that the vehicle was at the body shop. None of the photos showed any body damage and he then said that it had a bent frame but he could get it from the body shop if I wanted it. He was happy to show me other vehicles and we went to leave. He then grabbed a supervisor to see what he could do about the price on a more recent and expensive model. The story about why they didn't have the car changed again with the manager who said they no longer had the vehicle. What a waste of time and an incredible amount of disrespect to customers to get them in the door. A bait and switch if I ever saw one. I brought up that I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews and they said that anyone can write an online review so here I am. Avoid.

I was helped by Gary S., he was knowledgable and professional, and overall it was just a very easy and quick process. He got me exactly what I was looking for, and for an incredible price too! Make sure to read every little thing on their web-site because they get very tricky when it comes to pricing and other conditions. They seem very nice and professional over the phone, but when you come there it ends up being a whole different story.

My salesperson, Gary was great from beginning to end. He got the sales price were I wanted and got me the price I wanted for my trade in. He was very knowledgeable about all the stuff this vehicle has and helped me set up everything before we left.

my first time here,I was not completely satisfied I'm dropping them down to two stars because their customer service and follow-up service nothing to ride home about, if you buy a car here make sure you take a look at it to see if it's the one that you were promised take a picture of that VIN number just to be safe and the car very closely, and of course I will not be back

From the time I walked in and finished leaving with my beautiful 2016 Honda Accords Sport, Oscar had always stood there for me to help answer all my questions. Being a proud owner of a 2012 model of the same car it was very hard to switch but Oscar helped me look at all the updates and features this new car brought to the table. Im very happy with the service brought to me from the dealership inside and out! I would like to mention this because it took a good 2 weeks or so between me and Oscar to settle with even a visit to the dealership with myself being a busy man. Was leary going here to begin with and for good reason. They pulled the bait and switch within less than an hour. Very rude once we called them out on the nonsense sales tactics. Unsure of cars but they looked decent. Review is based of customer service.

The service manager Gary took a month when I kept trying to contact them about the crack on my steering wheel that needed to be fixed. He never fixed it and he took too long to return my calls. When he said he would contact me back he never did. I had to take it to the dealership so they can fix my steering wheel. Very unprofessional that it seems that they can't keep up with their clients and kept pulling me in for a loop when he said he was going to repair my steering wheel which he never did!! The airbag was also damaged and sold me an unsafe car!! Apparently, 21st Century Auto Group is about promises that they can't keep.

Beware hidden fees! Traveled 2 hours to purchase vehicle from this dealership. Upon arrival was greeted with a list of extra tacked on fees not disclosed in advertised price. Car was 2500 above the website as I wasn't a recent college grad, military vet or had previously purchased from this dealer. Buyer beware!!!

I got my 2015 Audi A7 from this dealer and I am very pleased with my experience. Lawrence was my service manager and he was excellent. I arrived early for my appointment and I was expecting to have to wait. He said that it was not a problem and took care of me right away. He was accurate with the estimated wait time and I was finished all paper work earlier than I expected. Professional customer service from beginning to end! Thank you sir!!!

I decided to write a review after reading many negative reviews. I also decided to go check out 21st Century Auto despite those negative reviews. It is because of those negative reviews that I am writing this positive one. Sorry for the length though.
Upon walking in I was greeted by the nice girl at the front desk who asked me if I needed help. I told her I was there to see a car and she quickly got me a sales man to deal with. Nick was very nice and helpful. He did not pressure me in the least to buy their car at any time and he showed me their cars and was not rushing me in the least. Their car was nicer than I expected by the way. I explained I had a leased car that had to be bought out so I can buy their car. He asked me where I needed to be to do the deal and I told him. He then had Diego, a sales manager, come over to discuss the deal. Diego also was very nice and professional. After some discussion he determined they could not do what I asked for on the 2 cars, so in the end I did not buy a car from them.
Negatives would be that their listed prices as others have mentioned are without 3 discounts, however Nick made that clear to me up front very quickly!
Another one was that the car I was interested in had aftermarket wheels on it and there was going to be additional charges if I wanted those wheels. Of course I did want them because they were very nice! I feel the car should be sold as it sits in the showroom, by the asking price & not have additional fees for discounts that you won't qualify for and wheels that add a lot of money on to the price.
Having said that, many of the negative reviews seemed to be people complaining that they paid too much. Well who told you to go forward with the deal? Their doors are not locked with them holding you hostage until you buy a car.
The showroom and the cars were super clean. Pretty much every one was nice there. Diego and Nick did try to make a deal happen for me, but my leased car was not worth what the buyout amount was on it. That was the problem. They would have lowered the price on their car to a range where I may have purchased it had it not been for my leased car.
I certainly would go back to them when I need a car again and give them a shot at my business.
I have to say I was all ready for negative, rude people with bait and switch tactics based on many reviews...but I definitely did NOT get that from them.

Terrible service. Neither salespeople nor manager new anything about the cars or engines. They told us twice that we could test drive a specific car knowing we would travel over an hour to get there on trains and Ubers. When we got there they basically said yeah they lied, oh well.

This is the most beautiful showroom in the US!!!!!! This guys love their business, and you can see it. The staff is very friendly. They are amazing. When I came in, a young lady, don t remember her name, offered me a hot drink. I like espresso, so I couldn t say no to that. I was little bit concerned about the prices, but manager Danny did everything he could. Finally, I got my Nissan Maxima for 22 thousand. Fully packed, sport package, 18 wheels. Everything I dreamed of. One more thing, if you re looking for high end decked out cars, they have it. I saw the Maybech and Rolls Royce for sale. I don t have so much money, but if I got, I would definitely take one of them))

Worse experience...called around seven times to make sure that the vehicle was available and spoke to Lisa who stated that was. Once I arrived at the dealer the car was sold two days ago. Tactic to get you to the dealer..not good

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I m not typically a reviewer but this dealership definitely earned my time and thoughts on how things went. To start off, the showroom is absolutely beautiful. Every person I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very bad experience...they put prices on their website and they don't honor it...I went all the way from new york to buy a honda they offered for 10k on their website...before I went I called and asked if there is any other dealership fees than the car's price, they said no. After I got there they wanted to charge me another 2495 plus the car price which was 10k so total is 12,495 !!!! Its not ethical to bring people to your dealership and surprise them with 25% increase to the original price.

And then in the end have the car shipped by car carrier to my Rockville, MD home. Both of these gentlemen took great care of me, especially John Garcia at 21st Century Auto Group.

At 21st Century Auto Group, I was buying my dream car a 2012 BMW 750Li xDrive INDIVIDUAL COMPOSITION MODEL in Deep Green Metallic w/ Amaro Leather Interior & Honey Walnut Wood Trim. It s a gorgeous car! The Original MSRP was $118,445. I purchased the car with 42K miles for $39,000 EVEN WHILE NOT QUALIFYING FOR $2,500 WORTH OF THEIR STUPID SILLY NON-REBATES THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR. 21st Century Auto Group SHOULD DO AWAY WITH THOSE STUPID REBATES AS THEY REALLY DO IRRITATE THE HELL OUT OF CUSTOMERS AND DRIVE DOWN THEIR ONLINE REPUTATION.

While John Garcia was incredibly helpful in the purchase process of my new 2012 BMW 750Li xDrive, my initial experience with another Sales Advisor Justice WAS NOT GOOD. For whatever reason JUSTICE WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE TIME OF DAY. He was too busy with other unknown customers walking thru the door than to deal with someone like me trying to purchase a $40,000 car over the phone.

There is absolutely no way these reviews are legit. These are clearly paid for. This dealership is the definition of a scam. Shady to no end. Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can. You were warned.

beware buyers. I am sure all the other positive reviews are made up. This entire place is scam.

I saw a car online in which listed as available, and just to be sure I called them multiple times. they told me the car is still available for purchase and it will be the same price as listed online.

I then drove for 2 hours to get there only to know that it was a complete scam. The cars were not available to purchase and the sales was trying to sell me another car which, of course, far more expensive than the car I wanted to buy. It is basically a strategy used by the place.

The owner of the dealership is the most arrogant and manner less person i have ever seen. He insulted his employee in front of us. He started teaching him how to bargain with customers in front of us. He was pushing us to accept his last offer and when we said we need to discuss
first he refused to sell his car to us. Also the prices shown on the internet are all fake. they will add around 4k more when you will go to the dealership.

They don't refund your deposit if you change your mind even within 24 hours. You have to dispute it with your credit card! They pressure you like a used car salesman. They are typical salespeople- high pressure. I don't recommend this place.

Hideous prices - when you put their dealer ship fee of $2500 into consideration. The number on Autotrader probably takes you to one of the managers or random sales staff maybe but the only thing they specialize in is maybe being rude... Avoid them ....

This place is TERRIBLE. 0 STARS. Made an appointment the night before to see a car the next morning. We drove all the way from Brooklyn... BAIT & SWITCH...surprise surprise the car wasn't available but they had another one there for $2000 more. BUT WAIT, that pricing was only if we financed through them. BUT WAIT that is only the price if we qualify for all 6 random deductions. So here we are came in to see a car for $10,000 and now same model, different car but $5,000 more. All while the salesman is rude and pushy... He asks us what we came here expecting to pay and we told him... the advertised price on the original car and his response was...YES BUT THAT'S NOT A REALISTIC PRICE. Enough said...

Called 3 times inquiring about car, made an appointment as I ve been told it s available. drove 2 hours. Sales person didn t ask what car I m looking for but needed my ID first to see who I am?! When I asked why his respond was he needed to know who came to his house?! Asked for manager instead, he was nice and minute later he told me that car isn t available. Left very disappointed.
