I am a Realtor and called CRC to come review a roof for one of our clients. We had previously had another roofer come out and tell us the entire roof needed to be replaced to the tune of $10K. The roof was not that old and we were suspect. Mike was referred by another Realtor. I called the office and Misty the office manager was amazing to work with. She understood our timeline, asked pertinent questions and said she would work with their team to get us some fast answers. Mike literally called me within 10 minutes of hanging up to schedule a visit. He came out on a weekend day to boot, carefully reviewed the roof and gave us a thorough assessment and quote. Mike was great to work with and my clients were very happy with the real talk/ truthful information and not just someone trying to price gouge them. Will use CRC from this point forward for all our clients roofing needs!
