Great company, great owners, one of the owners mike Mccoy came over personally and oversaw the entire project, he sure is a big fella, I never though a man this big could climb up a ladder the way he did. He had a little trouble getting down tho. but it was a great overall experience, also I think it's very important how well they clean up, the are very meticulous.

Amazing quality of workmanship, they kept their promises and made my wife very happy. I highly recommend using CRC!

I chose Carolina Roof Consultants when I recently needed to get my roof replaced. They were a pleasure to work with through the whole process. It's difficult to get a contractor to show up to get a quote, they did and on time. The quote was detailed and they helped me through the insurance process. When the adjuster came they were there - Carolina Roof acted as my advocate throughout the process. When I got approved they gave me a schedule and kept to it. They were careful during installation and did a thorough clean up. They walked me through a final inspection. Start to finish not a hiccup. Choosing Carolina Roofing Consultants was a great decision. The roof looks GREAT..

They repaired our chimney flashing and various other water intrusion areas along the structure of our home. Silver is knowledgable and does a great job!

Quality roofs, Quality people

You'd be making a mistake going elsewhere!

This is the second home that I have had re-roofed by Carolina Roof Consultants. Both of the roofs look great. Even on our current house which is over 4000 sq. ft. they finished the roof AND the clean up in a day-and-a- half, and their price was over $1,000 less than the next nearest bid.

I had a great experience with Carolina Roof Consultants! Mike made the whole process easy and the job was done efficiently.

Mike handled everything and made the process of replacing our roof so easy for us! He even reminded me to follow up with my insurance company when they were being super slow with the claim. The crew that did the work arrived around 6:30 am and finished everything by 6:00 pm, clean up and all. Look no further!

They are very hardworking and they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their roof repaired or re-done.

I had a roof leak due to a pipeboot failure and Mike immediately came out diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue on the spot to prevent future ceiling issues before the next heavy rain that was on the way. He responds to your questions extremely fast and provides estimates quickly. Definitely recommend him if you need roof repair or replacement!

CRC was great to work with. They were highly efficient and helped me get good value for money provided by our insurance company after hail damage. We were scheduled very quickly and the work was completed on time and efficiently. In the process the crew caught a couple unknown minor rotting issues we weren't aware of - one under the shingles and one with our cedar siding that was in a hidden spot. Overall we had a great experience - and we ended up referring a couple of our neighbors who also completed roof replacements with CRC. Highly recommend!

Carolina Roof Consultants completed our red metal roof on our farm style home recently. We can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Each employee went above and beyond to complete our roof in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. They have continued to be patient and understanding as we work with our mortgage company concerning payment. I highly recommend this company for all types of roofs and we are thrilled with ours! It was like it was always meant to look like it does now. We are so very grateful!!!

Carolina Roof Consultants installed new roof and all new gutters in our home. They corrected a long-standing problem with the existing shingle install, which has proven itself time and again in heavy rainfalls this summer. The teams planned the job quickly. The materials were delivered and stored in an orderly manner. The work was done over a two day period, and we couldn t be happier with the outcome. Mike worked with us and with our insurance company to make a process that we don t typically use... easier to navigate. A great experience all around. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to pass along my comments on using Carolina Roof Consultants. I called Mike to come out and see if I had hail damage. He did an inspection and found some and then suggested how to work with my insurance company. Long story short - I got Mike to replace the roof. Very impressed with the process they went thru - took care to not have old shingles get in to any shrubbery, put extra plywood around garage doors and large windows as additional protection, protected all of my misters on my irrigation system that were around the house. They had the old roof stripped, and all of the shingles on (60 squares) in one day. Only needed the second day for finishing out the ridge vents and some minor cleanup. Used magnets - over and over - to make sure no left behind nails. Very professional, very fast, very easy to work with.

Great roofing company! We got much pushback from our insurance company on hail damage to our roof after some of our neighbors roofs were replaced and Mike did a great job facilitating resolution with the insurance company to get the job done. Mike also did a great job to make sure the insurance company was held accountable for all the necessary charges and paid up accordingly. We had some water damage inside the house due to leaks in the roof and Mike was able to supply interior tradesmen to repair and paint that damage. 1 year later when we planned to market the home for sale we noticed 1 or 2 issues with minor aspects of the new roof that were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. I would happily recommend this company to anyone in need of a new or replacement roof.

We had major roof and gutter damage from a hail storm. Mike and Jeremy couldn t have been more professional in the way they inspected the damage and followed through with the needed repairs and new roof and gutters. They were timely and delivered when they said they would. The only delays were due to weather conditions. The entire crew was diligent, hard working and everything was cleaned up once the work was finished. Furthermore, they said that if we were not completely satisfied with the work after the final walk around, they would address whatever outstanding issues remained- and they did! They also provided pictures for our records. I would not hesitate to recommend CRC in the future and in fact, some of my neighbors have already asked us who did our roof because they were impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the finished product. I called 10 different roofing companies and either no one called me back or the estimates I got for replacing my roof were so high it was outrageous. Mike accepted what my insurance company was willing to pay and put my new roof on within 5 days of my call. He upgraded my shingles to architectural at no extra charge and provided a transferable 25 year warranty. Call Mike and he will take care of you.

This company is awesome! I had to do very little to get a new roof. I read their flyer, called them up, they checked out my roof and suggested I make a claim with my insurance company for hail/wind damage. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect my roof they meet up with him. The adjuster saw what they saw and less than two weeks later I had a new roof and new gutters thanks to these guys. I don t think I would ve gotten it done if it wasn t for them

I work in the construction engineering field, so I can inherently be a very demanding customer when having others do work for me! I solicited proposals from 5 different LOCAL roofing contractors, CRC being just one of them.

My first interaction with Mike was a 30 minute follow up discussion on his proposal; not only did he field my many questions, he never once was short or annoyed with me. Mike came over to the house for another couple of rounds of face to face discussions, which were just as good as my initial conversation!

CRC was ultimately awarded the work solely because of the rapport and trust that Mike had earned with me.

The installation took approximately 2 days. The crew was one of the most professional and hardest working that I have been around in some time. The workmanship and clean up exceeded my expectations as well.

CRC did a great job replacing the shingles on my roof. Misty was very responsive, moved quick and got the job started and completed in only a few days after my initial contact. Had a few minor issues and delays getting a window replaced and a communication breakdown with their service guy after the roof was done, but in the end the job was complete and I am happy. A few my neighbors also had their roof replaced and I heard some stories from other roofing companies that the job didn't go a smooth as mine. I would recommend this company.

If I could give these folks 20 stars I would. I had my roof replaced by ANOTHER company last year. About a month ago I realized that the brand new roof was leaking. I called and texted that other company and received no answer meanwhile my roof kept leaking and was causing major damage to the inside of the house. I looked for reviews on Nextdoor and found Carolina Roof Consultant had stellar reviews from everyone. So I gave them a call on Thursday. Today, Sunday one of the guys called to come repair the roof. How fast was that?! He took pictures and showed me where the issue was and corrected it at a very fair price. I want to thank them for taking on a problem that someone else created. I will sleep better at night now! Thank you so much Mike and team!!

We had hail damage, and after meeting with 3 companies, went with Carolina Roof Consultants based on referral and reviews, and great customer service. The crew was great - paying special attention to debris and nails due to our children and pets in the home. They protected our windows, landscaping and surrounding furniture during the process and left everything in great condition when complete. Very happy with the end result!

Carolina roof consultants worked so hard to make us happy with a new roof system. Michael came out to my home with over a dozen shingle samples he even got on our roof and tacked them down so we could view the new roof. I am not an easy customer and his knowledge helped so much with the new roof choice. His selection of metal and copper really makes my roof stand out. Great service! Had a roof leak for over two years and three roofing companies could not fix. Crc found the roof leak in first 20 minutes on my roof.

I highly recommend Carolina Roof Consultants. You literally have no work to do on your end besides pick out the color shingles you want. Phil was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. Phil even updated me during the day on how the work was going. Awesome company with awesome employees. Will do business again.

When looking for a product or service, quality and honesty are my 2 main criteria. Carolina Roof provided both and my wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship and follow up service that Mike and Jeremy provided. In addition to using quality shingles they use Viking Shield (not tar paper) to support the shingles. They can't be be torn.
One last thing, when you call them they call you back in a very reasonable time frame!!

I can t even express how amazing this company is, from Mike walking the roof with our inspector to his entire staff and their level of professionalism. We love our new roof and we re so impressed at watching the process, thank you Carolina Roof Consultants for making this an incredible experience.

We had a great experience working with Carolina Roof Consultants. Most of the homes in our community had hail damage from a storm, so we reached out to our insurance company to have our roof evaluated. At first they minimized the damage and offered us little help. We brought in CRC who worked closely with us, and helped communicate the damage with our insurance company. Over time (and with much back-and-forth), they were able to get us the funds needed to get all of the necessary work completed. They surprised us with how quickly they were able to finish the project, and did an extensive clean-up afterwards. We are happy with the end result, and would definitely work with them again.
