Our first time ever having to have a roof replaced...

Our first time ever having to have a roof replaced and the experience with Carolina Roof Consultants couldn't have been better. Our neighbors had roof damage from the recent hail storm and CRC did their work. Since they were next door, we asked them to check our house. They found damage. When our USAA rep came to estimate the damage, CRC came out and worked with him to confirm the damage. From there, Carolina Roof Consultants took care of everything through the rest of the process. Because of the damage, when the rains hit we developed a leak. I called CRC, and within an hour, they sent someone out to fix the leak and stop the damage.
On the day of the work, they showed up at 6 a.m. and went to work. They finished around 7. They were professional, friendly and efficient and delivered on everything they said they would do. After a 13-hour day in grueling heat, the crew helped us move the outdoor furniture back onto the patio. They went the extra mile for us. And one of the best parts, the next day you wouldn't have known our house was a construction site just 24 hours earlier because they did such a great job on the cleanup. We worked mostly with Silver Garcia, who oversaw the crew, and he was a real pro to work with. CRC owner Mike McCoy was also onsite and was attentive to all of our needs from beginning to end.
Not that we want to have to replace the roof again, but if we were to need that work again, I would only make one call and that would be to Carolina Roof Consultants.
