Needed a new roof, researched companies, A+ with BBB, no complaints. they inspected the roof and found wind/hail damage, and got all the info the insurance needed to ok a new roof without any difficulties. took a day and half to get the new roof up due to rain, but the roof looks great, my neighbors are jealous, and are trying to step up their homes too now. referred this company to one neighbor that likes the work this company did for my home, and will continue to refer them to anyone else looking for a new roof.

Mike and Jeremy did a great job working through the roofing details with the insurance company after the March hail storm. Initially are insurance company denied the claim .... but months later the roof leaked. Mike and Jeremy met with the Insurance field adjusters and reviewed with them the hail specific damage, convincing them the roof needed to be replaced.
Their crew was on time, professional, and didn't leave any sign after the roof had replaced that they were ever there !!! Mike's painters came afterward and painted the damaged ceilings and things look great. Great company to work with .... Highly recommend them !

My metal roof was fifty years old and I went from the worst roof in the neighborhood to the best roof in the neighborhood. Every phase of the process was smooth, efficient and professional. The quality of the roof and gutter materials was eclipsed only by the superiority of the installation crew. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

They recently put in our roof. We had to spend over 3 months going back and forth with our insurance and during that time they came out multiple times. They did the initial estimate, they came out the first time an adjuster walked the roof, they came back to give an official quote with detailed pictures for the insurance company, they came back out for the second time an adjuster walked the roof. They also spent time working with us going over what product and color to choose and everything we did with them could not have gone smoother.

I am so thankful we found Jeremy at Carolina Roof Consultants.Every weekend multiple roofing companies have been knocking on our door. I don't trust people knocking on my door asking for my insurance policy information looking to "call a claim in on my behalf". One company even offered me a $100 gift card if I let them call my insurance company. creepy at best, illegal at worst. I vented on FB about my annoyance and minutes later a friend messaged me Jeremy at Carolina Roof Consultants' contact information. Jeremy showed up the same day, did not bug me for my insurance information, and provided us with an actual quote for a roof replacement. They showed up and completed our roof in just over a day. They used this amazing machine (the "equipter") to protect my landscaping, which I am nuts about. They were polite to my teenage kids who needed to come and go during the day. I had questions during the day, and the construction manager Gil answered me fully. I will recommend to friends and neighbors. Do yourself a favor. Do your homework

great roofing company! they re-roofed my townhome and we are tickled! off with the old roof and on with the new. they even installed an ice guard in the valleys which my wife found to be very impressive. The clean-up crew did an amazing job they helped us put all the flower pots from the garage back onto our back patio and swept up all the shingle debris. its like my patio is brand new now. thanks Carolina Roof Consultants for all your hard work.

Mike and his partner were EXTREMELY prompt, both in communication and in coming out to repair a leak in our roof after Hurricane Florence. Most companies wouldn't even call me back to come out and quote us while Mike called me (on his day off no less) and was out within a few hours because he was fairly close to our neighborhood. The work was done properly and he was very thorough in explaining what he found and the type of repair that was done. Beyond that, he was very honest and knowledgeable. This is the type of person you want performing repairs on your home. He was able to point out some areas on our roof where the originally installers did a poor job so that we could keep our eyes on it for the future. They helped us navigate the insurance process and believe me it was not easy our insurance adjuster was not a friendly person. Carolina Roof Consultants came out and inspected my roof, made the process easy and did an excellent job. The workers were here first thing in the morning and worked through the entire day. More importantly, they used tarps and plywood to protect our doors and siding and kept the mess to a minimum. They were here late in the day finishing up and making sure the grounds were clean. I highly recommend Carolina Roof Consultants for any roof repair or replacement work you may be considering. After recent heavy rains, we noticed water spots on ceilings in three rooms a sure sign our roof was leaking, and not a huge surprise considering our home is 20 years old. Fortunately, I had a mailbox flyer from Carolina Roof Consultants that listed as references, addresses of 12 homes in The Peninsula. We are Peninsula residents and one referenced home was right the corner.

We called Carolina Roof Consultants and they were out the next day to review the damage. They guided us through the insurance process, and arranged to return when our insurance adjuster came for an estimating inspection. They agreed to replace the roof and paint the ceilings for what the insurance company was willing to pay.

The roof replacement was done in a day but what I was just as impressed about was the care the crew took to ensure no shrubs were damaged, and their after-work cleanup. The paint crew was equally amazing, painting all three ceilings in less than two hours. And like the roofing crew, they were clean and efficient, taking care to ensure there was no paint on the floor, counters or other areas.

My ex had our roof replaced by one of her friends' companies. Needless to say, after several calls back to that company due to leaks, I had enough. I called Carolina Roofing Consultants, and within 24 hours they made it to the house, found the hole near the pipes (that I had suggested to the previous company), and fixed it. Apparently, it wasn't a series of loose roof caps.

I recently had my whole roof replaced with Carolina Roof Consultants. My experience with them was excellent. They were extremely professional and the workmanship and product was well above par! I met with two other roofing companies and they didn t even compare with CRC. Mike McCoy, with Carolina Roof Consultants, came in with the lowest bid and the highest standards. He was always available to speak with if I had any questions or concerns. Before he started the job, he brought over a packet containing information about CRC, like what to expect and how to prepare for the new roof, ie: where they were going to put the materials, the noise level, and such. (I will warn you, it was very noisy!) In addition, there was Information about dealing with your insurance company, if that applied to you. Also, there was warranty information, and simply everything one would need to know concerning replacing their roof. One of my main concerns was my insurance company, Mike worked with them to make sure I received the proper amount of money. I thought it would be a daunting task dealing with roofers , however, everything went very smooth with CRC. They came when they said they were going to come, they finished when they said they were going to finish. They cleaned up after themselves and left me a beautiful well constructed roof. I recommend them highly
