C.R.C. were excellent from start to finish. Josh and Kyle were extremely professional and they were a pleasure to deal with. Their crew had to endure crazy heat up on the roof, and despite having to clean up after the job as it was going dark, they did great. Roof looks great.
We are thankful to all the staff of Carolina Roof consultants in helping us navigate the intricacies of filing claims and getting our roof changed including getting all the water damage brought about by last year's hail storms. I am the pastor of Union UMC Waxhaw. We had serious roof damage from all the spring storms. CRC was the top of our list for repairs and came with a great bid and finished the work in only 2+ days. They were extremely professional, courteous, and left no mess! CRC is also heavily involved in the community, offering free meals to 1st responders during Covid, have volunteered with our church Food Pantry, and we appreciate a business that gives back to the community. After the job was done CRC also gave a very generous donation to our Benevolence and Charity Fund, which I did not expect and Union UMC is humbled to receive to help and love our neighbors. This company went above and beyond! From the initial contact with Misty Vance Project Manager (who rocks by the way) to the completion of the job, I was impressed with the professionalism and hard work that this team put in to get a new roof on my house in less than a week! Mike came out for an initial inspection and provided a temporary fix to my roof leak and suggested I contact my insurance company for a roof replacement. Once I received the okay to replace my roof I contacted Mike again in which he was not available, but, one of his associates called me back and I informed him that I needed an estimate on replacing my roof. He stated he would relay the message to Mike. I never heard back. About 2 weeks later I called and spoke to Mike again and he agreed to come out and provide an estimate within 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks later, still no response. Very disappointing when a company with such great reviews don't live up to them.

Contacted Carolina Roof Consultants to obtain an estimate for a new roof. After getting on the roof to take a closer look (no other firm contacted even climbed up a ladder) was told that I really didn't need a new roof at this time. I was pleasantly surprised that a roofing company put honesty/integrity before profit! I ultimately had them install new gutters. The work was done on the date time/promised. Did a great job. While installing gutters, discovered small existing roof issues that were also fixed the same/next day. They will definatly be on my list when/if I need a new roof!

Carolina Roofing Consultants replaced out roof in 2011 due wind and hail damage. They did a great job. Now, we needed a minor repair to the flashing around one of the pipes and they completed it efficiently. Jeremy was personable and courteous. Excellent to work with! We had a lot of questions and Phil was patient with us every step of the way. Very knowledgeable team! The installation crew was fast, organized, and took great care around landscaping and the pool and cleanup was on point. CRC also helped with coordinating other trades to complete some work resulting from the roof damage (paint and gutters) - both were fair and did outstanding work. Cannot reccomend them highly enough!

After months of listening to sales pitches and rumbling from local companies, I was speaking with a neighbor about his new roof. He had mentioned that his ex wife had hired a local company to repair a leaky roof. When he took possession of the house the roof was still leaking. After checking the 5 Star reviews for Carolina Roof Consultants along with the more than 200 reviews, I called Mr. McCoy and he was professional on the telephone and we scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and came prepared for the estimate. He was able to answer our concerns and told us exactly what we needed to do to start a claim with our insurance company. My husband has been in the commercial roofing business for more than 35 years and he was pleased the way Mr. McCoy explained the procedures and how CRC would handle the job. Once the adjuster was assigned, I reached out to Mr. McCoy and he consulted with the adjuster and they met on my property. The job was approved within a day and we scheduled the repair of the roof immediately. Carolina Roof Consultants were punctual, clean and professional. The grounds were free of debris and you wouldn t have known that they replaced my roof, if it weren t for the sign in front. I've heard of homeowners and the headaches that come along with contractors but honestly, Mr. McCoy and his team were a complete joy to work with. We choose Carolina Roof in 2011 after meeting and receiving quotes from a total of 4 roofing companies. What we liked was that they were professional, had been around at least several years (unlike other companies that simply close shop and reopen under another name at the first sign of trouble) and warranty their work. Recently we noticed an area of our roof that needed attention and we were extremely pleased that they stood by their warranty! It's one thing to say you have one it's another to stand by it. And, again, the guys that did the work were professional, knowledgeable and polite. We would recommend Carolina Roof!

We needed minor repairs on our roof, gutters, and stone front of our home for home inspection. Mike and his team came out quickly to review the repair list, covered all aspects of roof, gutters, siding and stone front. Roofer came out the next day and took care of all repairs in an hour or 2 the next morning. We appreciated the quick response time and minor repairs were done quickly.

I called the company since my roof was leaking. Jeremy came out at10:00 oclock in the morning and researched the problem. One hour later the crew came over and fixed my roof and I was totally satisfied. These guys are efficient and explained exactly what they were doing to erase my problem. Jeremy and his installation crew did a fantastic job. The lead foreman was able to find all three leaks on my roof. They replaced several sheets of roof decking and used top of the line underlayment to prevent any further leaks. Overall a very good experience and great roofing company. Great roofers! We had a leak that previous roofers could not find for 4 yrs. CRC found it in their first visit to our home.
