I run 7 apartment properties in Charlotte, NC with over 4,000 tennants, and we are big believers in long-term relationships with our vendors and contractors. Our prior roofer retired a number of years ago, I knew it was time to find a new roofer and start babysitting the roofs a bit more vigilantly. After a lot of research, I landed on Carolina Roof Consultants, and my research paid off.

Mike and his crew have been fantastic to work with. They came out and showed me the areas where we needed to seal things up, make repairs, etc., and the price they quoted was way better than what I expected. He told me if we continued to maintain from here on out, we should see another 10 + years on these roofs. After they completed the work, they sent me pictures of all the work they had done, and I can tell they did a great job.

Mike is the "old School" type. He is more focused on doing right by customers and on doing the job well than making a quick buck. I am so glad I found these guys, and I am looking for many years to come. Five stars doesn't do them justice! Stop looking and just hire these guys if you need roof work done. You won't regret it!
