When I found out our roof was damaged by storm and was leaking, I called Carolina Roof Consultants, they came the same day to evaluate the damage and also found hail damage that was denied by the previous claim. They not only worked with our insurance company adjuster to inspect damages but also worked with the adjuster to estimate the cost of the roof replacement. This saved me a lot of trouble.

When I had questions or concerns, they answered or followed up quickly. The work crew was very professional, no yard damage, no debris left. They even nicely asked neighbor to use their driveway. Excellent job!
