Every step of the process was explained. The Carolina Roof Consultants team was efficient and professional. Every last nail and shingle was cleaned up with a minimum of disruption. We would highly recommend them if you need assistance with your roof.

This company is absolutely top-notch! I am President of a homeowner's association of about 100 homes in Charlotte. Our community has undergone an enormous transformation in the last 2 years, as it was neglected previously. The last stage of our facelift was the roofing. I am also the Corporate Safety Manager for a construction company, so I am knowledgeable about construction. Mike was awesome to work with. The workers are professional, courteous, quick, well-priced, and work safely. They also do not cut corners. Some roofers will "cover up" damage to get the job done quickly. Carolina Roofing Consultants do not. They took pictures after the tear off of the roof to keep me abreast of what was being done, and replaced any flashing or damaged wood before putting the felt and shingles on. They also offer a great warranty on labor and materials. In my development we changed all siding, repaired all damage to homes, paved and repaired all sidewalks, and roofed all of the homes. Of all the work we performed, Carolina Roofing Consultants was the only contractor that I didn't have to worry about, and we had zero problems, and now have beautiful and like-new roofs. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Carolina Roof Consultants. My husband and I purchased a 20 year old house with a clay tile roof last year. The roof had been poorly maintained and had multiple leaks. We had 4 different roofing companies evaluate the roof and all they could offer were inadequate patch jobs, which would inevitably leak again. We were told that the only permanent solution would be to replace our expensive roof with an asphalt one. Carolina Roof Consultants were different. They knew exactly how to permanently fix the problem and they provided us with a 10 year warranty in order to stand behind their work. They even successfully found and closed the hole that was allowing a family of squirrels to live in our attic. No other contractor was able to accomplish this! The owner, Mike McCoy is extremely reputable and knowledgeable and stands behind his word!

When Hurricane Florence was out of the picture his crew(very kind & respectful guys)had installed a beautiful roof within two days. Left my property spotless. Mike & crew were great to work with. They were able to come out and give me an estimate quickly (within a day).Mike immediately provided me with a quote after he inspected my roof. Also, they were able to fix the small hole in my roof the same day they came to give me an estimate. He ran out got the few items he needed to do the job and came back and completed the job in a little over an hour. (We had a small hole in the roof).

This company is first rate from top to bottom. To start, the initial inspection was thorough and mike explained everything that would be required right off the bat and stayed in touch to answer any questions I had before work started. Once the work began, the roofing crew got going early and finished the entire roof in just over a day. All the workers were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I hired another company to install gutter guards and they damaged my roof and didn t complete the job. Carolina Roof Consultants came out and saved the day and probably saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the long run. Mike and Jeremy were extremely responsive to my request for an inspection on possible hail damage to my roof. They came quickly, completed the inspection, and had the process started with insurance in no time. Even when things were progressing slow with my insurance company, they continued to follow up with me to let me know they were ready as soon as I was to install the roof. Once everything was a go, they were out on the first day of good weather. They removed the old roof on my house and garage and had the new one installed in just a day. Had some dry rotting issues on the roof. Called these guys and a roofer by the name of Mike McCoy came right out and fixed. Was very personable. As able to show me pictures of the damage to my roof and pictures of what he did to fix it. Was pretty fast (about 30 minutes or so) and reliable. Would recommend these guys to anybody!

We had some roadblocks from our insurance and CRC helped us to get the replacement approved through the insurance. They made it easy for me as the homeowner and were always helpful when responding to questions about the process or how to talk to my insurance company.
We had spoken to a number of other roofing companies before selecting CRC. We chose CRC because I trusted the way the explained the process and their company. They were honest and thorough from the beginning, all the way through to completion.
On the day of the roof replacement, the supplies were delivered the evening before and then the team showed up early to get started. 7 hours later we had a new roof and you couldn t tell that anyone had been in my yard, let alone some heavy equipment and all the old roof materials and debris. Everything was exactly how it was before and not a single nail was left behind. The only indication they had been there was the new roof and their sign, that I will proudly put out front.

I recently hired the Carolina Roof Consultants. I am very pleased with their professionalism. Dylan McCoy came home and gave samples and detailed quote with very clear explanation. I also noticed how they treated their employees (see pic). Haven't seen any roofing company providing shade for the employees during their work on top of the roof.
I am a Realtor and called CRC to come review a roof for one of our clients. We had previously had another roofer come out and tell us the entire roof needed to be replaced to the tune of $10K. The roof was not that old and we were suspect. Mike was referred by another Realtor. I called the office and Misty the office manager was amazing to work with. Carolina Roof Consultants did a fine job with our roof after Hurricane Matthew. They were fairly and competitively priced, prompt in service, and efficient with their work. They had our roof done very quickly, with quality roofing supplies.
The only complaint is some areas of the aluminum fascia were bent by their ladders that they stated they would dress-up before leaving that were not done. Even after I pointed it out when the areas to the manager when he came back to the house to inspect and finalize the paperwork and final payment and stated he would have someone from the work crew come back and correct the problem.
Overall, an excellent job, would have preferred a little more integrity with final quality control and quality assurance.

Full roof and gutter replacement via insurance due to hail damage. Mike and his team were at the house in less than 24hrs to assess and plan. CRC worked closely and seamlessly with our home insurance carrier to implement the repair within 2 weeks. In addition, CRC treated our home and property like their own - roof removal and clean up were thorough with minimal damage and no left over debris. Bottom line - we highly recommend Mike and CRC as trustworthy and high quality partners in the care of our home!
Great experience. Mike and his company did a great job with replacing our roof. We were notified prior to the installation and the communication far exceeded our expectations. On the day of our installation, Mike s crew arrived at 6:45am and immediately began covering around the foundation of our house. The cleanup was great and they were very thorough before leaving. When I found out our roof was damaged by storm and was leaking, I called Carolina Roof Consultants, they came the same day to evaluate the damage and also found hail damage that was denied by the previous claim. They not only worked with our insurance company adjuster to inspect damages but also worked with the adjuster to estimate the cost of the roof replacement. This saved me a lot of trouble.

Our first time ever having to have a roof replaced and the experience with Carolina Roof Consultants couldn't have been better. Our neighbors had roof damage from the recent hail storm and CRC did their work. Since they were next door, we asked them to check our house. They found damage. When our USAA rep came to estimate the damage, CRC came out and worked with him to confirm the damage. From there, Carolina Roof Consultants took care of everything through the rest of the process. Because of the damage, when the rains hit we developed a leak. I called CRC, and within an hour, they sent someone out to fix the leak and stop the damage.
On the day of the work, they showed up at 6 a.m. and went to work. They finished around 7. They were professional, friendly and efficient and delivered on everything they said they would do. After a 13-hour day in grueling heat, the crew helped us move the outdoor furniture back onto the patio. They went the extra mile for us. And one of the best parts, the next day you wouldn't have known our house was a construction site just 24 hours earlier because they did such a great job on the cleanup. We worked mostly with Silver Garcia, who oversaw the crew, and he was a real pro to work with. CRC owner Mike McCoy was also onsite and was attentive to all of our needs from beginning to end.
Not that we want to have to replace the roof again, but if we were to need that work again, I would only make one call and that would be to Carolina Roof Consultants.

Strong winds blew the shingles off our roof. I contacted Carolina roof consultants and mike Mccoy suggested replacing the roof since the shingles were very old and brittle and any new repairs would not work.
