This company is absolutely top-notch! I am President of a homeowner's association of about 100 homes in Charlotte. Our community has undergone an enormous transformation in the last 2 years, as it was neglected previously. The last stage of our facelift was the roofing. I am also the Corporate Safety Manager for a construction company, so I am knowledgeable about construction. Mike was awesome to work with. The workers are professional, courteous, quick, well-priced, and work safely. They also do not cut corners. Some roofers will "cover up" damage to get the job done quickly. Carolina Roofing Consultants do not. They took pictures after the tear off of the roof to keep me abreast of what was being done, and replaced any flashing or damaged wood before putting the felt and shingles on. They also offer a great warranty on labor and materials. In my development we changed all siding, repaired all damage to homes, paved and repaired all sidewalks, and roofed all of the homes. Of all the work we performed, Carolina Roofing Consultants was the only contractor that I didn't have to worry about, and we had zero problems, and now have beautiful and like-new roofs.
